Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a fan-shaped hose support.

Background

When a tanker or a liquefied gas tanker is in ship-to-ship lightering operation, a hose is usually required to be connected between the two ships. In order to prevent the hose from being damaged during the refuting operation or supporting the hose, a proper hose bracket is adopted to ensure that the bending radius of the hose is kept within a reasonable range, and the current popular practice is to arrange a steel pipe type hose bracket in a ship refuting operation area, wherein the diameter of the uppermost steel pipe of the bracket is not less than 6 times of the inner diameter of the used hose, and the hose bracket has large volume and weight. The smooth surface of the steel tube can not limit the slippage of the hose caused by the transverse swing, so that the hose is damaged by the kink.

In order to meet the requirement of the minimum bending radius of the hose, the diameter of the horizontal steel pipe is not less than 6 times of the inner diameter of the hose, so that the size and the weight of the hose support are large. Because the steel pipe surface is smooth, can't restrict the slip that the hose arouses because of the horizontal hunting to because of the kink is damaged, reduced the life of hose, brought the potential safety hazard for the operation of ship to ship.

The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical scheme:

And supporting steel pipes are arranged on two sides of the horizontal supporting rod.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the fan-shaped hose support, under the condition that the bending radius of the hose is met, the horizontal stay bar does not need a large-diameter steel pipe, and other parts do not need the large-diameter steel pipe, so that the size and the weight of the support are reduced, meanwhile, the support can limit the sliding of the hose caused by transverse swinging, and the hose is prevented from being damaged due to kinking.

The present invention will be more clearly and completely described in the following description of preferred embodiments, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a fan-shaped hose support comprises a plurality of vertical support rods 10 fixed on a deck 11, horizontal support rods 20 are fixedly arranged between the vertical support rods 10, and the horizontal support rods 20 are arranged at the tops of the vertical support rods 10.

Two side panels 30 are fixedly arranged on the horizontal stay bar 20; the horizontal stay bar 20 is inserted through the side panel 30.

The upper end of the side panel 30 is curved. The upper end of the side panel 30 is fixedly provided with an anti-wear round steel 31.

The supporting member 40 is fixedly arranged between the two side panels 30, and the top of the supporting member 40 and the top of the horizontal stay bar 20 form an arc-shaped supporting channel for supporting the hose 50.

The upper end of the side panel 30 is higher than the top of the support; the upper end of the side panel 30 is higher than the top of the horizontal stay 20.

In the present embodiment, the support member 40 includes a plurality of support steel pipes 41; both ends of the support steel pipe 41 are respectively fixed to the two side panels 30.

The outer diameter of the support steel pipe 41 is smaller than that of the horizontal stay 20. The top of the support steel pipe 41 is not higher than the top of the horizontal stay bar 20.

The top of the horizontal strut 20 forms the top of the arcuate support channel.

The horizontal stay bar 20 is provided with support steel pipes 41 on both sides. In this embodiment, the number of the support steel pipes on both sides of the horizontal stay bar 20 is the same; the support steel pipes 41 are parallel to each other.

The working principle of the fan-shaped hose support is as follows:

the horizontal and vertical struts form the main part of the bracket, which bears the weight of the hose being supported. The support steel pipe and the horizontal stay bar between the side panels form an arc-shaped support channel. The radius of the arc support channel may be determined according to the bending radius of the hose being supported. When the hose is placed on the arc-shaped supporting channel, the side panels can limit the slippage of the hose caused by transverse swinging, and the hose is prevented from being twisted.

According to the fan-shaped hose support, under the condition that the bending radius of the hose is met, the horizontal stay bar does not need a large-diameter steel pipe, and other parts do not need the large-diameter steel pipe, so that the size and the weight of the support are reduced, meanwhile, the support can limit the sliding of the hose caused by transverse swinging, and the hose is prevented from being damaged due to kinking.
