Referring to fig. 14-15, an automatic pot washing machine is adapted to wash a frying pan 13 of a cooking machine, the frying pan 13 includes a semi-cylindrical pan body 13-1, a handle 13-2 fixedly disposed at one side of the pan body 13-1, and flanges 13-3 are disposed at the left and right sides and the front side of the opening of the pan body 13-1.

Referring to fig. 1-13 and 16, the automatic boiler washing machine comprises a main body 1, a boiler washing cavity 2 and a cleaning system, and has the following specific structure:

the main body 1 is a box structure with an opening on the front side and is formed by assembling sheet metal parts such as a bottom plate, a left side plate, a right side plate, a rear cover plate, a table top, a bottom mounting frame and the like. The bottom surface of the main machine body 1 is provided with a plurality of adjustable supporting feet (the adjusting range is 0-15mm), and the adjustable supporting feet are connected with the bottom surface of the main machine body 1 through a reinforcing plate (aluminum alloy or sheet metal). The cleaning system comprises a water inlet tee joint 3, two battery valves 4 respectively communicated with two water outlets of the water inlet tee joint 3 through pipelines, booster pumps 5 respectively communicated with the two battery valves 4 through pipelines, two shunt devices 8 respectively communicated with the two booster pumps 5 through pipelines, and a main control board electrically connected with the two battery valves 4 and the two booster pumps 5 through leads. The three-way inlet 3 comprises a water inlet and two water outlets, and the water inlet of the three-way inlet 3 is used for connecting with an external water source, such as cold water, hot water or water containing detergent. Conventionally, the main control board is externally connected with a power supply.

The water inlet tee joint 3, the battery valve 4, the booster pump 5 and the main control board are all arranged in an inner cavity of the main machine body 1, the two flow dividers 8 are all arranged at the top of the cleaning bin 2-1 and respectively face to the area formed by extending the outline of the two sockets 2-2-1 arranged on the front panel 2-2 backwards along the transverse panel surface of the front panel 2-2, the fan-shaped nozzle 9 is arranged on each flow dividing hole of the flow divider 8, and the two flow dividers 8 respectively wash the woks 13 inserted from the two sockets 2-2-1.

The washing machine further comprises a back plate 6, the two battery valves 4, the two booster pumps 5 and the main control board are all installed on the back plate 6, the main control board is installed on the back plate 6 through a waterproof junction box 7, and the back plate 6 is fixed in the inner cavity of the main machine body 1 and located behind the inner cavity 2 of the washing pot. Preferably, the bottom surface of the main body 1 is provided with heat dissipation holes, which is beneficial to the heat dissipation of the components on the back plate 6. The water inlet tee joint 3 is arranged on a mounting rack at the bottom of the main machine body 1.

According to the technical scheme, the front side of the bottom surface of the cleaning bin 2-1 is provided with the filter residue groove 2-1-1, the water outlet 12 is positioned in the filter residue groove 2-1-1, the filter residue baffle 2-3 is arranged in the filter residue groove 2-1-1, the bottom surface of the cleaning bin 2-1 is an inclined surface, the height of one side, close to the filter residue groove 2-1-1, of the bottom surface is lower than that of the side, far away from the filter residue groove 2-1-1, of the bottom surface, the sewage generated after washing the frying pan 13 flows to the bottom surface of the cleaning bin 2-1 through the transverse plate surface of the front panel 2-2, and then is gathered in the filter residue groove 2-1-1.

Preferably, the filter residue baffle 2-3 is provided with two hand holes 2-3-1, which is beneficial to taking out the filter residue baffle 2-3 from the filter residue groove 2-1-1 for cleaning.

Furthermore, the front panel 2-2 is fixedly arranged in the inner cavity of the cleaning bin 2-1, the transverse panel surface of the front panel 2-2 is inclined, and the height of the side, close to the opening of the cleaning bin 2-1, of the front panel is larger than the height of the side, far away from the opening of the cleaning bin 2-1, so that the sewage generated after the frying pan 13 is washed can be collected backwards, and the frying pan 13 is prevented from sliding out in the cleaning process.

According to the invention, the cleaning inner cavity is constructed by the front panel 2-2 and the cleaning bin 2-1, and the front panel 2-2 is designed into the L-shaped right-angle plate, so that the front panel can be used as an insertion structure and a bearing structure of the wok 13 at the same time, the design is ingenious, the assembly is easy, on the basis, two sets of flushing water paths are formed by the water inlet tee joint 3, the electromagnetic valve 4, the booster pump 5 and the flow divider 8, the intelligent control is realized by the main control board, the wok 13 inserted into the cleaning inner cavity is automatically cleaned, the use is convenient, two woks 13 can be cleaned at the same time, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
