The flexible pipeline technology is composed of a conductive polytetrafluoroethylene inner pipe, a stainless steel reinforcing layer, a metal connecting piece, a silicon rubber fireproof sleeve, an anti-abrasion sheath and the like.

The inner pipe is made of polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin with a T62 brand, and the material has good thermal property, electrical property, chemical property and the like, such as chemical resistance, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hot caustic soda solution and the like, so far, no solvent which can dissolve polytetrafluoroethylene at the temperature of below 300 ℃ and weather resistance are available, the solvent is not influenced by moisture, mildew, bacteria, ultraviolet rays and the like, and the material still has good weather resistance and the like no matter the material is exposed for ten years under any weather conditions. In addition, the lubricating agent has excellent lubricity and very low friction coefficient; the flame-retardant and flame-retardant composite material has excellent electrical insulation performance, excellent dielectric property, excellent thermal stability and incombustibility, has an oxygen limiting index L01 of over 95, can only be melted on flame, does not generate liquid drops, and is only carbonized finally. The T62 resin inner tube has the characteristics of good bending property and stress cracking resistance, and can effectively improve the reliability and the service life of the product.

The steel wire reinforcing layer adopts stainless steel wires with certain strength, and improves the bearing capacity of the pipe body in a winding and weaving or weaving mode to achieve the product pressure index.

The metal connecting piece connects the pipe body with peripheral equipment, and the pipe body, the joint and the sleeve are assembled through buckling to enable the product to achieve good sealing performance and anti-pulling performance.
