The working principle is as follows: when cotton sliver blanks need to be processed, a worker firstly fixes the edge of a collecting bag in a notch of a connecting groove 62, then a plurality of cotton sliver blanks for preparing cotton slivers are added into the preparing box 2 through a feed hopper 22, simultaneously a first motor 4 is started, the added plurality of cotton sliver blanks fall among a plurality of mixing rods 33, simultaneously, a driving shaft of the first motor 4 drives a corresponding first rotating rod 31 to rotate, one first rotating rod 31 drives a second rotating rod 37 to rotate through two first driving wheels 38 and a first driving belt 39, the second rotating rod 37 drives a first driving rod 42 to rotate through two second driving wheels 43 and a second driving belt 44, the first driving rod 42 enables the other first rotating rod 31 to synchronously rotate in the reverse direction through two first driving gears 45 which are meshed with each other, at the moment, the two first rotating rods 31 synchronously rotate in the reverse direction, the two first rotating rods 31 synchronously rotate in the opposite direction, the two rotating discs 32 and the corresponding multiple mixing rods 33 synchronously rotate in the opposite direction, multiple cotton sliver blanks are continuously mixed and pulled while the multiple mixing rods 33 synchronously rotate in the opposite direction, and the multiple mixed and pulled cotton sliver blanks fall on the upper surfaces of the two rotating rollers 52 through gaps among the multiple mixing rods 33, so that the mixed pulling of the multiple cotton sliver blanks is conveniently realized, the convenience of mixed pulling of the cotton sliver blanks is effectively improved, and the operation time of manually mixing and pulling the cotton sliver blanks is reduced;

meanwhile, the second motor 65 is started, the driving shaft of the second motor 65 drives the air suction fan 67 to rotate, air suction generated when the air suction fan 67 rotates absorbs dust and wool in various cotton sliver blanks, the absorbed dust and wool enter the hollow sleeve 61 through the through holes 64 and finally fall into the collecting bag, and therefore dust removal of the cotton sliver blanks is achieved conveniently, and the quality of subsequent finished cotton slivers is improved effectively;

the dedusted multiple cotton sliver blanks fall on the upper surface of the material conveying belt 72 through the material discharging hopper 23, at the moment, the third motor 75 is started, the driving shaft of the third motor 75 drives a corresponding fourth rotating rod 71 to rotate, one fourth rotating rod 71 enables the other fourth rotating rod 71 to synchronously rotate in the same direction through two synchronizing wheels 73 and a synchronizing belt 74, at the moment, the two fourth rotating rods 71 synchronously rotate in the same direction and enable the material conveying belt 72 to transmit, the material conveying belt 72 transmits the multiple cotton sliver blanks on the upper surface, at the same time, one first fourth rotating rod 71 enables one rotating shaft 77 to synchronously rotate in the reverse direction through two mutually meshed third transmission gears 78, at the moment, the two rotating shafts 77 drive the cotton carding licker-in 79 to rotate, the cotton carding licker-in 79 and the material conveying belt 72 are in a synchronous reverse rotation state, the multiple cotton sliver blanks on the upper surface of the material conveying belt 72 are carded while the cotton carding licker-in 79 rotates, and accordingly, the carding of the dedusted cotton sliver blanks is conveniently realized, thereby effectively improving the convenience of carding cotton sliver blanks.
