Specifically, in the installation of the existing platform door, the following problems exist:

the first problem is that in the installation process of the existing platform door, all parts need to be transported to a track site scattered, due to the fact that the number of the parts and the parts is large, the parts are easy to lose or neglected to be installed, the system management is inconvenient, and when the parts are lost and material is needed to be supplemented, the assembly period is easy to prolong; the platform door module that this embodiment provided uses the unit platform as independent module, integrated platform door module skeleton 19, the door body, door machine 45, top case and electrical connector are as an organic whole, accomplish the equipment in the mill, the monomer debugging, use the unit serial number as whole form to the field installation, the field only needs to link to each other platform door module top and the last top connecting piece of track, the bottom links to each other with the track station platen, then install the back shrouding of ending, the lamina tecti, splice fixedly through fire-retardant buffer layer 43 and sealed glue 44 between with adjacent station platform door module, carry out public mother's cooperation with aviation connector between each station door module at last and connect, realize electric intercommunication, the installation of whole platform door has been realized promptly. The integration level of the whole platform door module is high, and the assembly, wiring and debugging work can be completed in a factory workshop, so that the number of installation materials on the track platform is small, the workload is low, the field work difficulty is greatly reduced, the construction period is shortened, the labor cost is reduced, meanwhile, the design of the platform door module enables the field rough management of the track platform to be converted into the fine management of the factory, and the installation quality is more guaranteed.

Secondly, in the installation process of the platform door, because the installation parts which are mutually overlapped exist among all the parts, all the parts need to be installed step by step according to a preset sequence, the parts cannot be assembled simultaneously, the installation efficiency is low, and the construction period is long; and in this embodiment, the platform door modules are arranged to be mutually independent columns and door bodies, the lintel and the doorsill for connecting the columns are arranged independently, overlapping installation with adjacent platform door modules is not needed, namely, a single platform door module can be completely and independently installed on a track, in actual installation, workers can simultaneously assemble a plurality of platform door modules, as long as the installation positions of the platform door modules are arranged in advance, multipoint synchronous assembly is realized, the installation efficiency is greatly improved, the installation of the platform door modules cannot be influenced mutually, rework is needed even if problems occur, single maintenance and replacement only needs to be carried out on the problematic platform door modules, the influence on the assembly of the whole platform door is not large, and the assembly efficiency of the platform door on the track is enabled to have qualitative leap.

Third, the fixed door 26 of the existing platform door is a shared component of two adjacent sliding doors on the left and right sides, i.e. one fixed door 26 needs to provide a sliding space for the sliding doors on the left and right sides, which requires that the fixed door 26 must be installed based on the installation positions of the sliding doors on the two sides, and because of the width size limitation of the two sliding doors, the width size of the fixed door 26 must be larger than the sum of the width sizes of the two sliding doors, the arrangement of the shared door limits the installation speed of the platform door on one hand, and virtually increases the width size required by the shared door, which is very inconvenient for transportation and installation; in this embodiment, the fixed doors 26 are all set as independent door bodies, that is, in a platform door module, there are independent fixed doors 26, the fixed doors 26 in a single platform door module only need to serve for the sliding doors in the corresponding platform door module, and it is not necessary to provide sliding spaces for the sliding doors in the adjacent platform door modules, so that the width of the fixed doors 26 in the platform door module is greatly reduced, and only the size of the single sliding door needs to be larger than that of the platform door module, so that the platform door module is more convenient to transport, in addition, the fixed doors 26 arranged in the independent modules also enable the sliding between the two adjacent sliding doors to be completely independent, and the poor sliding caused by interference between the door bodies is avoided.

The problem four is that in the installation process of the existing platform door, the electrical wiring is performed on site according to the sequence, namely, cables need to be conveyed to the site of the track platform firstly, then the cables are wired in the platform door wire grooves 15 according to the construction progress, and the cables of all the platform doors are connected and debugged, so that the construction is slow, the debugging is difficult, once the quality problem occurs, the problem platform doors need to be debugged one by one, and the installation progress of other platform doors is influenced; and the platform door module in this embodiment, through assembling whole platform door module at the mill, the shipment is carried out after the debugging finishes, and adopt single-ended wiring mode to be connected to binding post row with the cable when the wiring, the aviation connector is connected to the other end, when the on-the-spot installation, only need carry out public mother's cooperation with the aviation connector of two adjacent platform door modules, can accomplish electrical connection, the installation is quick, convenient, when the problem appears, also only need extract the aviation connector that corresponds platform door module and can maintain single platform door module, do not influence the installation of other platform door modules, therefore, the practicability is high, the operability is strong, and the installation efficiency of platform doors is greatly improved.

The fifth problem is that when the existing platform door is installed, various transport vehicles and tools are needed to transport bulk materials, so that time and labor are consumed, and large materials are easily damaged; in this embodiment, through setting up platform door module to modular structure for whole platform door module can be transported as a whole through erection equipment, and the transportation of platform door module can be more stable, need not worry material neglected loading and transportation damage to bulk material, has improved material transport efficiency greatly, and erection equipment can also directly carry platform door module to the installation department, has alleviateed artifical transport burden, has also improved the degree of automation in the platform door installation greatly.
