A high-gas-content well sucker-rod pump lifting effect-improving device and a process pipe column adopt a double-way pipe to separate a mixed liquid flow passage from a pump inlet liquid flow passage; the mixed liquid sedimentation distance is enlarged through the underground pipe column structure, and the distance between the outlet of the double-pass pipe and the sieve pipe is the sedimentation distance of the mixed liquid; in the process of sedimentation, gas and liquid in the mixed liquid are fully separated, namely oil liquid in the sleeve falls, gas rises, separation is realized, the gas proportion in the liquid entering the pump is reduced, and the gas-liquid separation efficiency is improved; the packer in the underground process pipe column isolates an oil layer, a sleeve and the outer pipe annulus, and the oil layer, the inner pipe annulus and the outer pipe annulus are isolated in a plug-in sealing mode, so that mixed liquid flows out of the bottom of the well from the inner pipe, the flow rate of the mixed liquid is improved, the production pressure difference is amplified, and the productivity of the oil well is improved.

The technology is mainly applied to the production field of oil wells with high gas-liquid ratio. With the development of oil fields, the victory oil field gradually increases the development strength of low-permeability oil reservoirs. The low-permeability reservoir has the characteristics of deep reservoir, low permeability, high liquid-gas ratio of oil well production and the like. The low-permeability reservoir oil well is usually produced by adopting a sucker rod pump lifting mode, is influenced by the gas content of produced liquid of the oil well, and has low fullness of an oil well pump; even the situation that the airlock of the oil well pump can not work normally occurs when the gas-liquid ratio is high. The double-pass pipe designed by the invention adopts a double-channel structure, and changes a flow passage of stratum produced liquid into a pump; the liquid inflow channel produced at the bottom of the well is separated from the oil inlet channel of the oil well pump, so that the sedimentation volume is increased, and the gas-liquid separation efficiency is improved; the designed process pipe column isolates the stratum and the shaft, improves the outflow rate of the stratum, amplifies the production pressure difference and improves the productivity of the oil well. The technology can solve the problem of lifting of the high-gas-content well and has wide application prospect.
