Background

With the rapid development of new surgical techniques, various minimally invasive surgeries, which have small wound surfaces and are beneficial to postoperative recovery of patients, are increasingly popular. Surgical instruments for minimally invasive surgery need strict treatment in the processes of decontamination, cleaning, drying and the like before being used every time, otherwise, subsequent sterilization failure can be caused, and a larger risk of nosocomial infection is generated. Most of the existing minimally invasive surgical instruments are lumen instruments, and because the instruments with the structures have lumen structures, the difficulty of drying after dirt removal and cleaning is high, and the inner walls of the lumens are usually dried by using clean compressed air after cleaning; however, in the blow-drying process of these lumen instruments, if pathogenic microorganisms on the inner wall of the lumen are not completely removed, the pathogenic microorganisms are easily carried out from the lumen by compressed air and discharged to the external working environment to form aerosol pollution, once the environment is polluted, mechanical cross pollution is easily generated, and potential occupational injury risks are formed to workers.

Therefore, there is a need to prevent and control aerosol contamination during the blow-drying process for minimally invasive lumen surgical instruments, and there is no reliable method and apparatus.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present invention provides an aerosol protection device, which has a drying chamber, so that a lumen surgical instrument is dried in the drying chamber, the drying chamber is communicated with the outside through a filtering device, pathogenic microorganisms and other particulate pollutants in air are effectively separated through the filtering device, and the aerosol is prevented from forming and polluting a working environment.
