Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of high-strength corrosion-resistant composite aluminum foils, and particularly relates to a high-strength corrosion-resistant composite aluminum foil; in particular to a preparation method of the high-strength corrosion-resistant composite aluminum foil.

Background

The aluminum foil is a hot stamping material which is directly rolled into a sheet by using metal aluminum, and the hot stamping effect of the aluminum foil is similar to that of pure silver foil hot stamping, so the aluminum foil is also called false silver foil. Because the aluminum has soft texture, good ductility and silvery white luster, if the rolled sheet is pasted on offset paper by sodium silicate and other substances to prepare an aluminum foil sheet, the aluminum foil sheet can be printed, and the aluminum foil is widely used for food, beverage, cigarette, medicine, photographic base plate, household daily necessities and the like due to the excellent characteristics and is generally used as a packaging material of the aluminum foil sheet; an electrolytic capacitor material; heat insulating materials for buildings, vehicles, ships, houses, and the like; the aluminum foil can be used as a packaging material, has the advantages of moisture resistance, air tightness, shading, corrosion resistance, fragrance retention, no toxicity, no odor and the like, and is easy to process various beautiful patterns and figures due to the elegant silvery luster, so that the aluminum foil is more popular with people.

However, the aluminum foil is easy to oxidize and darken in color, and fades when being rubbed and touched, so that the aluminum foil is not suitable for hot stamping of book covers and the like which are stored for a long time, and the traditional aluminum foil is easy to rot even if being used for a long time, and has poor corrosion resistance and durability, so that the high-strength corrosion-resistant composite aluminum foil and the preparation method thereof are provided, and the corrosion resistance of the aluminum foil can be effectively improved.
