The working principle of the invention is as follows: after the construction of the heat-insulating layer 1 on the outer wall surface of the fluid reservoir or the pipeline is completed, a layer of aluminum foil cloth 2 is laid on the surface of the heat-insulating layer 1, the heat-insulating layer 1 is covered with the aluminum foil cloth 2 as a whole, and then the light-cured plate is laid on the surface of the aluminum foil cloth 2.

The photo-curing plate has two forms: one is in a soft state before curing, and the construction is easy to be carried out at a position with a larger angle and a position with limited space in the soft state; the other is a hard state after curing, a flat state after curing, and the flat surface is very flat and can be used at a position with higher requirements on appearance.

When the prefabricated light-cured plates 3 are laid in a soft state, 10 cm overlapping is carried out at the overlapping part, namely, the overlapping part 33 is overlapped at the tail end of the base plate 31 of the adjacent prefabricated light-cured plate 3, and as the materials of the two prefabricated light-cured plates 3 are the same, the two prefabricated light-cured plates are in a seamless integrated state after being cured, as shown in fig. 2.

When the prefabricated light-cured plate 3 is laid in a hard state, the overlapping part 33 is sealed by adding the low-temperature glue 5, the reinforcing rivet 6 is used for reinforcing, the joint sealing light-cured layer 4 is laid at the external overlapping seam position for sealing and reinforcing, and as shown in fig. 1, the joint sealing light-cured layer 4 and the prefabricated light-cured plate 3 are in a seamless integral state after being cured.

The raw materials of the prefabricated photocuring plate 3 and the joint-closing photocuring layer 4 are photocuring materials, particularly OIP photocuring glass fiber reinforced composite materials, are the existing mature technology and can be directly purchased in the market; the light curing material is composed of anticorrosive material, glass fiber, epoxy resin and the like, and after the light curing material is cured, the strength can reach 120 MPa; the fireproof grade can reach A1 grade, the anti-corrosion and anti-ultraviolet capability is strong, the quality guarantee can reach more than 10 years, the anti-corrosion and anti-ultraviolet capability cannot be reached by other materials at present, meanwhile, the laying operation of the light curing material has low requirement on the skill of constructors, the construction is convenient and fast, and the efficiency is high.
