Preferably: the crushing knives 35 are uniformly arranged on the main shaft 31 at intervals, and the crushing knives 35 and the expanding fragments 34 are arranged at intervals, so that the main shaft 31 drives the crushing knives 35 and the expanding fragments 34 on the connecting rod 33 to rotate when rotating, and the efficiency and the quality of grass crushing are improved; the saw teeth are arranged at the tail end of the crushing knife 35, so that the crushing knife 35 improves the cutting effect on the pasture; the main shaft 31 is welded with the supporting disc 32, the main shaft 31 is rotatably connected with the box body 12, and the welding improves the connection strength of the main shaft 31 and the supporting disc 32, so that the main shaft 31 stably drives the expanding fragments 34 to rotate; the connecting rod 33 is at least provided with four positions on the supporting disk 32, and the expanding fragments 34 are rotatably connected with the connecting rod 33, so that the expanding and beating effect of the expanding fragments 34 on the pasture is improved; the main shaft 31 is in key connection with the first secondary pulley 36, the second secondary pulley 44 and the driving pulley 37 are connected through a belt, so that the power of the driving motor 38 drives the main shaft 31, the first kneading roller 41 and the second kneading roller 42 to rotate simultaneously; the second secondary belt wheel 44 is in key connection with the second kneading roller 42, the gear 43 is in key connection with the first kneading roller 41 and the second kneading roller 42 respectively, and the gears 43 are meshed with each other to ensure the stable transmission of power, so that the first kneading roller 41 and the second kneading roller 42 rotate relatively to knead the pasture; the water pipe 51 in the box body 12 is provided with spray holes, the material shielding plates 7 are arc-shaped, and the openings of the two material shielding plates 7 correspond to the first material kneading roller 41 and the second material kneading roller 42, so that the expanded forage grass enters between the first material kneading roller 41 and the second material kneading roller 42 after being moistened by the water pipe 51, and the moistening quality is ensured.

A use method of the kneading device for pasture processing comprises the following steps:

a. pasture is stacked on an auxiliary plate 27 of the feeding mechanism 2, and the feed conveying belt 24 is driven to rotate by a servo motor 26 to convey the pasture into the box body 12;

b. the first secondary pulley 36 and the second secondary pulley 44 of the kneading mechanism 4 are driven by the driving motor 38 of the crushing mechanism 3 to rotate, so that the main shaft 31 rotates, the grass is crushed by the crushing blade 35 and the fragment expanding 34, and then the grass is kneaded again by the second kneading roller 42 and the first kneading roller 41 which are driven by the second secondary pulley 44;

c. meanwhile, the water pump 52 of the moistening mechanism 5 can be turned on, water liquid in the water tank 53 is used for moistening the forage grass through the water pipe 51, and then the kneaded forage grass is blown out through the drainage plate 61 by the fan 62 of the discharging mechanism 6.
