1. A split-flow filter box, comprising:

the input interface, the first output interface, the second output interface and the shunt copper bar assembly;

the current flowing into the input interface is shunted by the shunt group copper bar assembly, and the shunted current flows into the motor controller through the first output interface and the second output interface respectively.

2. The shunt filter bank of claim 1, wherein said shunt filter bank is provided with a filter assembly.

3. The shunt filter cartridge of claim 3, wherein said filter assembly comprises:

the magnetic circuit comprises a first capacitor assembly, a second capacitor assembly and a magnetic ring;

the first capacitor assembly, the second capacitor assembly and the magnetic ring form a pi-shaped circuit.

4. The shunt filter cartridge of claim 1, wherein said shunt filter cartridge housing is provided with fins, and said fins are located above and below said shunt copper busbar assembly.

5. The shunt filter cartridge of claim 4, wherein said fins are in contact with said shunt copper busbar assembly through insulating thermal pads.

6. The shunt filter cartridge of claim 1, wherein said first output port and said second output port have sealing surfaces.

7. The shunt filter cassette of claim 1, wherein the housing of the shunt filter cassette has mounting holes formed at each of four corners.

8. The shunt filter cartridge of claim 7, wherein four of said mounting holes and two of said output ports are arranged in a central symmetry.

9. The shunt filter cassette of claim 1, wherein the shunt copper bars in the shunt copper bar assembly are stacked to reduce stray inductance.

10. An apparatus comprising a split filter box according to any of claims 1-9.

Technical Field

In order to enable the cables to be connected with the battery more smoothly, when the electric drive system is arranged in a front driving mode, the direct current outgoing line generally needs to face towards the tail of a vehicle, when the electric drive system is arranged in a rear driving mode, the direct current outgoing line generally needs to face towards the head of the vehicle, and the arrangement requirements of the front driving mode and the rear driving mode cannot be met by one set of electric drive system.

the magnetic circuit comprises a first capacitor assembly, a second capacitor assembly and a magnetic ring;

Detailed Description

The embodiment of the application provides a shunting filter box and equipment, has solved one set of electric drive system among the prior art and probably can't satisfy the demand of arranging that drives from beginning to end simultaneously, has realized having reduced the quantity of input cable, and then has reduced manufacturing cost's technological effect.

In order to solve the technical problems, the general idea of the embodiment of the application is as follows:

a split-flow filter box, comprising:

the input interface, the first output interface, the second output interface and the shunt copper bar assembly;

the current flowing into the input interface is shunted by the shunt group copper bar assembly, and the shunted current flows into the motor controller through the first output interface and the second output interface respectively.

In order to better understand the technical solution, the technical solution will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.

the current flowing into the input interface 110 is shunted by the shunt group copper bar assembly 140, and the shunted current flows into the motor controller through the first output interface 120 and the second output interface 130 respectively.

In the specific implementation process, the shunt filter box introduces the direct current input by the battery through the input interface 110, then shunts one path of direct current into two paths of direct current through the shunt group copper bar assembly 140, and then transmits the direct current to the two motor controllers through the first output interface 120 and the second output interface 130 respectively, so that the shunt function of changing one path into two paths is realized. If a single motor is used, only any one end of the direct current interface can be used, and the other end of the direct current interface is plugged through the cover plate, so that the compatibility of the single motor controller and the double motor controller is realized.

Specifically, the first output interface 120 and the second output interface 130 have sealing surfaces, and four corners of the housing of the shunt filter cartridge are respectively provided with mounting holes 170. The motor controller and the shunt filter box can be sealed in a radial sealing mode, and then the filter and the motor controller can be fixedly connected through the four mounting holes 170. In addition, the four mounting holes 170 are arranged in central symmetry with the first output interface 120 and the second output interface 130, so that a double-motor controller with two outgoing lines formed by assembling one shunt filter box and two identical motor controllers can be realized, and the double-motor controller is particularly suitable for coaxial double motors. Of course, one output interface can be connected with one motor controller, and the other output interface is plugged by the cover plate, so that the compatibility of the single motor controller and the double motor controller is realized.

As shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, four controller assemblies, which are respectively a shunt filter box 1 and a single motor controller 2, are realized only by changing the installation mode, and since the installation point and the direct current interface of the shunt filter box are both designed in central symmetry, the following can be realized: the two single motor controllers 2 and the shunt filter box 1 are assembled, can be assembled into two double motor controller postures with forward and backward outgoing lines, and are particularly suitable for being integrated with coaxial double motors into an electric drive assembly, and the two outgoing line modes of the assembly are very suitable for the arrangement of front and rear drives of a whole vehicle. The single motor controller 2 and the shunt filter box 1 are assembled, can be assembled into two single motor controller postures with forward and backward outgoing lines, is suitable for being integrated with a single motor into an electric drive assembly, and the two outgoing line modes of the assembly are very suitable for the arrangement of front and rear drive of a whole vehicle. Due to the special design of the shunt filter box, a plurality of products can be assembled by only using one set of single motor controller and one set of shunt filter box, so that the product generalization and the platform are effectively realized, and the cost can be effectively reduced.

Further, the shunting filter box is provided with a filtering component. When the filter assembly is used in the double-motor controller, the filter assembly can filter the two motor controllers simultaneously, and when the filter assembly is used in the single-motor controller, the filter function of the single-motor controller can be realized.

In a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the filtering component includes: a first capacitor assembly 101, a second capacitor assembly 102 and a magnetic ring 103; the first capacitor assembly 101, the second capacitor assembly 102 and the magnetic ring 103 form a pi-shaped circuit. The motor controller can be input with more stable direct current, so that the motor controller is controlled more accurately, and the performance of the device is improved. Specifically, the first capacitor assembly 101 is two capacitor components, and the second capacitor assembly 102 is three capacitor components.

Further, the shunt copper bar assembly 140 in the shunt filter box is of a laminated structure so as to reduce stray inductance.

Further, the casing of reposition of redundant personnel filtering box is equipped with radiating fin, just radiating fin is located reposition of redundant personnel copper bar subassembly from top to bottom.

In the specific implementation, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the heat dissipation fins include heat dissipation fins 105 under the housing and heat dissipation fins 104 on the upper cover of the housing. This embodiment provides an apparatus, as shown in fig. 9, comprising a split flow filter cassette according to any of the embodiments.

Since the apparatus described in this embodiment is an apparatus for implementing the method of the shunt filter box in the embodiment of the present application, a person skilled in the art can understand the specific implementation of the apparatus of this embodiment and various variations thereof based on the shunt filter box described in this embodiment of the present application, and therefore, a detailed description of how to implement the method in the embodiment of the present application by the apparatus is not provided herein. The electronic devices used for implementing the shunt filter box in the embodiments of the present application are all within the scope of protection of the present application.
