When the wounded hand which is simply treated needs to be bandaged, gauze is placed on a third rotating shaft 7-8, one end of the gauze is connected with a sponge roller 7-5, a sprinkling can 8-1 is filled with disinfectant liquid, the wounded hand puts arms into a first supporting ring 5-12, a hole-opening rotating ring 5-14 and a second supporting ring 5-13, the arms are placed in contact with a sliding sponge block 9-2, the sliding sponge block 9-2 clamps the arms of the wounded through the action of a second spring 9-3, the infection aggravation caused by the wound is avoided, the wounded hand rotates an adjusting screw 7-3, the adjusting screw 7-3 drives a slide rail frame 7-2 and an upper device thereof to reciprocate left and right, the gauze on the sponge roller 7-5 is in contact with the arms of the wounded, and the gauze on the sponge roller 7-5 is tightly attached to the arms of the wounded, the arm of the wounded is fixed and limited to avoid the wounded from being hurt again, the adjusting screw 7-3 stops rotating, a buffer space is provided for the wounded through a buffer spring 7-9, the sponge roller 7-5 is prevented from being too tight in contact with the arm of the wounded, the pain of the wounded is effectively relieved, the wounded steps on the swinging plate 5-3 with the clamping rod, one end of the swinging plate 5-3 with the clamping rod swings upwards to push the sliding push rod 5-4 to move towards the direction far away from the installation bottom plate 1, so that the sliding push rod 5-4 pushes the sliding block 5-5 with the supporting rod and the device thereon to move towards the direction far away from the installation bottom plate 1, the first spring 5-9 is compressed, the pawl 5-7 pushes the sliding ratchet strip 5-11 and the device thereon to move towards the direction far away from the installation bottom plate 1, the spray can 8-1 moves towards the direction far away from the installation bottom plate 1 to be, the lug 8-3 triggers the switch of the sprinkling can 8-1, so that the disinfectant can spray the disinfectant to the arm through the sprinkling ring 8-2, and the injured part of the arm can be disinfected quickly and effectively.

Then the wounded loosens feet from the swing plate with the clamping rod 5-3, the swing plate with the clamping rod 5-3 is separated from the sliding push rod 5-4 and is reset by being compressed by the first spring 5-9, the first spring 5-9 is reset to drive the slide block with the supporting rod 5-5 and the device on the slide block to reset, the pawl 5-7 on the fourth supporting rod 5-6 clamps the sliding ratchet 5-11, the wounded continuously steps on the swing plate with the clamping rod 5-3 to repeat the operation, the sliding ratchet 5-11 and the device on the sliding ratchet continue to move in the direction far away from the installation bottom plate 1, the straight gear plate 6-5 is meshed with the straight gear 6-4, thereby realizing the conversion between the linear motion and the rotary motion by the matching between the straight gear plate 6-5 and the straight gear 6-4, and enabling the straight gear 6-4 and the device on the straight gear to rotate, and the bevel gear 6-3 drives the bevel gear ring 6-1 and the device thereon to rotate, the gauze on the sponge roller 7-5 wraps the injured part of the arm of the injured person, the foot is loosened from the swing plate with the clamping rod 5-3 after wrapping, the device stops operating, the gauze is cut off by hand with scissors, the injured person takes the arm out of the first supporting ring 5-12, the hole-opening rotating ring 5-14 and the second supporting ring 5-13, and the gauze is adhered by medical adhesive plaster. And finally, manually breaking the pawls 5-7 to slide and reset the sliding ratchets 5-11.

Example 2

On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 10, the conical tooth ring comprises an annular baffle 10, and an annular baffle 0 for blocking the conical tooth ring 6-1 is fixedly connected to the hole-opening rotating ring 5-14.

The annular baffle 1 blocks the bevel gear ring 6-1 to prevent the bevel gear ring 6-1 from being too sharp to injure a patient by mistake, and the bevel gear ring 6-1 is more dangerous when rotating to avoid secondary injury to the injured part of the arm of the patient.
