Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of melt-blown filter elements, and particularly relates to a multifunctional melt-blown filter element and a preparation process thereof.

Background

Compared with the nonwoven fabric carded into a net by the traditional weaving method, the nonwoven fabric has larger specific surface, higher porosity and finer pore size, and has excellent filterability superior to that of a common filter material. At present, melt-blown non-woven fabrics can be designed into filter materials in various forms of filter cloth, cylindrical filter elements, filter bags and the like, and are used for the filtration industry.

However, the current filter materials in various forms only have the function of filtration, which often cannot meet the use requirements, especially the filter element of a water purification system. Due to the materials of the filter medium and the filter material, the filter elements are easy to be polluted and grow bacteria and algae. In addition, the conventional filter material has a very limited filtering effect on submicron particles, and if the electrostatic adsorption between the filter material and the particles is enhanced during the filtering process, the charged particles are captured or neutral particles are induced to generate polarity and then captured, so that the respiratory resistance is not increased while the filtering efficiency is enhanced. Therefore, the electret melt-blown filter element has very wide application and market prospect.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a multifunctional melt-blown filter element which comprises 90-95 parts by weight of PP resin, 1-5 parts by weight of electret master batch, 1-5 parts by weight of antibacterial agent, 1-5 parts by weight of compatilizer and 1-3 parts by weight of dispersing agent.

s1, preparing electret master batches, uniformly mixing the homo-polypropylene resin, tourmaline powder, nano silicon dioxide, polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride, dibenzylidene sorbitol and erucamide by a mixer according to the formula amount, and then carrying out melt blending extrusion and granulation by a double-screw extruder to obtain the electret master batches;

s2, preparing a melt-blown material, putting the PP resin with the formula amount into a mixer, stirring for 1-5 minutes, adding the static electricity standing agent, the antibacterial agent, the compatilizer and the dispersing agent with the formula amount, mixing and stirring, adding into a granulator after uniformly stirring, and extruding and granulating to obtain the melt-blown material;

s3, preparing a multifunctional melt-blown filter element, slicing the melt-blown material prepared in the S2 by using a screw extruder, and extruding and melting the melt-blown material by a conveying section; filtering impurities, metering by a spinning pump, preparing a high-temperature melt at the temperature of 200-315 ℃, spinning the high-temperature melt into fiber yarns through a die head, and spinning the prepared fiber yarns into fiber webs; and (3) the fiber web is subjected to high-pressure electret, then wound into a tubular shape, and cut off in sections to obtain the multifunctional melt-blown filter element.

Polypropylene is one of organic electret materials, the distribution of space charge is mainly concentrated on two ends of crystal grains and the interface of a crystallization area and an amorphous area, but due to the characteristics of a melt-blown process, the crystallinity of common polypropylene melt-blown fibers is not high, the crystal grains are large, and the storage of the space charge is influenced. In order to solve the problem, dibenzylidene sorbitol is added to improve nucleation of homopolymerized polypropylene and improve self-adhesion degree of polypropylene fibers in a melt-blowing process, so that the compactness degree of a fiber web is reduced, friction force between air and the polypropylene fibers is reduced due to the addition of erucamide, resistance of melt-blown non-woven fabric can be remarkably reduced due to dibenzylidene sorbitol and erucamide, and a filter element has excellent filtering performance and low resistance.

In some preferred embodiments, the nanosilica has a specific surface area greater than 180m2The/g is favorable for being combined with tourmaline powder and improving the dispersibility of the tourmaline powder, so that the filter element is favorable for capturing charged particles or inducing neutral particles to generate polarity and then capturing the charged particles or the neutral particles, and the respiratory resistance is not increased while the filtration efficiency is enhanced.

In some preferred embodiments, the antimicrobial agent comprises at least one of nano titanium dioxide, nano silver, and chitin.

In some preferred embodiments, the antibacterial agent is a mixture of nano titanium dioxide and nano silver, and the weight ratio is (3-5): 1. the nano silver has strong antibacterial capacity, the mixing of the nano silver and the nano titanium dioxide can not only widen the excitation wavelength range of the nano titanium dioxide, but also inhibit the compounding of electron-hole pairs, so that the nano titanium dioxide and the nano silver have more stable antibacterial performance, and simultaneously, the nano silver and tourmaline powder in electret master batches and nano silicon dioxide act, the electrostatic adsorption effect and the charge storage stability of the filter element are further improved, and the service life of the filter element is prolonged.

In some preferred embodiments, the nano titanium dioxide is anatase nano titanium dioxide, and the average particle size is 1-10 nm.

s1, preparing electret master batches, uniformly mixing the homo-polypropylene resin, tourmaline powder, nano silicon dioxide, polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride, dibenzylidene sorbitol and erucamide by a mixer according to the formula amount, and then carrying out melt blending extrusion and granulation by a double-screw extruder at the temperature of 180-200 ℃ to obtain the electret master batches.

S2, preparing a melt-blown material, putting the PP resin with the formula amount into a mixer, stirring for 5 minutes, adding the static electricity standing agent, the antibacterial agent, the compatilizer and the dispersing agent with the formula amount, mixing and stirring for 20 minutes, and then adding into a granulator to perform extrusion granulation to obtain the melt-blown material;

s3, preparing a multifunctional melt-blown filter element, namely slicing the melt-blown material prepared in the S2 by using a screw extruder, extruding the sliced melt-blown material by a conveying section, and melting the extruded melt-blown material at 180-200 ℃; filtering impurities, metering by a spinning pump, preparing a high-temperature melt at 220-260 ℃, spinning into fiber yarns by a die head, and spinning the prepared fiber yarns into fiber webs; and (3) the fiber web is subjected to high-pressure electret, then wound into a tubular shape, and cut off in sections to obtain the multifunctional melt-blown filter element.

The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.

The electret master batch comprises 75 parts by weight of homopolymerized polypropylene resin; 2 parts of tourmaline powder; 2 parts of nano silicon dioxide; 7 parts of polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride; 7 parts of dibenzylidene sorbitol; 6 parts of erucamide. The homo-polypropylene resin manufacturer is a Korea Xiaoxing with the brand number of HJ 730; the specific surface area of the nano silicon dioxide is 200m2Per g, available from Jia Anheng technology, Inc., Beijing.

The antibacterial agent comprises a mixture of nano titanium dioxide and nano silver, wherein the weight ratio of the nano titanium dioxide to the nano silver is 4: 1; the nano titanium dioxide is anatase nano titanium dioxide, has an average particle size of 3-5 nm, is purchased from Ningbo Ningmi-Ningnan New Material science and technology Co., Ltd, and has the model of MZT-A1. Embodiment 4 also provides a preparation process of the multifunctional melt-blown filter element, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, preparing electret master batches, uniformly mixing the homo-polypropylene resin, tourmaline powder, nano silicon dioxide, polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride, dibenzylidene sorbitol and erucamide by a mixer according to the formula amount, then carrying out melt blending extrusion by a double-screw extruder at the temperature of 180 ℃, and granulating to obtain the electret master batches.

Evaluation of Performance

1. Antibacterial and antifungal Property test

The multifunctional melt-blown filter element prepared in the above examples and comparative examples is subjected to an antibacterial and mildewproof test, referring to GB21551.2-2010 test standard, and the mildewproof grade is as follows: no mold growth was scored as grade 0; slight mold growth (10%) was scored as grade 1; mild mold growth (10% -30%) was scored as grade 2; moderate mold growth (30% -60%) was scored as grade 3; severe mold growth (60% -100%) was scored as grade 4; the test results are shown in table 1.

2. Filtration efficiency test

The multifunctional melt-blown filter element prepared in the above examples and comparative examples was tested for filtration efficiency using an automatic TSI8130 filter material tester: the flow rate is set to be 85L/min, the mass median diameter of the sodium chloride aerosol is 0.26 μm, the filtering efficiency is greater than or equal to 95 percent and is recorded as excellent, the filtering efficiency is greater than or equal to 90 percent and less than 95 percent and is recorded as good, and the filtering efficiency is less than 90 percent and is recorded as poor.

According to the embodiment and the comparative example, the invention provides the multifunctional melt-blown filter element and the preparation method thereof, and the prepared multifunctional melt-blown filter element has excellent filtering efficiency and antibacterial and mildew-proof properties.
