1. A patch preparation device, characterized in that it comprises:

a frame (100);

at least one set of rollers positioned on the frame (100);

at least one set of the rollers comprises: the first conveying roller (1) is used for conveying a first piece to be attached;

a second delivery roller (2) for forming a first delivery chain with the first delivery roller (1) through at least one guide roller for rolling up the target patch when the device is in operation;

the third conveying roller (3) and the second conveying roller (2) form a second conveying chain through at least one guide roller, and the second conveying chain is used for conveying a second piece to be attached to the second conveying roller (2);

the stripping roller (4) and the third conveying roller (3) form a stripping chain through at least one guide roller and are used for stripping the outer film layer in the second piece to be laminated;

the fourth conveying roller (5) and the second conveying roller (2) form a third conveying chain through at least one guide roller, and the third conveying chain is used for conveying a third piece to be attached to the second conveying roller (2);

the first and second conveyor chains meet at a first node (101), the first and third conveyor chains meet at a second node (102), the second node (102) being located between the second conveyor roller (2) and the first node (101).

2. The patch preparation device according to claim 1, characterized in that a line connecting the centers of the axes of the third conveyor roller (3) and the second conveyor roller (2) has a first predetermined angle with the horizontal plane, and a line connecting the centers of the axes of the peel roller (4) and the fourth conveyor roller (5) has a second predetermined angle with the horizontal plane, the first predetermined angle being the same as the second predetermined angle.

4. The patch preparation device according to claim 1, characterized in that said housing (100) comprises a first housing zone and a second housing zone connected in series;

the stripping roller (4) and the second conveying roller (2) are sequentially distributed in a first accommodating area along a first direction, and the third conveying roller (3) and the fourth conveying roller (5) are sequentially distributed in a second accommodating area along the first direction;

the peeling roller (4) and the third conveying roller (3) are arranged side by side in a second direction, the second conveying roller (2) and the fourth conveying roller (5) are arranged side by side in the second direction, and the first direction is intersected with the second direction.

the first pinch roller (61) and the second pinch roller (62) are arranged oppositely.

9. The patch preparation device according to claim 1, further comprising a deviation rectifier disposed at the starting ends of said first conveyor chain, said second conveyor chain and said third conveyor chain.

10. A method of preparing a patch, the method comprising:

coating a first adhesive on a first substrate and then combining the first adhesive with a second substrate to obtain a piece to be attached;

and peeling at least one piece to be pasted, and combining the peeled piece to be pasted with at least one piece to be pasted or at least one first substrate or second substrate coated with a second adhesive to obtain the target patch.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of patches, and particularly relates to a patch preparation device and a preparation method.

Background

The patch means a sheet-like preparation which can be adhered to the skin and the drug can produce systemic or local effect, and comprises a backing layer, a drug storage layer with (or without) a controlled release membrane, an adhesive layer and a protective layer which needs to be removed before use. The patch can be applied to the whole skin surface, or to a diseased or incomplete skin surface. Among them, a patch that is applied to the surface of the skin intact and can deliver a drug into the blood circulation system through the skin is called a transdermal patch. Modern transdermal patches are patches or patch drugs that are absorbed through the skin and can rapidly and durably enter the body through a controlled release mechanism in a dosage required by the condition.

The patch preparation method provided by the related art includes a basal layer coating mechanism for basal layer coating of uncoated material by a method such as doctor blade transfer coating or extrusion coating; and a multilayer coating mechanism for coating the coating layer side on which the base layer is coated again.

However, when a multi-layer patch having more than two layers is prepared, it is necessary to peel off the adhesive patch protective layer by a separate peeling means and then coat the peeled adhesive patch by a multi-layer coating mechanism. This reduces the efficiency of production, and may cause wrinkles in the produced patch due to re-application after removal halfway, thereby affecting the use of the patch.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a patch preparation device and a preparation method, aiming at solving the technical problems that when a multi-layer patch with more than two layers is prepared, each layer of patch needs to be taken down from a coating mechanism, and the coating of the next procedure can be continued, so that the preparation efficiency is reduced, and the prepared patch is taken down midway and is recoated to generate wrinkles, so that the use of the patch is influenced.

The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the present invention provides a patch preparation device, comprising:

a frame;

at least one set of rollers positioned on the frame;

at least one set of the rollers comprises: the first conveying roller is used for conveying a first piece to be attached;

a second conveying roller, which forms a first conveying chain with the first conveying roller through at least one guide roller when the device works, and is used for rolling the target patch;

the third conveying roller and the second conveying roller form a second conveying chain through at least one guide roller and are used for conveying a second piece to be attached to the second conveying roller;

the stripping roller and the third conveying roller form a stripping chain through at least one guide roller and are used for stripping the outer film layer in the second piece to be laminated;

the fourth conveying roller and the second conveying roller form a third conveying chain through at least one guide roller and are used for conveying a third piece to be attached to the second conveying roller;

the first conveyor chain meets the second conveyor chain at a first node, the first conveyor chain meets the third conveyor chain at a second node, and the second node is located between the second conveyor roller and the first node.

In an optional embodiment, a first preset included angle is formed between a horizontal plane and a connecting line of the centers of the roller shafts of the third conveying roller and the second conveying roller, a second preset included angle is formed between a horizontal plane and a connecting line of the centers of the roller shafts of the peeling roller and the fourth conveying roller, and the first preset included angle is the same as the second preset included angle.

In an alternative embodiment, the linear velocities of the first conveyor roller, the second conveyor roller, the peeling roller, the third conveyor roller, and the fourth conveyor roller are the same in magnitude.

In an optional embodiment, the rack comprises a first accommodating area and a second accommodating area which are connected in sequence;

the peeling roller and the second conveying roller are sequentially distributed in a first accommodating area along a first direction, and the third conveying roller and the fourth conveying roller are sequentially distributed in a second accommodating area along the first direction;

In an optional embodiment, the device further comprises a deviation rectifier, and the deviation rectifier is arranged at the starting ends of the first conveying chain, the second conveying chain and the third conveying chain.

In another aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a method for preparing a patch, the method being performed using any one of the devices described above, the method including:

coating a first adhesive on a first substrate and then combining the first adhesive with a second substrate to obtain a piece to be attached;

and peeling at least one piece to be pasted, and combining the peeled piece to be pasted with at least one piece to be pasted or at least one first substrate or second substrate coated with a second adhesive to obtain the target patch.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the device provided by the embodiment of the application, the first piece to be attached is conveyed through the first conveying roller, the second conveying chain is formed through at least one guide roller based on the third conveying roller and the second conveying roller, the second piece to be attached can be combined with the first piece to be attached, the stripping chain is formed through at least one guide roller based on the stripping roller and the third conveying roller, the outer film layer in the second piece to be attached can be stripped before the second piece to be attached is combined with the first piece to be attached, and the second piece to be attached with the outer film layer stripped is combined with the first piece to be attached to form a first combined piece; and a third conveying chain is formed by the fourth conveying roller and the second conveying roller through at least one guide roller, so that a third piece to be attached can be combined with the first attaching piece to form the target patch, and finally, the target patch is rolled through the second conveying roller. Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples and drawings.

The transdermal patch mainly comprises a back lining layer, a medicine-containing layer and a protective layer which are arranged in a stacking way, wherein the medicine-containing layer comprises a storage layer, a controlled release layer and an attaching layer which are arranged in a stacking way. The patch preparation method provided by the related art includes a basal layer coating mechanism for basal layer coating of uncoated material by a method such as doctor blade transfer coating or extrusion coating; and a multilayer coating mechanism for coating the coating layer side on which the base layer is coated again. However, when a multi-layer patch having more than two layers is prepared, it is necessary to peel off the adhesive patch protective layer by a separate peeling means and then coat the peeled adhesive patch by a multi-layer coating mechanism. This reduces the efficiency of production, and may cause wrinkles in the produced patch due to re-application after removal halfway, thereby affecting the use of the patch. In view of this, the embodiments of the present application provide a transdermal patch preparation device, which aims to solve the above technical problems.

It should be noted that the device provided in the embodiment of the present application only partially improves coating and peeling of a coater common in the art, and the structure of the rest of the coater is consistent with that in the prior art, and details of the structure are not repeated in the embodiment of the present application.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a patch preparation device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the patch preparation device provided in the embodiment of the present application. The device includes: a frame 100 and at least one set of rollers positioned on the frame 100; wherein, at least one group of rollers comprises a first conveying roller 1 used for conveying a first piece to be attached; a second conveying roller 2 for forming a first conveying chain with the first conveying roller 1 through at least one guide roller for rolling up the target patch when the device is operated; the third conveying roller 3 and the second conveying roller 2 form a second conveying chain through at least one guide roller, and the second conveying chain is used for conveying a second piece to be attached to the second conveying roller 2; the stripping roller 4 and the third conveying roller 3 form a stripping chain through at least one guide roller and is used for stripping the outer film layer in the second piece to be laminated; the fourth conveying roller 5 and the second conveying roller 2 form a third conveying chain through at least one guide roller, and the third conveying chain is used for conveying a third piece to be attached to the second conveying roller 2; the first and second conveyor chains meet at a first node 101, the first and third conveyor chains meet at a second node 102, the second node 102 being located between the second conveyor roller 2 and the first node 101.

It should be noted that, in the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, when the first conveying roller 1 conveys the first to-be-laminated object, the second conveying roller 2 and the first conveying roller 1 form a first conveying chain through at least one guide roller; when the third conveying roller 3 conveys a second piece to be attached to the second conveying roller 2, the third conveying roller 3 and the second conveying roller 2 form a second conveying chain through at least one guide roller; when the peeling roller 4 peels off the outer film layer in the second member to be laminated, the peeling roller 4 and the third conveying roller 3 form a peeling chain through at least one guide roller; when the fourth conveying roller 5 conveys the third piece to be attached to the second conveying roller 2, the fourth conveying roller 5 and the second conveying roller 2 form a third conveying chain through at least one guide roller.

It should be noted that the number of the guide rollers provided in the embodiment of the present application may be determined according to the length of the patch to be delivered, and as an example, when the distance between the first delivery roller and the second delivery roller is long, that is, the length of the first delivery chain is long, a plurality of guide rollers may be provided to ensure the delivery of the piece to be attached. In other words, the number of guide rollers may also be determined according to the length of the conveying chain, and it can be understood that more guide rollers are needed when the length of the conveying chain is longer, and the number of guide rollers is less when the length of the conveying chain is shorter. The number of guide roller installations in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to this.

In an alternative embodiment, the device provided in the embodiments of the present application can be used to make a transdermal patch comprising a five-layer structure, the patch comprising a backing layer, a reservoir layer, a release controlling layer, an adhesive layer, and a protective layer, which are stacked. It should be noted that the conveying chain provided in the embodiments of the present application is basically composed of materials for preparing patches or the like, and therefore, the conveying chain should not be limited by the above description, and when the composition of the materials is adjusted based on the concept of the present invention, the conveying chain is also adjusted accordingly.

Further, the type of adhesive required for bonding varies depending on the desired drug content or composition of each layer. As an example, when the contents of the medicine or the kinds of the inner and outer film layers are different, the kind and content of the adhesive agent may be determined according to the kind of the outer or inner film layer.

It should be noted that, when peeling the outer film layer of the second piece to be bonded, the outer film layer of the second piece to be bonded may be firstly connected to the peeling roller 4 by the hand-peeled portion, and then the outer film layer of the second piece to be bonded may be peeled by the rotation of the peeling roller 4. It can be understood that, when the outer film layer of the second member to be attached is peeled off, the layer which is easier to peel off in the second member to be attached may be selectively peeled off as required, and the side of the second member to be attached, from which the outer film layer is peeled off, containing the drug and/or the second adhesive is combined with the outer film layer of the third member to be attached at the second node 102 to form the target patch. The first adhesive, the second adhesive and the third adhesive in the preparation of the transdermal patch of the above embodiments are different in kind, composition and content.

It should be noted that, the device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be provided with one or more sets of rollers according to the structure of the machine frame 100 to complete the preparation of the patch. As an example, a set of rollers may be respectively disposed at both ends of the frame 100 according to the size of the frame 100, and the two sets of rollers may work simultaneously, thereby improving the efficiency of patch preparation.

In an alternative embodiment, a first preset included angle is formed between a connecting line of the roller shaft centers of the third conveying roller 3 and the second conveying roller 2 and the horizontal plane, a second preset included angle is formed between a connecting line of the roller shaft centers of the peeling roller 4 and the fourth conveying roller 5 and the horizontal plane, and the first preset included angle and the second preset included angle are the same.

It should be noted that the material of the patch is relatively soft, and a certain positional relationship needs to be maintained between rollers in the preparation process to ensure the normal transportation of the piece to be attached. The first preset included angle is arranged between the horizontal plane and the connecting line of the centers of the roll shafts of the third conveying roller 3 and the second conveying roller 2, the second preset included angle is arranged between the horizontal plane and the connecting line of the centers of the roll shafts of the stripping roller 4 and the fourth conveying roller 5, and the first preset included angle is the same as the second preset included angle. The first preset included angle is the same as the second preset included angle. The third conveying roller 3 can be ensured to keep the same linear velocity when conveying the second piece to be attached and the fourth conveying roller 5 can be ensured to convey the third piece to be attached. As an example, a first preset angle between a line of the roller axes of the third and second conveyor rollers 3 and 2 and a horizontal plane may be 45 °, and a second preset angle between a line of the roller axes of the peeling roller 4 and the fourth conveyor roller 5 and the horizontal plane may be 45 °. In an alternative embodiment, the first conveying roller 1, the second conveying roller 2, the peeling roller 4, the third conveying roller 3, and the fourth conveying roller 5 provided in the embodiment of the present application may have the same roller radius, and when the roller radii thereof are the same, the same linear velocity may be achieved as long as the angular velocities thereof are ensured to be the same, and when the radii of the roller shafts are different, the linear velocity thereof needs to be ensured to be the same.

The product model of first conveying roller 1, second conveying roller 2, stripper roll 4, third conveying roller 3 and fourth conveying roller 5 that this application embodiment provided can be the same to guarantee that its linear velocity size is the same, reduce the trouble to its linear velocity setting.

In an alternative embodiment, the rack 100 includes a first receiving area and a second receiving area connected in series;

the stripping roller 4 and the second conveying roller 2 are sequentially distributed in a first accommodating area along a first direction, and the third conveying roller 3 and the fourth conveying roller 5 are sequentially distributed in a second accommodating area along the first direction;

the peeling roller 4 is arranged side by side with the third conveying roller 3 in the second direction, and the second conveying roller 2 is arranged side by side with the fourth conveying roller 5 in the second direction, the first direction intersecting the second direction.

The rack 100 provided by the embodiment of the application includes a first accommodating area and a second accommodating area which are connected in sequence, and the first accommodating area and the second accommodating area are arranged side by side. In an alternative embodiment, the peeling roller 4 is connected to the frame by a first support, further the first support is connected to the roller shaft of the peeling roller 4, the second feeding roller 2 is connected to the frame 100 by a second support, further the second support is connected to the roller shaft of the second feeding roller 2. The third conveyor roller 3 is connected to the frame 100 via a third support, further the third support is connected to the roller shaft of the third conveyor roller 3, the fourth conveyor roller 5 is connected to the frame 100 via a fourth support, further the fourth support is connected to the roller shaft of the fourth conveyor roller 5. The first direction provided by the embodiment of the present application intersects with the second direction, and for example, an included angle between the first direction and the second direction may be 90 °.

In an alternative embodiment, the projection of the third conveyor roller 3 on the horizontal plane is located between the projections of the second conveyor roller 2 and the fourth conveyor roller 5 on the horizontal plane, the projection of the stripping roller 4 on the horizontal plane coincides with the projection of the second conveyor roller 2 on the horizontal plane, and the projection of the first conveyor roller 1 on the horizontal plane is close to the projection of the second conveyor roller 2 on the horizontal plane.

Optionally, the projection of the third conveying roller 3 on the horizontal plane may also coincide with the projection of the fourth conveying roller 5 on the horizontal plane, preferably, the projection of the third conveying roller 3 on the horizontal plane provided in the embodiment of the present application is located between the projections of the second conveying roller 2 and the fourth conveying roller 5 on the horizontal plane, so that the third conveying roller 3, the second conveying roller 2 and the fourth conveying roller 5 may have a certain included angle at the position of the rack 100, and the normal operation of the patch preparation device is ensured.

In an alternative embodiment, the roller shaft centers of the second conveying roller 2 and the fourth conveying roller 5 are on the same horizontal line, and the roller shaft center distance between the peeling roller 4 and the second conveying roller 2 is smaller than that between the peeling roller 4 and the fourth conveying roller 5.

It can be understood that the fourth conveying roller 5 conveys the third piece to be attached to the second conveying roller 2, and the conveying kinetic energy of the third piece to be attached can be reduced at the same horizontal line through the roller shaft centers of the second conveying roller 2 and the fourth conveying roller 5, so that the conveying efficiency is improved.

In an optional embodiment, the device further comprises a servo motor connected with each guide roller, and the servo motor is electrically connected with each guide roller to drive the guide rollers to rotate, so that the movement of the piece to be attached above the guide rollers is realized.

The first node 101 provided by the embodiment of the application can realize the stripping of the second to-be-laminated piece and the laminating of the stripped second to-be-laminated piece and the first to-be-laminated piece. The first joint member and the third member to be attached may be joined at the second node 102. The functions that can be realized by the first node 101 and the second node 102 are not limited to this.

In an alternative embodiment, first node 101 and second node 102 are each hold-down mechanisms 6.

It should be noted that the first piece to be attached and the second piece to be attached provided in the embodiment of the present application are combined at the first node 101, and the first node 101 is provided as the pressing mechanism 6, so that the attaching effect between the first piece to be attached and the second piece to be attached is ensured. The first piece to be attached is combined with the second piece to be attached except the outer membrane layer and then combined with the third piece to be attached at the second node 102, and the second node 102 is set as the pressing mechanism 6, so that the stability of the target patch can be guaranteed.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a pressing mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application. In an alternative embodiment, the pressing mechanism 6 includes a first pressing wheel 61, a first driving mechanism connected with the first pressing wheel 61, a second pressing wheel 62, a second driving mechanism connected with the second pressing wheel 62;

the first pinch roller 61 is disposed opposite to the second pinch roller 62.

In an optional embodiment, the device further comprises a deviation rectifier, and the deviation rectifier can be arranged at the starting ends of the first conveying chain, the second conveying chain and the third conveying chain.

The deviation rectifier is mainly applied to the transverse deviation control of the winding drum material, and can be used for various coiled materials: for example, in a long and fast production line, web films, metal foils, non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics and other rolls are not easily matched in the middle section of the production line, or the front and rear sections of the production line are not smooth in material receiving and sending motions, so that many materials are lost and the subsequent processing is difficult due to the phenomena of left and right movement and one-way deviation of the materials on the production line caused by uneven speed, tension or thickness of the materials and various mechanical damages. In view of this, can guarantee that first piece to be laminated keeps steady in transportation process through setting up the rectifier, does not take place the fold.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a patch preparation method provided in the embodiments of the present application. In another aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a method for preparing a patch, where the method is performed using any one of the apparatuses described above, and the method includes:

s401, coating the first adhesive on the first substrate and then combining the first adhesive with the second substrate to obtain a piece to be attached.

Optionally, the materials of the first substrate and the second substrate provided in the embodiment of the present application may be the same or different. As an example, when the medicinal transdermal patch is prepared for use, the first substrate and the second substrate can be made of different materials, and in this case, the first adhesive agent can be a medicament. The user can prepare a plurality of pieces to be attached according to the requirement. The number of pieces to be attached prepared in the embodiment of the application is not limited to this.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a method for preparing a first member to be adhered by using the patch device provided by the embodiment of the present application. In an alternative embodiment, a first adhesive may be applied to the first substrate, and a second substrate may be attached to the first adhesive to form the first article to be attached. That is, the first substrate can be conveyed by the fifth conveying roller 7 in fig. 3, the second substrate is conveyed by the sixth conveying roller 8, the first substrate and the second substrate are combined at the third node 103, and the first to-be-bonded member is wound by the first conveying roller 2.

With continued reference to fig. 5, in an alternative embodiment, the step of preparing the second member to be bonded in the embodiment of the present application is the same as the step of preparing the first member to be bonded. That is, the first to-be-bonded member may be prepared by the same equipment as the second to-be-bonded member, that is, the third substrate may be conveyed by the fifth conveying roller 7 in fig. 5, the fourth substrate may be conveyed by the sixth conveying roller 8, the third substrate and the fourth substrate are combined at the third node 103, and the rolling of the second to-be-bonded member is completed by the first conveying roller 2. In an alternative embodiment, the first adhesive is a different type of adhesive than the second adhesive. As an example, when the prepared patch is a medicinal patch, the first adhesive and the second adhesive may be medicinal agents.

As an example, when preparing a transdermal patch, a first member to be attached may be formed by coating a drug-containing mixture of pressure-sensitive adhesive and scopolamine on a backing layer and attaching a second substrate on the drug-containing mixture of pressure-sensitive adhesive and scopolamine. Namely, the back lining layer can be conveyed by the fifth conveying roller 7 in fig. 3, the controlled release layer is conveyed by the sixth conveying roller 8, the back lining layer and the controlled release layer are combined at the third node 103, and the first to-be-bonded piece is wound by the first conveying roller 2. It should be noted that the backing layer and the controlled release layer are made of different materials to ensure that the drug-containing mixture permeates through the controlled release layer and then enters the skin.

The step of preparing the second piece to be attached is the same as the step of preparing the first piece to be attached. Namely, the first piece to be attached can be prepared by the same equipment as the second piece to be attached. That is, the controlled release layer may be coated with a mixture of pressure sensitive adhesive and scopolamine, and the second member to be attached may be formed by attaching the first protective layer to the mixture of pressure sensitive adhesive and scopolamine. The first protective layer can be conveyed by the fifth conveying roller 7 in fig. 5, the controlled release layer is conveyed by the sixth conveying roller 8, the first protective layer and the controlled release layer are combined at the third node 103, and the second member to be attached is wound by the first conveying roller 2. As an example, the amount of the mixture containing the medicine in the first member to be applied may be larger than the amount of the mixture containing the medicine in the second member to be applied.

S402, stripping at least one piece to be pasted, and combining the stripped piece to be pasted with at least one piece to be pasted coated with the second adhesive or at least one substrate coated with the second adhesive to obtain the target patch.

In an optional embodiment, when the target patch is prepared by the apparatus provided in this embodiment of the present application, the first to-be-laminated piece is conveyed to the first node 101 by the first conveying roller 1, the second to-be-laminated piece is conveyed to the first node 101 by the third conveying roller 3, the outer membrane layer of the second to-be-laminated piece is peeled by the peeling roller 4, and the peeled second to-be-laminated piece and the first to-be-laminated piece are combined at the first node 101, so as to obtain the first combined piece. The fourth conveying roller 5 conveys the third piece to be attached to the second node 102, and the third piece to be attached and the first combining piece are combined at the first node 101 to obtain the target patch.

As an example, in the preparation of the transdermal patch, the first to-be-bonded member prepared in the above step is conveyed to the first node 101 by the first conveying roller 1, the second to-be-bonded member prepared in the above step is conveyed to the first node 101 by the third conveying roller 3, the first protective layer of the second to-be-bonded member is peeled by the peeling roller 4, the peeled second to-be-bonded member and the first to-be-bonded member are combined at the first node 101 to obtain a first combined member, the drug-containing mixture of the first combined member from which the first protective layer is peeled is exposed to the outside is conveyed to the second node 102 by the fourth conveying roller 5, and the second protective layer is combined with the first combined member at the first node 101 by the drug-containing mixture located on the controlled release layer and exposed to the outside, so as to obtain the transdermal patch provided by the embodiments of the present application.

In an alternative embodiment, after combining the first coated substrate with the second coated substrate and the third coated substrate to obtain the target patch, the method further comprises: the subject patch is baked to eliminate the fluidity of the coating. As an example, a baking mechanism can be arranged after the target patch to bake the target patch, and a humidity measuring instrument can also be arranged to detect the humidity of the baked target patch, and when the humidity of the target patch is lower than a standard value, the target patch is baked in a circulating way until the humidity reaches the standard.
