when the plastic bag 39 on the bag winding wheel 41 is used, the bag winding wheel 41 is replaced after being opened and closed, the adjusting disc 13 is rotated to drive the two friction wheels 38 to move oppositely, the initial end of the plastic bag 39 passes through the space between the two friction wheels 38 and passes through the induction plate 22, finally the initial end of the plastic bag 39 passes through the through outlet 19, the adjusting disc 13 is rotated to enable the two friction wheels 38 to press the plastic bag 39, and the preparation work of the initial state of the plastic bag 39 can be completed.
