Example 1

Verifying acidity and alkalinity of ecological concrete cementing material

In order to verify the pH value of the novel eco-concrete cementing material, the pH value of the eco-concrete cementing material at different ages is determined according to the American standard ASTM D4972 (Standard test method for soil pH value), and the specific tests are as follows:

1. preparing an ecological concrete cementing material:

a first group: uniformly mixing 20 parts of gypsum, 5 parts of natural volcanic ash, 3 parts of anhydrous aluminum silicate powder, 0.5 part of potassium sulfate, 0.3 part of sodium sulfate, 0.6 part of calcium sulfate, 1.2 parts of sodium chloride and 0.2 part of polymeric ferric sulfate to obtain the ecological concrete cementing material;

second group: uniformly mixing 25 parts of gypsum, 6.5 parts of natural volcanic ash, 4.5 parts of anhydrous aluminum silicate powder, 1 part of potassium sulfate, 0.6 part of sodium sulfate, 0.9 part of calcium sulfate, 1.5 parts of sodium chloride and 0.35 part of polymeric ferric sulfate to obtain an ecological concrete cementing material;

third group: uniformly mixing 30 parts of gypsum, 8 parts of natural volcanic ash, 6 parts of anhydrous aluminum silicate powder, 1.5 parts of potassium sulfate, 0.9 part of sodium sulfate, 1.2 parts of calcium sulfate, 1.8 parts of sodium chloride and 0.5 part of polymeric ferric sulfate to obtain the ecological concrete cementing material;

2. and (3) detecting the acidity and alkalinity of the ecological concrete cementing material:

uniformly mixing water and the ecological concrete cementing material according to the weight ratio of 0.28, grinding the solidified ecological concrete cementing material into powder with the particle size of less than 2mm, suspending the solid powder in distilled water (the mass ratio of the solid to the distilled water is 0.1), and measuring the pH conditions of the ecological concrete cementing material in different ages (1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 days) according to a pH measuring instrument, wherein the test results are shown in the following table 1:

Example 2

Ecological concrete cementing material and performance detection of ecological concrete

group 1: mixing 10 parts of ecological concrete cementing material, 300 parts of aggregate, 5 parts of low-base-number synthetic calcium alkyl benzene sulfonate and 4 parts of water-absorbing resin, and taking the aggregate with the particle size of 20-40 mm and placing for later use; adding 75 parts of water, uniformly mixing, and fully stirring to obtain ecological concrete;

and 2, group: mixing 15 parts of ecological concrete cementing material, 350 parts of aggregate, 10 parts of low-base-number synthetic calcium alkyl benzene sulfonate and 8 parts of water-absorbing resin, and taking the aggregate with the particle size of 20-40 mm and placing for later use; adding 82 parts of water, uniformly mixing, and fully stirring to obtain ecological concrete;

and 3, group: mixing 20 parts of ecological concrete cementing material, 400 parts of aggregate, 15 parts of low-base-number synthetic calcium alkyl benzene sulfonate and 12 parts of water-absorbing resin, and taking the aggregate with the particle size of 20-40 mm and placing for later use; adding 90 parts of water, uniformly mixing, and fully stirring to obtain the ecological concrete;

(2) and testing the neutral ecological concrete:

filling the ecological concrete into a mold (the size is 150mm multiplied by 150mm), vibrating for 5s, and naturally curing.

Example 4: comparative test for plant growth

(1) Test groups: taking 2 groups of neutral concrete in example 3;

and (4) performing off-site test pouring, preparing slurry containing grass seeds, nutrient soil and the like after pouring, pouring into the ecological concrete, maintaining, and observing the growth condition of plants.

(2) Comparison group: taking 40 parts of No. 42.5 ordinary portland cement, 50 parts of fly ash, 10 parts of kaolin, 0.3 part of a water reducing agent and 0.3 part of an additive (calcium chloride) for later use after proportioning; the subsequent steps are the same as those of the test group.

After one month, by comparing the test group with the comparison group, the plant growth rate of the concrete (test group) adopting the novel neutral ecological concrete cementing material reaches 99.3 percent, while the plant coverage rate of the concrete adopting the comparison group is only 20 percent, and a large amount of yellow leaves appear.

As can be seen from the examples 1 to 4, the ecological concrete cementing material is neutral, the pH value is 6.9 to 7.2, and the 28d compressive strength is not less than 52.3 MPa; the pH value of the ecological concrete prepared by adopting the cementing material is 7.0-7.4, the compressive strength of 28d porous concrete is not less than 15.0MPa, and the porosity is 21-30%; the freeze-thaw resisting times are not less than 50; the ecological concrete of the invention does not need technical measures such as acid-base neutralization, sealing and the like, so that the plants can grow for a long time, and the plant coverage rate is as high as 99.3 percent; the ecological concrete of the invention is used for ecological concrete slope protection/bank protection of rivers, water transport channels, railways, expressways, scenic spot gardens and the like, can improve the stability of the slope protection/bank protection, simultaneously plays a role in beautifying the environmental landscape, and can realize long-term continuous ecological slope protection/bank protection
