In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a sinking platform is punched on the position, opposite to the guide rail, of the automobile tail door, the guide rail is installed in the sinking platform, and the depth of the sinking platform is required to ensure that the pressure relief cover plate can freely move on the guide rail. The sinking platform is additionally arranged, so that a certain gap is reserved between the pressure relief plate and the pressure relief plate after installation, the guide rail can move freely, and meanwhile, the pressure relief plate is almost attached to the tail door of the automobile visually, and the appearance is attractive and elegant.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the automatic opening system for the large-area pressure relief valve in the vehicle is further equipped with a rectangular sealing ring, and the rectangular sealing ring just sleeves two guide rails. The rectangular sealing ring is installed by means of the two guide rails, the design position is ingenious, and the sealing effect is good.

s5, when the vehicle door sensing module senses that the vehicle door is opened, the pressure relief device controller sends a descending pushing control command to the electric lifting push rod, and the electric lifting push rod drives the pressure relief cover plate to open the pressure relief hole; waiting for the door to close, the process returns to step S2.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in one or any combination of steps S1 to S5, when the vehicle controller detects that at least one window is in an open state, the pressure relief hole is in a closed state when the vehicle door is opened or closed.

In conclusion, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the automobile pressure relief device is simple in structure and ingenious in design, the conventional structural form that the automobile is opened in a hinged installation and turned to relieve pressure in the automobile is abandoned, the pressure relief plate is creatively pushed by the electric lifting push rod to relieve pressure in an up-and-down parallel mode, the pressure relief valve can be opened and closed at a constant speed, the problem that the pressure relief valve is opened and falls back to generate impact abnormal sound is solved, and the automobile pressure relief device is particularly suitable for large-area pressure relief in the automobile and does not need to be provided with.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

The invention provides an automatic opening system of a large-area pressure release valve in a vehicle, which comprises a pressure release device, a pressure release device controller, a vehicle door sensing module and/or an air pressure monitoring module, wherein the pressure release device, the pressure release device controller and the vehicle door sensing module are arranged on a vehicle body, and the vehicle door sensing module is used for sensing the opening and closing of vehicle doors or/and the air pressure monitoring module is used for sensing the air pressure in the vehicle; in this embodiment, the door sensing module is a pressure sensor, and the air pressure monitoring module is an in-vehicle air pressure sensor.

The vehicle door sensing signal output end of the vehicle door sensing module is connected with the vehicle door sensing signal input end of the controller, the air pressure data output end of the air pressure monitoring module is connected with the air pressure data input end of the pressure relief device controller, and the control output end of the pressure relief device controller is connected with the control input end of the pressure relief device; its door response module that sets up in each door department, be door front left side response module respectively, right side response module before the door, left side response module behind the door, right side response module behind the door, the door response signal output part of left side response module links to each other with the front left door response signal input part of controller before the door, the door response signal output part of right side response module before the door links to each other with the front right door response signal input part of controller, the door response signal output part of left side response module behind the door links to each other with the back left door response signal input part of controller, the door response signal output part of right side response module behind the door links to each other with the back right door response signal input part of controller.

When the vehicle door sensing module senses that the vehicle door is opened or closed, or the air pressure monitoring module monitors that the air pressure in the vehicle is larger than or equal to a preset air pressure first threshold value, or the air pressure monitoring module monitors that the air pressure in the vehicle is smaller than or equal to a preset air pressure second threshold value, and the preset air pressure first threshold value is larger than a preset air pressure second threshold value, the pressure relief device controller sends a control signal to the pressure relief device to control the pressure relief device to open the pressure relief hole.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pressure relief device comprises: open on car tail-gate 1 has pressure release hole 1a, pressure release hole 1a is furnished with pressure release apron 2 outward, and the left and right sides of pressure release hole 1a is provided with guide rail 3 of two parallels, pressure release apron 2 can slide from top to bottom along guide rail 3 under the drive of electric lift push rod 4 to realize opening and closing of pressure release hole 1a, electric lift push rod 4 is located the inboard of car tail-gate 1, and the lower extreme of electric lift push rod 4 articulates in the below of pressure release hole 1a, and the upper end of electric lift push rod 4 articulates in the well lower part of pressure release apron 2, and the control output of pressure relief device controller links to each other with the lift control input of electric lift push rod 4.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pressure relief device further comprises a wireless transceiver module of the pressure relief device, wherein a wireless transceiver data end of the wireless transceiver module of the pressure relief device is connected with a wireless transceiver data end of a controller of the pressure relief device;

the vehicle door induction module comprises a vehicle door induction sensor, a vehicle door induction sensor wireless transceiver module and a vehicle door induction sensor controller; the wireless transceiving data end of the vehicle door induction sensor controller is connected with the wireless transceiving data end of the vehicle door induction sensor wireless transceiving module;

the vehicle door sensor controller sends a vehicle door opening or closing signal sensed by the vehicle door sensor to the vehicle-mounted controller through the vehicle door sensor wireless transceiver module, the vehicle-mounted controller receives the vehicle door opening or closing signal sent by the vehicle door sensor module through the vehicle-mounted wireless transceiver module, after the vehicle-mounted controller receives the vehicle door opening or closing signal sent by the vehicle door sensor module, the vehicle-mounted controller sends a pressure relief device opening control signal to the pressure relief device controller through the vehicle-mounted wireless transceiver module, the pressure relief device controller receives a pressure relief device opening control signal sent by the vehicle-mounted controller through the pressure relief device wireless transceiver module, after the pressure relief device controller receives the pressure relief device opening control signal sent by the vehicle-mounted controller, the pressure relief device controller sends a control signal to the pressure relief device to control the pressure relief device to open the pressure relief hole, the air pressure in the vehicle is balanced with the air pressure outside the vehicle;

the air pressure monitoring module comprises an air pressure monitoring sensor, an air pressure monitoring sensor wireless transceiving module and an air pressure monitoring sensor controller, wherein the air pressure data output end of the air pressure monitoring module is connected with the air pressure data input end of the air pressure monitoring sensor controller, and the wireless transceiving data end of the air pressure monitoring sensor controller is connected with the wireless transceiving data end of the air pressure monitoring sensor wireless transceiving module;

the vehicle-mounted controller receives the vehicle internal air pressure sent by the air pressure monitoring module through the vehicle-mounted wireless transceiver module, and compares the received vehicle internal air pressure with a preset air pressure first threshold value and a preset air pressure second threshold value within a certain range:

if the in-vehicle air pressure received by the in-vehicle controller is greater than or equal to a preset air pressure first threshold value, or the in-vehicle air pressure received by the in-vehicle controller is less than or equal to a preset air pressure second threshold value, the in-vehicle controller sends a pressure relief device opening control signal to the pressure relief device controller through the in-vehicle wireless transceiver module, the pressure relief device controller receives the pressure relief device opening control signal sent by the in-vehicle controller through the pressure relief device wireless transceiver module, and after the pressure relief device controller receives the pressure relief device opening control signal sent by the in-vehicle controller, the pressure relief device controller sends the opening control signal to the pressure relief device to control the pressure relief device to open a pressure relief hole, so that the in-vehicle air pressure is balanced with the out;

if the in-vehicle air pressure received by the in-vehicle controller is less than or equal to the third preset air pressure threshold value, and the in-vehicle air pressure received by the in-vehicle controller is greater than or equal to the fourth preset air pressure threshold value, the fourth preset air pressure threshold value is less than the third preset air pressure threshold value, and the third threshold value of the preset air pressure is smaller than the first threshold value of the preset air pressure, the fourth threshold value of the preset air pressure is smaller than the second threshold value of the preset air pressure, then the vehicle-mounted controller sends a control signal for closing the pressure relief device to the pressure relief device controller through the vehicle-mounted wireless transceiver module, the pressure relief device controller receives the control signal for closing the pressure relief device sent by the vehicle-mounted controller through the wireless transceiver module of the pressure relief device, after the pressure relief device controller receives the control signal for closing the pressure relief device sent by the vehicle-mounted controller, the pressure relief device controller sends a closing control signal to the pressure relief device to control the pressure relief device to close the pressure relief hole.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the system further comprises an air pressure monitoring module outside the vehicle, wherein the air pressure monitoring module is used for sensing the air pressure outside the vehicle;

the air pressure data output end of the air pressure monitoring module outside the vehicle is connected with the air pressure data input end outside the vehicle of the pressure relief device controller, and the air pressure monitored by the air pressure monitoring module outside the vehicle is between the third preset air pressure threshold value and the fourth preset air pressure threshold value.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the external air pressure monitoring module comprises an external air pressure monitoring sensor, an external air pressure monitoring sensor wireless transceiver module and an external air pressure monitoring sensor controller, wherein an air pressure data output end of the external air pressure monitoring module is connected with an air pressure data input end of the external air pressure monitoring sensor controller, and a wireless transceiver data end of the external air pressure monitoring sensor controller is connected with a wireless transceiver data end of the external air pressure monitoring sensor wireless transceiver module;

the external air pressure monitoring sensor controller sends the external air pressure sensed by the external air pressure monitoring sensor to the vehicle-mounted controller through the external air pressure monitoring sensor wireless transceiver module, the vehicle-mounted controller receives the external air pressure sent by the external air pressure monitoring module through the vehicle-mounted wireless transceiver module, and after the vehicle-mounted controller receives the external air pressure sent by the external air pressure monitoring module, the vehicle-mounted controller updates the first preset air pressure threshold value to the fourth preset air pressure threshold value.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a sinking platform is punched on the position of the car tail gate 1 facing the guide rail 3, the guide rail 3 is installed in the sinking platform, and the depth of the sinking platform is to ensure that the pressure relief cover plate 2 can move freely on the guide rail 3.

s5, when the vehicle door sensing module senses that the vehicle door is opened (to be opened), the pressure relief device controller sends a descending pushing control command to the electric lifting push rod, and the electric lifting push rod drives the pressure relief cover plate to open the pressure relief hole; waiting for the door to close, the process returns to step S2.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in one or any combination of steps S1 to S5, when the vehicle controller detects that at least one window is in an open state, the pressure relief hole is in a closed state when the vehicle door is opened or closed.
