In daily life, children and teenagers relate to the problem of self safety protection when walking outside independently due to the limitation of cognitive and discrimination degrees, and are one of the difficult problems most worried by parents. The wearing tool suitable for children to walk outside is designed, surrounding motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians are prompted to actively avoid the children in real time, a safe and reliable environment for the children to go outside is provided, and the self-safety problem of the children to walk outside is solved.
