1. A brake caliper, comprising:

a hand pull mitigation mechanism;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of rail train braking, in particular to a braking clamp and a rail train.

Background

The braking device is used as a key execution component of the rail transit vehicle, is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the train, generates braking force through the braking clamp, pushes the braking brake pad to press the brake disc, converts the kinetic energy of the train into the friction heat energy of the disc, and realizes the braking and stopping of the train. When the basic brake device of the railway vehicle breaks down in a brake command system or has no power source during maintenance, the manual release is realized by installing a hand-pulling release mechanism on the brake cylinder because the basic brake device does not have the automatic release function.

At present, the manual release of current brake clamp needs personnel to the rail train under, directly realizes mechanical release with alleviating tools such as spanner, however, is subject to space under the rail train and unfavorable factors such as third rail electrification, and manual release is implemented comparatively difficultly to the resistance of mechanism in the rail train brake jar need be overcome when the manual release operation, and is higher to operating personnel's strength requirement, and the operation is hard.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems that the implementation of manual relieving of the brake clamp is difficult and the operation is laborious in the prior art, the invention provides the brake clamp which can realize mechanical relieving directly on a rail train without an operator going to the rail train, and is simple to implement and easy to operate.

The present invention provides a brake caliper comprising:

a hand pull mitigation mechanism;

the first side surface of the power mechanism is connected with the hand-pulling relieving mechanism, and the power mechanism unloads braking force under the action of the hand-pulling relieving mechanism;

one side of the motion assembly is connected with the second side face and the third side face of the power mechanism;

the motion assembly is arranged on the power mechanism, one side of the motion assembly is connected with the two end faces of the pressing plate, one side of the pressing plate is connected with the fourth side face of the power mechanism, and the power mechanism, the motion assembly and the pressing plate form a cavity;

the support piece is arranged in the cavity, the moving assembly is rotationally connected with the support piece, and the moving assembly is driven to move around the support piece under the action of the power mechanism;

and the brake assembly is connected with the other side of the motion assembly, and the motion assembly moves to drive the brake assembly to move so as to realize braking or relieving.

Referring to fig. 1, the brake clamp provided in this embodiment includes a hand-pulling relieving mechanism 1, a power mechanism 2, a moving assembly 3, a brake assembly 4, a pressing plate member 5, a supporting member 6, a guiding assembly 7, and a bogie connecting assembly 8, where the hand-pulling relieving mechanism 1 is sleeved on the power mechanism 2, the power mechanism 2 is respectively connected to the moving assembly 3 and the pressing plate member 5, the pressing plate member 5 is further connected to the power mechanism 2, the moving assembly 3 is further respectively connected to the brake assembly 4 and the supporting frame 6, the guiding assembly 7 is connected to the brake assembly 4, and the bogie connecting assembly 8 is connected to the supporting member 6.

More specifically, the first transmission assembly 11 includes a first guide rail 111, a second guide rail 112, a movable pulley 113, a fixed pulley 114 and a first transmission member 115, wherein the second guide rail 112 is disposed opposite to the first guide rail 111, the first guide rail 111 and the second guide rail 112 are both fixedly disposed on the second housing 14, the movable pulley 113 is disposed between the first guide rail 111 and the second guide rail 112 and fixedly connected to the second housing 14, the movable pulley 113 is movably connected to the telescopic assembly 12, the fixed pulley 114 is disposed at one side of the first guide rail 111 and the second guide rail 112 and fixedly connected to the second housing, and the first transmission member 115 sequentially passes through the fixed pulley 114, the first guide rail 111 and the movable pulley 113 and is fixedly connected to the second guide rail 112. In this embodiment, the first transmission member 115 is preferably a flexible wire. In this embodiment, the movable pulley 113 is disposed between the first guide rail 111 and the second guide rail 112, and the movable pulley 113 moves to roll along the first guide rail 111 and the second guide rail 112, so that the structure is simple, the reciprocating linear motion is realized, the function is stable, and half of pulling force in the manual relieving process is saved by adopting the movable pulley 113.

More specifically, the telescopic assembly 12 includes a telescopic rod 121 and a fixing rod 122, wherein the telescopic rod 121 is movably connected to the first transmission assembly 11, specifically, the telescopic rod 121 is movably connected to the movable pulley 131, the releasing assembly 13 is sleeved on the fixing rod 122, the releasing assembly 13 is also elastically connected to the fixing rod 122, the fixing rod 122 is sleeved on the telescopic rod 121, and the telescopic rod 121 is slidable relative to the fixing rod 122. The releasing component 13 includes a first housing 131, the first housing 131 is sleeved on the telescopic component 12, specifically, the first housing 131 is sleeved on the fixing rod 122, a first accommodating cavity is formed in the first housing 131, a restoring member 132, a first releasing member 133, a fastening member 134 and a second releasing member 135 are arranged in the first accommodating cavity, wherein the restoring member 132 is elastically connected with the telescopic component 12, specifically, one end of the restoring member 132 is elastically connected with the fixing rod 122 through a restoring spring, in this embodiment, the restoring member 132 is preferably a restoring pin, one end of the first releasing member 133 is provided with a first engaging portion 1333, the restoring member 132 is located in the first engaging portion 1333, the other end of the first releasing member 133 is provided with a first contacting portion 1331, one end of the first releasing member 133 is wavy and has two wave troughs, the fastening member 134 is fixedly connected with the first housing 131, and is also fixedly connected with the second housing 14, the first release member 133 is sleeved on the fastener 134, in this embodiment, the fastener 134 is preferably a pin, the second release member 135 is disposed in cooperation with the first release member 133, the second release member 135 is sleeved on the power mechanism 2, when the telescopic assembly 12 retracts, the first contact point 13311 of the first contact portion 1331 is in contact with the second release member 135, when the telescopic assembly 12 extends (i.e., when the first transmission member 115 is pulled), the first contact point 13311 and the second contact point 13312 of the first contact portion 1331 are both in contact with the second release member 135, so as to achieve mechanical release, in this embodiment, the second release member 13 is a gear disc including a plurality of gears, when the telescopic assembly 12 retracts, the first contact point 13311 of the first contact portion 1331 is in contact with one side of one gear, when the telescopic assembly 12 extends, the first contact point 13311 of the first contact portion 1331 is in contact with one side of one gear, the second contact point 13312 is in contact with one side of the other gear. The first release member 133 is further provided with a second contact portion 1332, the first contact portion 1332 and the first contact portion 1331 are disposed at the other end of the first release member 133, and when the telescopic assembly 12 retracts or the telescopic assembly 12 extends, the second contact portion 1332 is separated from the second release member 135. Wherein, mechanism 1 theory of operation is alleviated to hand power as follows: the first transmission member 115 is pulled by hand, the first transmission member 115 pulls the movable pulley 113 to move, the telescopic rod 121 is driven to slide in the fixed rod 122 (i.e., the telescopic assembly 12 extends), the fixed rod 122 rotates counterclockwise to drive the second release member 135 to rotate, at this time, the first contact point 13311 and the second contact point 13312 of the first contact portion 1331 and the fastener 134 form moment balance, locking is achieved, accordingly, the tensile force is converted into torque to the power mechanism 2, the power mechanism 2 unloads braking force, and mechanical release is achieved. After the mechanical relief, the tension member 14 pulls the fixing rod 122 to rotate clockwise to reset (i.e. the telescopic assembly 12 retracts), and then the second relief member 135 rotates clockwise, at this time, the first contact point 13311 of the first contact portion 1331 is pulled by a single point to move the first relief member 133 to rotate freely around the fastening member 134, so that the second relief member 135 cannot transmit torque, and the problem of re-braking during the resetting process is avoided. In the resetting process, when the second release member 135 is reset clockwise, the first release member 133 is pulled to rotate counterclockwise by the second release member 135, and the reset member 132 can limit the rotation angle of the first release member 133 to be too large, so that the second contact portion 1332 is prevented from being in contact with the second release member 135 and being stuck.

The power mechanism 2 is used for transmitting force. With continuing reference to fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 7, in detail, the power mechanism 2 includes a third housing 21, a third accommodating cavity is formed in the third housing, an end cover 22, a second transmission assembly 23, a power assembly 24 and a locking member 25 are disposed in the third accommodating cavity, the end cover 22 is sleeved on the second transmission assembly 23 and abutted against the second transmission assembly 23, the hand-pulling release mechanism 1 is sleeved on the second transmission assembly 23, specifically, the second release piece 135 is sleeved on the second transmission assembly 23, the pressure plate piece 5 is sleeved on the second transmission assembly 23, the power assembly 24 is sleeved on the end cover 22, the power assembly 24 is sleeved on the locking piece 25, one end face of the locking piece 25 is abutted against the end cover 22, the other end face of the locking piece 25 is abutted against the second transmission assembly 23, the locking piece 25 is further sleeved on the second transmission assembly 23, and the locking piece 25 and the second transmission assembly 23 can move relatively. Wherein, the second transmission assembly 23 includes a second transmission member 231, a third transmission member 232, a fourth transmission member 233 and a fifth transmission member 234, wherein the hand-pulling relieving mechanism 1 is sleeved on one end of the second transmission member 231, specifically, the second relieving member 135 is sleeved on one end of the second transmission member 231, the end cap 22 is sleeved on the other end of the second transmission member 231, the locking member 25 is sleeved on the third transmission member 232, one end surface of the third transmission member 232 is respectively abutted against the second transmission member 231 and the end cap 22, the third transmission member 232 is sleeved on the fourth transmission member 233, in the embodiment, the third transmission member 232 is a saw-toothed disc, the fourth transmission member 233 is abutted against the other end surface of the third transmission member 232, the locking member 25 is engaged on the fourth transmission member 233, and the fourth transmission member 233 is relatively movable with respect to the locking member 25, the pressing plate member 5 is connected with the fourth transmission member 233, the fourth transmission member 233 is preferably a screw rod, and the fourth transmission member 233 is provided with a second engaging portion 2331, the locking member 25 is engaged with the fourth transmission member through the second engaging portion 2331, wherein the second engaging portion 2331 is serrated, the fifth transmission member 235 is sleeved on the fourth transmission member 233, the fifth transmission member 234 is relatively movable with respect to the fourth transmission member 233, the fifth transmission member 234 is abutted against the pressing plate member 5, in this embodiment, the fifth transmission member 234 is preferably a screw rod, wherein the fifth transmission member 235 is abutted against the pressing plate member 5 through a fixture, and the fourth transmission member 233 and the fifth transmission member 234 are connected through a non-self-locking thread pair. The power assembly 24 includes a guide shaft 241 and an elastic member 242, the guide shaft 241 is sleeved on the end cover 22 and the locking member 25, the end cover 22 is in threaded connection with the guide shaft 241, wherein in this embodiment, the guide shaft 241 is preferably a disc spring guide shaft, the elastic member 242 is sleeved on the guide shaft 241, one end of the elastic member 242 abuts against the guide shaft 241, and the other end of the elastic member 242 abuts against the third housing 21, wherein in this embodiment, the elastic member 242 is preferably a disc spring. In order to reduce the friction between the second transmission member 231 and the third transmission member 232, the power mechanism 2 further includes a sixth transmission member 235, the sixth transmission member 235 is sleeved on the fourth transmission member 233, one end surface of the sixth transmission member 235 abuts against the other end surface of the third transmission member 232, and the other end surface of the sixth transmission member 235 abuts against the fourth transmission member 233. The working principle of the power mechanism 2 is as follows: when the hand pull relieving mechanism 1 transmits the torque to the second transmission member 231, the torque is converted into an axial force to push the third transmission member 232, and further the axial force is transmitted to the fourth transmission member 233 to move forward (i.e. the direction of the pressing plate member 5), because the brake applying state is maintained at this time, the fifth transmission member 234 cannot move forward against the pressing plate member 5, and the fourth transmission member 233 cannot move forward, therefore, the fourth transmission member 233 receives a reaction force to be transmitted to the third transmission member 232, and further transmitted to the end cap 22 by the second transmission member 231, because the end cap 22 is in threaded connection with the guide shaft 24, the reaction force is applied to the spring member 242, the spring member 242 compresses, the guide shaft 241 drives the locking member 25 to move backward (i.e. the direction opposite to the pressing plate member 5), the second locking part 2331 is disengaged from the saw teeth, so that the fourth transmission member 233 is released, and the non-self-locking thread pair between the fourth transmission member 233 and the fifth transmission member, and then clockwise, causing fifth drive member 234 to move backward, thereby achieving mechanical relief.

The hand pulling relieving mechanism provided by the embodiment can relieve machinery on a rail train through force transmission, is not influenced by field conditions, occupies a small space, has a simple structure and is convenient to operate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, two end surfaces of the pressing plate member 5 are connected to one side of the moving assembly 3, one side of the pressing plate member 5 is connected to a fourth side surface of the actuating mechanism 2, and the actuating mechanism 2, the moving assembly 3 and the pressing plate member 5 form a cavity, wherein one side of the pressing plate member 5 is connected to the fourth side surface of the third housing 21.

With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the kinematic assembly 3 is connected to the second and third sides of the kinematic mechanism 2, the kinematic assembly 3 is rotatably connected to the support 6, in particular, the kinematic assembly 3 is connected to the second and third sides of the third casing 21, and the kinematic assembly 3 includes: a first moving member 31 and a second moving member 32, wherein in this embodiment, the first moving member 31 and the second moving member 32 are both movable claws, two ends of one side of the first moving member 31 are connected to a second side surface and a third side surface of the power mechanism 2, specifically, two ends of one side of the first moving member 31 are connected to a second side surface and a third side surface of the third housing 21, two ends of the other side of the first moving member 31 are connected to the brake assembly 4, the first moving member 31 is provided with a first rotating shaft 311, wherein the first rotating shaft 311 penetrates through the first moving member 31 along the width direction of the first moving member 31, the first moving member 31 can rotate around the first rotating shaft 311, the second moving member 32 is disposed opposite to the first moving member 31, two ends of one side of the second moving member 32 are connected to the first end surface and the second end surface of the supporting member 6, and two ends of the other side of the second moving member 32 are connected to the brake assembly 4, the second moving member 32 is provided with a second rotating shaft 321, wherein the second rotating shaft 321 penetrates through the second moving member 32 along the width direction of the second moving member 32, the second moving member 32 can rotate around the second rotating shaft 321, and the first moving member 31, the second moving member 32, the power mechanism 2 and the supporting member 6 form a cavity.

With continued reference to fig. 1-3, the support member 6 is disposed within the cavity, and the motion assembly 3 is rotatably coupled to the support member 6. Specifically, the supporting member 6 is vertically disposed in the cavity along the width direction of the first moving member 31 and the second moving member 32, and the first supporting member 6 is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft 311 and the second rotating shaft 321, respectively. In order to realize the stability of the supporting member 6, the supporting member 6 is provided with a limiting portion 61, wherein the limiting portion 61 and the guiding mechanism are oppositely arranged on two end faces of the supporting member 6.

With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the braking assembly 4 is connected to the other side of the moving assembly 3, and the braking assembly 4 includes a first braking member 41 and a second braking member 42, wherein the first braking member 41 is connected to both ends of the other side of the first moving member 31, the second braking member 42 is disposed opposite to the first braking member 41, and the second braking member 42 is connected to both ends of the other side of the second moving member 32.

In order to ensure the stability of the movement of the braking component 4, with continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the brake caliper further includes a guiding mechanism 7, wherein the guiding mechanism 7 includes a guiding component 71 and a sliding component 72, the guiding component 71 is disposed in parallel with the moving component 3 on the supporting member 6, that is, the guiding component 71 is disposed in parallel with (parallel to the length direction of the first moving component 31 and the second moving component 32) on the supporting member 6, one side of the guiding component 71 is connected with the braking component 4, that is, the guiding component 71 is connected with the first braking component 41 and the second braking component 42, the sliding component 72 is perpendicular to the guiding component 71 and disposed in parallel with the cavity, the guiding component 71 is sleeved on the sliding component 72, and the guiding component 71 is slidable relative to the sliding component 72. The guide assembly 71 includes a first guide 711 and a second guide 712, the first guide 711 is suspended in parallel with the first moving element 31 and disposed on the support member 6, one end of the first guide 711 is connected to the brake assembly 4, one end of the first guide 711 is connected to the first brake 41, the other end of the first guide 711 is sleeved on the sliding assembly 72, the first guide 711 is slidable with respect to the sliding assembly 72, the second guide 712 is suspended in parallel with the second moving element 32 and disposed on the support member 6, the second guide 712 is disposed opposite to the first guide 711, one end of the second guide 712 is connected to the brake assembly 4, one end of the second guide 712 is connected to the second brake 42, the other end of the second guide 712 is sleeved on the sliding assembly 72, and the second guide 712 is slidable with respect to the sliding assembly 72. The sliding assembly 72 includes a first sliding member 721 and a second sliding member 722, wherein the first sliding member 721 is parallel to the second sliding member 722, and the first guiding member 712 and the second guiding member 722 are sleeved on the first sliding member 721 and the second sliding member 722. In this embodiment, the first guide part 712 and the second guide part 722 can only slide in parallel along the first sliding part 721 and the second sliding part 722 which are arranged in parallel, so that the first braking part 41 and the second braking part 42 can move in parallel without swinging during the process of pressing the braking disc, the movement smoothness of the first braking part 41 and the second braking part 42 during the braking process is ensured, and the eccentric wear of the first braking part 41 and the second braking part 42 is avoided.

In order to realize that the brake caliper is connected with a bogie of a rail train, the brake caliper further comprises a bogie connecting assembly 8, wherein the bogie connecting assembly 8 is connected with the supporting member 6, the bogie connecting assembly 8 comprises a first bogie connecting member 81 and a second bogie connecting member 82, and the first bogie connecting member 81 and the second bogie connecting member 82 are arranged on two sides of the supporting member 6 on the same end face with the limiting part 61 relatively.

According to the braking clamp provided by the embodiment, under the action of the hand-pulling relieving mechanism 1, the power mechanism 2 unloads braking force, under the action of the power mechanism 2, the driving motion assembly 3 moves around the supporting piece 6, the motion assembly 3 moves to drive the braking assembly 4 to move, braking or relieving is achieved, and the specific working principle is as follows:

during normal braking, the power mechanism 2 pushes the moving assembly 3 to rotate around the support 6, so as to drive the first braking component 41 and the second braking component 42 to approach each other until the first braking component 41 and the second braking component 42 compress the brake disc, so as to generate a braking force, thereby realizing braking of the rail train.

In normal release, the power mechanism 2 pushes the moving assembly 3 to rotate around the support 6, so as to drive the first braking component 41 and the second braking component 42 to move away from each other until the first braking component 41 and the second braking component 42 release the brake disc, and the braking force is unloaded, so as to realize the braking of the rail train.

When the manual release is performed, the first transmission member 115 is pulled by hand, the first transmission member 115 pulls the movable pulley 113 to move, the telescopic rod 121 is driven to slide in the fixed rod 122 (i.e. the telescopic assembly 12 is extended), the fixed rod 122 rotates counterclockwise, the second release member 135 is driven to rotate, at this time, the first contact point 13311 and the second contact point 13312 of the first contact portion 1331 and the fastening member 134 form a moment balance, so as to realize locking, thereby converting the pulling force into a torque to the second transmission member 231 of the power mechanism 2, converting the torque into an axial force, pushing the third transmission member 232, further transmitting the axial force to the fourth transmission member 233 to move forward (i.e. the direction of the pressing plate member 5), because the brake applying state is maintained at this time, the fifth transmission member 234 is pressed against the pressing plate member 5 and cannot move forward, the fourth transmission member 233 cannot move forward, therefore, the fourth transmission member 233 receives, and then transmitted to the end cap 22 by the second transmission part 231, because the end cap 22 is in threaded connection with the guide shaft 24, a reaction force is applied to the spring part 242, the spring part 242 compresses, the guide shaft 241 drives the locking part 25 to move backward (i.e. in the direction opposite to the pressing plate part 5), the saw teeth of the first clamping part 2331 are disengaged, so that the fourth transmission part 233 is released, the non-self-locking thread pair between the fourth transmission part 233 and the fifth transmission part 234 receives an axial force to generate a torque, and then rotates clockwise, so that the fifth transmission part 234 moves backward, so that the first moving part 31 and the second moving part 32 rotate around the support part 6, and further the first braking part 41 and the second braking part 42 generate a gap with the brake disc, and mechanical relief is realized. After the mechanical relief, the tension member 14 pulls the fixing rod 122 to rotate clockwise to reset (i.e. the telescopic assembly 12 retracts), and then the second relief member 135 rotates clockwise, at this time, the first contact point 13311 of the first contact portion 1331 is pulled by a single point to move the first relief member 133 to rotate freely around the fastening member 134, so that the second relief member 135 cannot transmit torque, and the problem of re-braking during the resetting process is avoided.

The braking clamp that this embodiment provided can directly realize machinery on rail train and alleviate, need not operating personnel and operates under the rail train, implements simply and easily operation.

The present embodiment also provides a rail train comprising a brake caliper as described above.
