the tray on the tray seat is manually inserted into the tray conveying seat, the tray driving chain is supported by the guiding device to enable a plurality of groups of tray conveying seats to be arranged in a fan shape, so that the tray can be manually inserted, the tray is conveyed to the conveying device through the tray conveying seat and the tray side guiding device until entering the conveying device, and the tray enters the conveying belt of the conveying device and is conveyed forwards through the conveying belt after being detected in place until entering the tray falling device.

When in use: the tray splitting device automatically conveys the trays without manual frequent feeding, so that the efficient and orderly operation of equipment is ensured; the egg conveying device and the egg separation detection device adopt the same power source, and a friction plate type clutch is adopted between the two devices to ensure that the two devices are not influenced mutually; each row of egg channels on the egg separation and detection device are provided with a special detection device, so that only one egg is ensured to be contained in each channel, and the phenomenon of multiple loading and missing can be avoided; rubber rollers on the egg sorting and conveying device ensure that eggs are sorted efficiently and orderly according to a rubber roller assembly which is formed by different materials in a certain shape and proportion; the egg rotating egg laying device is matched with a specific chute, a driving chain and a guide plate driving chain which move according to a certain movement track according to a certain proportion and position relationship, and simultaneously drives and drives the egg sequencing and conveying device, the egg turning device and the egg rotating egg laying device, so that the energy consumption and the equipment floor area are effectively saved; the full-automatic multi-row parallel pipeline type saves labor and has high production efficiency.
