Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of packaging, in particular to a container.

Background

In the field of packaging, especially in various beverages, brewed wines and even chemical and pharmaceutical industries, most of products are provided for consumers in a final taste state, various additives and seasonings are mixed, and the consumers can drink the mixed wine directly.

However, the package has certain defects and shortcomings, for example, the additive and the main body in the beverage are premixed, the shelf life is limited, the taste and the mouthfeel of the product are fixed and are not easy to change, and the situation of poor curative effect can occur in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, so that the package is difficult to meet the requirements of consumers.

The container of the present invention can be used alone or in combination with other containers.

In the prior art, solid-liquid separation is also adopted, but the operation is complex during mixing, and the product is easy to be polluted.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for ensuring mixing quality by using a plurality of spiral strips connected in a rotating array in combination with a control rod, so that the operation is simple, the amount of mixing can be freely controlled.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a container comprises a container body, wherein the container body is a rotating body and is provided with an opening and walls which extend from the opening to one end and meet towards the center; a control rod positioned at the center of the container body, one end of which is connected to the intracavity bottom of the container body; a cover sheet positioned at the opening; wherein the wall is formed by a plurality of spiral strips which are connected in a rotating array, and weakening grooves are formed between the adjacent spiral strips; the control rod extends out of the sealing piece. The sealing piece and the opening form a storage space for storing, the rotation of the spiral strip is controlled by the control rod, the disconnection of the groove is weakened in the rotating process, the substances in the storage space can be released for use, and the spiral strip can be opened and closed to control the amount of the substances used according to the actual use requirement; the opening and closing of the spiral strip are controlled in a rotating mode, and the spiral strip opening and closing device is simple to operate and simple in structure.

Referring to fig. 1-4, an embodiment of a container according to the present invention is shown, in which the basic portion is identical to the above-mentioned embodiment, and will not be described herein again, and in which the above-mentioned wall 3 comprises a first wall 8 and a second wall 9, the rotation generatrix of the first wall 8 is a straight line, the rotation generatrix of the second wall 9 is a curved line, and the above-mentioned helical strip 6 is defined on the second wall 9; at the moment, the upper part of the container is a cylinder, and the lower part of the container is hemispherical; when the control rod 4 rotates, the first wall 8 can be held, and the operation is convenient.

Referring to fig. 5 and 7, an embodiment of a container according to the present invention is shown, in which the above-mentioned embodiments of the basic portion are replaced and will not be described herein. In this embodiment, the helical strip 6 is a part of a body of revolution, the generatrix of the rotation of the helical strip 6 being formed by a first curved surface 10 and a second curved surface of the wall 3, the second curved surface being a helicoid; in this embodiment, the generatrix of the first curved surface 10 is a parabola; compared with the embodiment, under the condition that the second curved surface is the same, the generatrix parabolic opening of the first curved surface 10 is smaller than that of the embodiment, when the control rod 4 is rotated, the opening and closing sizes of the containers are different, different settings can be selected according to the volume size or the using amount of the actually used substances, and the container is flexible and multipurpose; meanwhile, in the case that the first curved surface 10 is not changed, the generatrix of the second curved surface may be a straight line extending from the center of the container in the radial direction or an archimedean spiral extending from the center of the container to the outside, as shown in fig. 7; the second curved surface generatrix is different from the first curved surface generatrix, so that the spiral bars 6 have different spirals and different opening and closing angles when in use; different spiral strips 6 are obtained according to different combinations of the first curved surface 10 and the second curved surface, different opening and closing angles are obtained, and the use under different conditions is met, and the spiral strip is not limited.

Reference is now made to fig. 6, which shows an embodiment of a container according to the present invention, and in which the basic parts of the above embodiment have been replaced and will not be described in detail. In this embodiment, the container is applied to other containers, such as a bottle 11, and has a cover 12 adapted thereto, and the cover 12 can cover the control rod 4 and can be disposed as shown, but not limited thereto.

In the above embodiment, the helical strips 6 are connected to the bottom end of the control rod 4 at the bottom of the container at a junction; simple structure and convenient control.
