Detailed Description

The working principle of the specific embodiment is as follows: firstly, when the goods box arrives at the terminal along the conveying line 11 of the climbing conveying part 1, the electric eye at the end of the conveying line 11 detects the goods box, the air cylinder 13 below the goods box stretches out, the swing rod 12 swings forwards to push the goods box to the climbing conveying roller, and the goods box climbs upwards forwards along the climbing conveying section. Then after the goods box reaches the conveying section of the box swinging part 2, the goods box is firstly sensed by a counting electric eye below the roller, the programmable controller numbers the goods box and judges the direction and the position where the goods box should be located according to the numbers, if the goods box needs to be turned, the box turning cylinder 21 extends out to turn the goods box, otherwise, the box turning cylinder 21 does not act, if the goods box needs to lean against the left side, the box pushing cylinder 22 extends out, and otherwise, the box pushing cylinder 22 does not act. Then when the goods boxes are arranged in a row in the forward conveying process and reach the terminal of the box placing part 2, the lower four position detection electric eyes simultaneously illuminate, and when the goods boxes leave the detection range of the detection electric eyes near the large box pushing cylinder 31 of the box pushing sliding plate part 3, the box blocking cylinder extends out to block the goods boxes coming from behind, and the box pushing cylinder two 31 extends out to push the goods boxes in the row into the sliding iron plate 41. Then when the first row of cargo box leans on the rear baffle 51 of the lifting frame, the first row of cargo box is detected by the baffle electric eye close to the rear baffle, the power cylinder 42 connected with the sliding iron plate retracts, the cargo box is blocked by the baffle 51 on the other side of the lifting frame, the whole layer of cargo box is separated from the sliding iron plate 41 and falls on the pallet below the whole layer of cargo box, and meanwhile, the cargo box is aligned in the retracting direction of the power cylinder 42 by the side baffle 51. Then: when the power cylinder 42 connected with the sliding iron plate 41 retracts to the proper position and is induced by the rear magnetic reed switch on the power cylinder, the brake of the motor 52 on the lifting frame is released, the pallet and the goods box on the pallet descend along with the lifting plate, after the goods box descends out of the detection range of the upper limiting detection electric eye on the lifting frame, the brake of the motor 52 is braked, the lifting plate stops descending, the power cylinder 42 connected with the sliding iron plate 41 extends out, the sliding iron plate 41 resets, and the next layer of stacking box continues. And finally, after the whole pallet is full, the layer number control encoder of the programmable controller enables the buzzer to sound, the lifting plate continues to descend until the lowest point of the lifting plate touches the lower limit switch, the lifting plate stops, an operator pulls out the full pallet and puts an empty pallet, then presses a lifting button on the lifting plate, the brake of the motor 52 is released, the motor 52 rotates in a reversing way, the lifting plate rises until the upper limit detection electric eye on the lifting frame is covered, the brake of the motor 52 is stopped, and a new round of pallet stacking box starts.
