1. An HTMI-based household appliance surface treatment process is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

step one, cleaning glass (1);

printing an ink layer on the back of the glass (1);

step three, drying the ink layer;

step four, coating a resin layer on the front surface of the glass (1);

step five, pressing a pattern on the resin layer by adopting a soft die (5);

and step six, curing and drying the resin layer with the pattern to form a texture layer (4).

The HTMI-based household appliance surface treatment process according to claim 1, wherein in step two, the ink layers comprise a protective ink layer (2) and a dominant color ink layer (3), the dominant color ink layer (3) is coated on the back of the glass (1), and the protective ink layer (2) is coated on the outside of the dominant color ink layer (3).

3. The HTMI-based household electrical appliance surface treatment process according to claim 1, wherein in step four, the glass (1) to be treated is placed on the conveyor (6) and then a resin layer is applied on its surface.

4. The HTMI-based household appliance surface treatment process according to claim 1, wherein in step four, the flexible mold (5) is a PET mold that imprints a predetermined product texture pattern by micro-nano imprinting; and manufacturing a flexible mold (5) with the carved texture pattern.

The HTMI-based household electrical appliance surface treatment process according to claim 1, wherein in the step five, the curing and drying is performed by irradiating the resin layer with an ultraviolet lamp set, and the resin layer is hardened to form the texture layer (4) corresponding to the flexible mold.

The high-speed imprinting device for the HTMI imprinting is characterized by comprising conveying equipment (6), a roller coating machine (7), dispensing equipment (8), an imprinting machine (9) and curing equipment (10), wherein the roller coating machine (7), the dispensing equipment (8), the imprinting machine (9) and the curing equipment (10) are sequentially fixed on the conveying equipment (6), a soft mold (5) is fixed on the imprinting machine (9), glass (1) to be processed is placed at one end of the conveying equipment (6), the curing equipment (10) is located obliquely above the imprinting machine (9), and the imprinting machine (9) is over against the conveying equipment (6).

The high-speed imprinting device for HTMI imprinting according to claim 6, wherein the dispensing device (8) comprises a laser positioning sensor (8-1) and a biaxial numerical control dispenser (8-2), an output end of the laser positioning sensor (8-1) is connected with an input end of the biaxial numerical control dispenser (8-2), the laser positioning sensor (8-1) is used for detecting whether the protective ink layer (2) and the main color ink layer (3) are in failure, and the biaxial numerical control dispenser (8-2) performs complementary coating on the protective ink layer (2) and the main color ink layer (3) according to a signal sensed by the laser positioning sensor (8-1).

The high-speed embossing apparatus for HTMI embossing according to claim 8, wherein the transfer device (6) comprises a transfer frame (6-1), a servo motor (6-2), a belt (6-3) and a transfer roller (6-4), the transfer frame (6-1) is disposed on the ground, the transfer roller (6-4) is disposed inside the transfer frame (6-1), and the output shaft of the servo motor (6-2) is in transmission connection with the transfer roller (6-4) through the belt (6-3).

At present, the screen printing of the same industry at home and abroad adopts the traditional screen printing process, and the basic manufacturing elements of the traditional colorful crystal glass screen printing are as follows: design pattern → output film → manufacture screen → printing ink → printing equipment → drying equipment → traditional printing process in which the pattern and texture need to be printed layer by layer, in the process of overlapping and positioning, the production debugging time is long, the production efficiency and the product qualification rate are low, although the color of the glass has the shade change, the printed texture and pattern have weak layering, which gives people a very stiff feeling, and the refinement of the texture pattern can not be achieved. The traditional screen printing method has the advantages that the fineness of the texture cannot reach the nanometer level, and the effects of super fineness, high brightness and strong three-dimensional sense of the layers cannot be achieved. The traditional household appliance glass adopts a screen printing process, is baked for multiple times by a drying furnace, and is superposed with printing times to make color matching and pattern textures, so that a large amount of smell is generated in the drying process, the environment is polluted, and the energy consumption is high.

Therefore, there is a need for a process for processing HTMI-based colored crystal glass with simple production process, high production efficiency, high quality, fine texture pattern, metallic texture, and high light transmittance, and a high-speed imprinting apparatus thereof.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of complex production process, low production efficiency, poor quality, rough texture, no metal texture and poor light transmission of the existing colored crystal glass, the invention provides the HTMI-based colored crystal glass treatment process which has simple production process, high production efficiency, high quality, fine texture pattern, metal texture and strong light transmission and the high-speed stamping device thereof.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the invention relates to a household appliance surface treatment process based on HTMI, which comprises the following steps:

step one, cleaning glass;

printing an ink layer on the back of the glass;

step three, drying the ink layer;

step four, coating a resin layer on the front surface of the glass;

step five, pressing a pattern on the resin layer by adopting a soft mold;

and step six, curing and drying the resin layer with the pattern to form a texture layer.
