The usage amount of the hot-melt coating is counted by 80 ten thousand tons every year in China, the usage amount of diesel oil is 2640 ten thousand tons/year when the common hot-melt coating is used, the usage amount of the diesel oil is only 1600 ten thousand tons/year when the novel hot-melt coating is used, 1040 ten thousand tons/year can be saved every year, the usage amount of the diesel oil is greatly reduced, the combustion emission of the diesel oil is reduced, meanwhile, the usage amount of carbon five petroleum resins from petrochemical industry is reduced, and the remarkable energy-saving and emission-reducing effects are achieved.

The plastic particles can utilize various recycled plastics to realize the recycling of the plastics and reduce the cost, and the invention has the advantages of simple process, environmental protection, high efficiency, low cost and the like, has obvious progress compared with the prior hot-melt coating, and greatly reduces the consumption of petroleum energy and the pollution emission to the environment.

Detailed Description

The following examples are provided to illustrate an energy-saving and environment-friendly hot-melt type coating material and a preparation method thereof, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

An energy-saving environment-friendly hot-melt coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14 parts of carbon five petroleum resin, 1 part of PE wax, 1 part of dioctyl ester, 50 parts of 60-mesh quartz sand, 45 parts of 325-mesh calcium carbonate powder, 2 parts of titanium dioxide, 2.8 parts of plastic particles and 0.3 part of zinc stearate, wherein the plastic particles are nylon and polyethylene recycled plastic mixture particles with the particle size of 20 meshes.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
