The following description will be made for the structure of the disinfection solution preparation device of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 3 clearly and completely:

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the container 1 is used for storing a disinfectant solution, which may be a sodium hypochlorite solution or other hypochlorous acid solution, and preferably, an opening 11 is formed at an upper end of the container 1 to facilitate pouring or pouring of the disinfectant solution, and the disinfectant solution can be concentrated at the bottom of the inner cavity of the container 1. The resin 23 is disposed within the transfer block 21 so that the stable disinfectant solution flowing into the transfer block 21 can be contacted with the resin with acidic ions to produce the desired disinfectant. Preferably, the resin 23 is disposed between the flow direction controller 22 and the liquid outlet end of the transmission frame 23 (the upper end of the transmission frame 23 shown in fig. 1 to 3), so that the disinfection solution preparation solution in the container 1 and the flow direction controller 22 are kept in an isolated state when not needed, separated storage is facilitated, and storage time is prolonged. Preferably, the resin 23 is in a granular form, and a plurality of granular resins 23 are disposed and distributed in the transfer frame 21, but in other embodiments, the resin 23 may be disposed in other forms, such as a block form, and the specific form of the resin 23 is not limited in detail, and may be disposed as needed.

The resin 23 is provided with acidic ions so as to contact the resin 23 when the disinfectant solution is introduced into the transfer frame 21, and further react with the acidic ions to generate the required disinfectant. The acid ions can be acid hydrogen ions, or other acid ions which can react with a sodium hypochlorite solution or a hypochlorous acid preparation solution to generate a hypochlorous acid disinfectant, and the like.

The disinfectant preparation device further comprises a suction structure, and the suction structure is connected with the transmission frame 21 so as to suck the disinfectant preparation solution in the container 1 into the transmission frame 21 through the flow direction controller 22, so that the disinfectant preparation solution is contacted with the resin with the acidic ions and reacts to generate the disinfectant. Preferably, the suction structure is connected to the liquid outlet end of the transmission frame 21, so as to enable the disinfectant solution flowing to the outside of the controller 22 to enter the transmission frame 21 through the liquid inlet end of the transmission frame 21 and the flow direction controller 22 by generating negative pressure in the transmission frame 21. The suction structure may be various suction devices such as a water pump, a spray head, etc.

The structure of the disinfectant preparing apparatus of the present invention will be described in detail below by taking the suction structure as a nozzle as an example.

As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the disinfection solution preparation apparatus of the present invention includes a container 1, a transmission storage structure 2 disposed in the container 1, and a nozzle 3 disposed at an upper end of the transmission storage structure 2.

An opening 11 is formed in the upper end of the container 1, the container 1 is preferably made of transparent materials such as plastics and the like, the amount of the solution in the container 1 can be conveniently observed, and the disinfectant preparation solution can be poured or poured conveniently due to the opening 11. The liquid outlet end (the upper end in fig. 2 and 3) of the transmission frame 21 is connected to the nozzle 3, so that when the nozzle 3 is pressed, the disinfectant solution in the container 1 can enter the transmission frame 21 through the flow direction controller 22, and after reacting with the acidic particles of the resin in the transmission tube 21, the required disinfectant solution is generated and then is sprayed out through the nozzle of the nozzle 3.

In the present embodiment, a cover 31 is fixed to the head 3, and the upper end opening 11 of the container 1 is received in the cover 31 and screwed thereto, so that the head 3 is fixed to the upper end opening 11 of the container 1.

A method for preparing a disinfectant by using the disinfectant preparation device comprises the following steps:

the disinfectant preparation solution is stored in the container 1, meanwhile, the resin with the acidic ions is placed in the transmission frame 21, and then the disinfectant preparation solution in the container 1 can be pumped into the transmission frame 21 during manufacturing, the operation is simple during manufacturing, the use is convenient, the efficiency can be greatly improved, meanwhile, all the disinfectant preparation solutions do not need to be completely prepared, only the disinfectant preparation solution which is needed and pumped into the transmission frame 21 needs to be prepared, the waste of resources is reduced, the disinfectant preparation solution which is not pumped into the transmission frame 21 and still in the container 1 can be still stably stored in the container 1, and the disinfectant preparation solution can be pumped into the transmission frame 21 to be continuously activated until the disinfectant preparation solution does not need to be used at the later stage, and the purposes of manufacturing as needed, convenient storage and long storage time are really realized.

Step three: the prepared disinfectant flows out through the liquid outlet end of the transmission frame 21;
