Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of catering, and particularly relates to a cold noodle cooling device.

Background

With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the requirement of customers on dining experience is higher and higher. Particularly, when a customer eats soup noodles, the temperature of the soup noodles is high, so that the customer often has to wait for the meal to be eaten after the temperature of the meal is reduced, and if the customer eats foods with high temperature, the oral mucosa can be scalded, thereby causing oral diseases. Therefore, there is a need for a device capable of cooling soup noodles, improving the dining experience of customers, reducing the waiting time of customers, and improving the operating efficiency of restaurants.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a cold noodle cooling device which can cool noodle soup which is just taken out of a pot and has higher temperature, so that the self flavor of food is ensured, and the dining experience of customers is improved.

In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a cold-face heat sink comprising:

the surface of the cold-surface cooling chamber is made of a metal material with good heat conduction performance;

the cooling water plates are positioned at the lower side of the cold surface cooling chamber and are tightly attached to the noodle bowl, and one cooling chamber corresponds to one group of cooling water plates;

the organic glass cover plate is positioned on the upper side of the cold-surface cooling chamber and can provide a closed and sanitary independent space for the cooled soup surface;

the temperature detection device is positioned on the inner side of the organic glass cover plate and is configured to detect the temperature of the noodle bowl in real time and output a temperature signal outwards;

and the signal prompting device is positioned on the outer side of the organic glass cover plate, is configured to be capable of receiving the signal output by the temperature detection device and sending out prompting information.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the bottom of the cold-side cooling chamber may be fixed to the cold-side cooling device, or may be configured to be removable from the cold-side cooling device.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the bottom of the cooling water plate is provided with a weight sensor configured to be capable of detecting the weight of the noodle bowl and outputting a signal to the outside.

In the above technical solution, preferably, each group of the circulating water pipes of the cold surface cooling device has an independent electric water valve, and further, the electric water valve can receive the signal output by the temperature sensor and thereby control the opening and closing of the cooling water path.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the temperature detection device may be an infrared thermometer or a platinum wire temperature sensor, and further preferably, the temperature detection device employs an infrared thermometer.

When the temperature detected by the temperature detection device 7 is lower than the set threshold, a signal is output outwards, and the prompting device 8 receives the signal output by the temperature detection device 7 and prompts a worker to take out the noodle bowl 12 in an acousto-optic mode. When the noodle bowl 12 is taken out, the weight sensor 14 cannot detect the weight of the noodle bowl 12, the weight signal is not output outwards any more, and the electric water valve 3 closes the water path. In other embodiments, the cooling water plate 4 may also be formed by a surrounding water pipe.
