Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the process that the cutting edge 313 continuously extends, the film 6 is gradually cut into a ring shape along the wavy cutting edge, so as to realize the punching function, effectively improve the overall punching effect and efficiency, in the process of punching and cutting, the downward pressing cutting force is acted by the inclined arrangement to generate small-angle inclination, and the film 6 surface outside the cutting edge 313 generates micro-deformation in cooperation with the micro-deformation generated at the moment when the film 6 is extruded, so that the cutting force of the cutting edge 313 can not be completely vertical to the surface of the film 6, thereby reducing the pressing action of the cutting edge 313 on the film 6 and improving the cutting action, and because the cutting edge 313 is wavy, the waste material of the cut film 6 is in a wafer shape, so that the film 6 waste outer edge has less contact surface with the inner side surface of the cutting edge 313, thereby facilitating the falling of the film 6 waste away from the cutting edge 313.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the connecting column 311 is provided with a communicating through hole 35 communicating with the hole cutting pipe 312, after the hole cutting pipe 312 is cut and punched, the waste film 6 is easily accumulated in the hole cutting pipe 312, when the waste in the hole cutting pipe 312 is accumulated too much and normal punching is influenced, the waste film 6 can be conveniently removed by poking the communicating through hole 35 to the hole cutting pipe 312 through an iron wire.
