(3) putting the mixed particles into a spinning machine to form plastic filaments, and spinning the plastic filaments into plastic base cloth by a spinning machine;

(4) and (3) sequentially paving the plastic basic cloth and the glass fiber net obtained in the step (3) in a mould, sending the plastic basic cloth and the glass fiber net into a hot press for hot pressing, wherein the hot pressing temperature is 150 ℃, the pressing time is 4 hours, and the plastic cloth is obtained, and the sequentially paving comprises the following steps:

(4.1) firstly, paving the plastic basic cloth on the surface of the mould, and then coating a resin adhesive on the surface of the plastic basic cloth;

(4.2) after the step (4.1) is performed, paving the glass fiber net on the surface of the plastic base cloth, and then coating a resin adhesive on the surface of the glass fiber net;

(4.3) sequentially repeating the steps (4.1) and (4.2), forming plastic cloth after multiple laying, feeding the plastic cloth into a hot press for hot pressing, laying for 5 times, covering the surface of the plastic cloth with a vacuum bag before hot pressing, exhausting air between the vacuum bag and the mold, and keeping for 20 min;

(5) and after hot pressing, rolling and folding the surface of the plastic cloth back and forth by using a roller, winding the plastic cloth on a winding roller during folding, controlling the winding roller to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, bending the plastic cloth in the forward and reverse directions, winding, packaging and warehousing.

(4.2) after the step (4.1) is performed, paving the glass fiber net on the surface of the plastic base cloth, and then coating a resin adhesive on the surface of the glass fiber net;

(4.3) sequentially repeating the steps (4.1) and (4.2), forming plastic cloth after multiple laying, feeding the plastic cloth into a hot press for hot pressing for 7 times, covering the surface of the plastic cloth with a vacuum bag before the hot pressing, exhausting air between the vacuum bag and the mold, and keeping for 20 min;

(5) and after hot pressing, rolling and folding the surface of the plastic cloth back and forth by using a roller, winding the plastic cloth on a winding roller during folding, controlling the winding roller to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, bending the plastic cloth in the forward and reverse directions, winding, packaging and warehousing.

(4.2) after the step (4.1) is performed, paving the glass fiber net on the surface of the plastic base cloth, and then coating a resin adhesive on the surface of the glass fiber net;

(4.3) sequentially repeating the steps (4.1) and (4.2), forming plastic cloth after multiple laying, feeding the plastic cloth into a hot press for hot pressing for 9 times, covering the surface of the plastic cloth with a vacuum bag before the hot pressing, exhausting air between the vacuum bag and the mold, and keeping for 20 min;

(5) and after hot pressing, rolling and folding the surface of the plastic cloth back and forth by using a roller, winding the plastic cloth on a winding roller during folding, controlling the winding roller to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, bending the plastic cloth in the forward and reverse directions, winding, packaging and warehousing.
