4. A package according to claim 1 wherein the peripheral wall is doubled along a first pair of fold lines; the bottom plate can be folded along the second pair of folding lines; the first reinforcing plate can be folded along a third folding line; the second pair of fold lines is connected with the third pair of fold lines.

5. The packing case according to claim 4, wherein a first connecting hole is formed in the first reinforcing plate, a second connecting hole is formed in a side wall of the peripheral wall, which is connected to the first reinforcing plate, a detachable connecting member passes through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole in sequence to detachably attach the first reinforcing plate to the case body, and the second pair of folding lines, the third pair of folding lines, a central axis of the first connecting hole and a central axis of the second connecting hole are located in the same plane.

6. The package box of claim 1, wherein the box further comprises a lid, an edge of the lid is fixedly connected to the peripheral wall by a second fold line, and the lid is folded along the second fold line and is disposed at an end of the peripheral wall away from the bottom panel.

8. A package according to claim 7 wherein the first and third side panels are each provided with a first pair of fold lines along which the peripheral wall can be folded in half.

9. The package of claim 1, further comprising:

the edge of one end of the second reinforcing plate is connected with the peripheral wall through a third folding line, and the second reinforcing plate can be attached to or separated from the inner surface of the peripheral wall along the third folding line in a folding manner; the third folding line is positioned at the joint of two adjacent sides of the peripheral wall.

10. A package as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 which is expandable to a one-shot flat configuration.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a packaging box.

Background

Along with the rapid development of the express logistics industry, the consumption of logistics packaging consumables is increased sharply. In the related art, some packaging boxes which can be recycled appear, the service life can reach dozens of times or even hundreds of times, and the packaging boxes are used for replacing disposable paper boxes, so that the environmental and energy burden is reduced to a certain extent. Such containers are typically folded for recycling. The circulating packing box in the related technology has insufficient structural strength, is easy to damage in the using process and endangers the safety of articles in the box.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a packing box, aims at solving the problem that packing box structural strength is not enough in the prior art.

The packing box that this application embodiment provided includes: the box body comprises a peripheral wall capable of being folded and a bottom plate connected with the peripheral wall; the box body is provided with a box body, the box body is provided with a peripheral wall, the peripheral wall is provided with a first folding line, the box body is provided with a second folding line, the edge of one end of the first reinforcing plate is connected with the box body through the first folding line, the first reinforcing plate can be attached to or separated from the outer surface of the peripheral wall along the first folding line in a folding mode, and the first reinforcing plate is detachably connected with the peripheral wall.

In some embodiments, the number of the first reinforcing plates is two, and two first reinforcing plates are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the bottom plate.

In some embodiments, a first connecting hole is formed in the first reinforcing plate, a second connecting hole is formed in a side wall, connected with the first reinforcing plate, of the box body, and a connecting piece sequentially penetrates through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole so that the first reinforcing plate is detachably attached to the box body.

In some embodiments, the peripheral wall may be doubled over along a first pair of fold lines; the bottom plate can be folded along the second pair of folding lines; the first reinforcing plate can be folded along a third folding line; the second pair of fold lines is connected with the third pair of fold lines.

In some embodiments, the second pair of folding lines, the third pair of folding lines, a central axis of the first connection hole and a central axis of the second connection hole are located in the same plane.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a package 100, which includes a box body and at least one first reinforcing plate 4. Here, the shape of the box body is determined according to actual needs, and may be a cylinder, a rectangular parallelepiped, or another special-shaped body, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, the box takes the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped.

Here, the case includes a peripheral wall 1 that can be folded and a bottom plate 2 connected to the peripheral wall 1. The folding manner of the peripheral wall 1 may be determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit this. In some embodiments, a first pair of fold lines 1a is provided on the peripheral wall 1, and the peripheral wall 1 can be folded in half once along the first pair of fold lines 1 a. The first pair of folding lines 1a are arranged according to the actual requirement of the double-folded structure, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments, the peripheral wall 1 has a symmetrical configuration, and the first pair of fold lines 1a coincide with the symmetry line of the peripheral wall 1. Thus, after being folded in half once along the first pair of folding lines 1a, the peripheral wall 1 will be neatly folded in half. In some embodiments, the first pair of fold lines 1a is not provided on the side wall of the peripheral wall 1 that is fixedly connected to the lid 3.

Here, the outer shape of the peripheral wall 1 is determined according to the box body shape adopted by the packing box 100, and may be a circular cylinder, a rectangular ring body, or other irregular ring bodies. In some embodiments, the peripheral wall 1 is a rectangular ring body, and includes a first side plate 11, a second side plate 12, a third side plate 13 and a fourth side plate 14 which are connected end to end along a ring shape. The first side plate 11 is arranged opposite to the third side plate 13, and the second side plate 12 is arranged opposite to the fourth side plate 14; one end edge of the first side plate 11 is connected with the second side plate 12, and the other end edge is connected with the fourth side plate 14; the third side plate 13 has one end edge connected to the second side plate 12 and the other end edge connected to the fourth side plate 14.

The peripheral wall 1 may be made of one or more materials of plastic, metal, etc., and may have a hollow structure to reduce the self weight, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, the peripheral wall 1 is made of polypropylene (PP); illustratively, the polypropylene plate is a PP hollow plate with a hollow structure, and has the advantages of high strength, small self weight and the like.

In some embodiments, the bottom plate 2 closes the other end opening of the peripheral wall 1. The bottom plate 2 may be configured to be unopened so that the end opening of the peripheral wall 1 is always closed; alternatively, the bottom plate 2 may be configured to be openable so that the end opening of the peripheral wall 1 can be opened. In some embodiments, the bottom panel 2 always closes the end opening of the peripheral wall 1 during normal use, including the box configuration and the folded configuration, to simplify handling. Illustratively, the base plate 2 is fixedly connected to the peripheral wall 1 on at least one side. As a further example, the base plate 2 is fixedly connected to the circumferential wall 1 on at least two sides.

The bottom plate 2 is provided with a second pair of folding lines 2 a. Thus, the bottom panel 2 can be folded in half once along the second pair of fold lines 2 a. The second pair of folding lines 2a are arranged according to the actual requirement of the folding structure, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments, the bottom panel 2 has a symmetrical configuration, the second pair of fold lines 2a coinciding with the symmetry line of the bottom panel 2. Thus, the bottom panel 2 will be neatly folded in half after being folded in half once along the second pair of folding lines 2 a.

The bottom plate 2 may be made of one or more materials of plastic, metal, etc., and may have a hollow structure to reduce the self weight, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, the bottom plate 2 is made of a PP plate; exemplarily, the PP plate is a PP hollow plate and has the advantages of high strength, small self weight and the like.

One end edge of the first reinforcing plate 4 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 2 through a second folding line 4a, the first reinforcing plate 4 can be attached to or separated from the outer surface of the peripheral wall 1 along the second folding line 4a in a folding mode, and the first reinforcing plate 4 is detachably connected with the peripheral wall 1. In some examples, the second fold line 4a is located where the peripheral wall 1 joins one side of the bottom panel 2. That is, the edge of the first reinforcing plate 4, which is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 2, is located at the connection point of the peripheral wall 1 and the bottom plate 2.

In some examples, one side surface of the first reinforcing plate 4 is detachably attached to one side wall of the peripheral wall 1, and the first reinforcing plate 4 is located on the outer peripheral side of the peripheral wall 1. On one hand, because the edge of one end of the first reinforcing plate 4 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 2, the peripheral wall 1 and the bottom plate 2 are indirectly connected through the first reinforcing plate 4 on the basis of direct connection, a double-connection structure is formed substantially, and the connection strength between the bottom plate 2 and the peripheral wall 1 is increased. On the other hand, since the first reinforcing plate 4 is bonded to one outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 1, the first reinforcing plate 4 structurally supports the peripheral wall 1 from the outer peripheral side of the peripheral wall 1, thereby further enhancing the rigidity of the peripheral wall 1 and preventing the peripheral wall 1 from being deformed or damaged. Thereby, the overall structural strength of the packing case 100 is improved.

The detachable connection between the first reinforcing plate 4 and the circumferential wall 1 can be achieved by various structural forms, including screw connections, pin connections, snap connections, and the like. In some embodiments, the first reinforcing plate 4 is provided with a first connecting hole 41, a side wall of the peripheral wall 1 connected to the first reinforcing plate 4 is provided with a second connecting hole 16, and the connecting member sequentially passes through the first connecting hole 41 and the second connecting hole 16 to detachably attach the first reinforcing plate 4 to the peripheral wall 1. Illustratively, the connecting member may be a bolt or a pin, and correspondingly, the second connecting hole 16 may be a threaded hole or a pin hole.

Based on the arrangement of the second fold line 4a, the first reinforcing panel 4 may be folded along the second fold line 4 a. Here, the second folding line 4a may be configured such that the first reinforcing panel 4 may be folded along the second folding line 4a to be attached to one side wall of the peripheral wall 1 as shown in fig. 1 to 4, or to be coplanar with the bottom panel 2 as shown in fig. 5 to 7.

In some embodiments, the number of the first reinforcing plates 4 is two, and two first reinforcing plates 4 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the bottom plate 2. In some examples, the first reinforcing plate 4 has an isosceles triangle configuration, the base of which is fixedly connected to the base plate 2.

In some embodiments, a third pair of fold lines 4b are provided on the first reinforcing panel 4. Thus, the first reinforcing panel 4 can be folded in half once along the third folding line 4 b. The third folding line 4b is set according to the actual requirement of the folding structure, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In some examples, the third pair of fold lines 4b coincide with a line of symmetry of the first reinforcing panel 4. Thus, after one-time folding along the third folding line 4b, the first reinforcing panel 4 will be neatly folded in half. In some examples, the number of the first reinforcing plates 4 is two, and one first reinforcing plate 4 is provided at each of opposite end edges of the bottom panel 2 in the extending direction of the second pair of folding lines 2 a.

In some examples, the second pair of fold lines 2a is connected with the third pair of fold lines 4 b. In some examples, the second pair of folding lines 2a, the third pair of folding lines 4b, the central axis of the first connection hole 41 and the central axis of the second connection hole 16 are located in the same plane (first plane for short); thus, when the packing box 100 is folded in two once, the first coupling hole 41 and the second coupling hole 16 are simultaneously folded in two.

In some embodiments, the box body further comprises a box cover 3, an edge of one end of the box cover 3 is fixedly connected with the peripheral wall 1 through a second folding line 3a, and the box cover 3 is arranged at one end of the peripheral wall 1 far away from the bottom plate 2 along the second folding line 3 a. Thus, the cover 3 is disposed opposite to the base plate 2. In the box sealing state, the box cover 3 can be folded along the second folding line 3a to seal the peripheral wall 1; in the folded state, the lid 3 can be folded along the second folding line 3a to be attached to one side of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 1.

In some examples, the cover 3 is disposed at an end opening of the peripheral wall 1, and the cover 3 is fixedly connected to the end opening of the peripheral wall 1 at one side and movably abutted to the other sides. Here, the lid 3 is fixedly connected to the peripheral wall 1 at a first fixed connection 3A and is movably butted at a movable butt 3B. Here, in the case form, when the case is not opened, i.e., in the case sealing state, the case lid 3 is kept joined to the peripheral wall 1 at the movable butt joint 3B and kept joined at the fixed joint, so that the end opening of the peripheral wall 1 is closed, and the articles in the packaging case 100 are packaged; when the box body is opened, namely in an opening state, the box cover 3 is separated from the peripheral wall 1 at the movable butt joint part 3B and is kept connected at the fixed connection part, so that the end opening of the peripheral wall 1 is opened, and articles in the packing box 100 can be taken out or put into the packing box 100; in the folded state, the box cover 3 and the peripheral wall 1 can be kept separated at the movable butt joint part 3B and always kept connected at the fixed connection part. It can be seen that the cover 3 and the peripheral wall 1 are always connected at the fixed connection position and are not separated no matter in the case body form including the case sealing state and the case opening state or the folding state. It should be noted that the fixed connection portion may adopt a detachable structure, such as a zipper connection, a locking connection, etc., but is not detached during the normal use process, and may be detached when the packing box 100 is maintained and replaced; alternatively, the fixed connection may be a non-detachable structure, such as stitching, welding, adhesive bonding, etc.

A second folding line 3A is arranged at the fixed connection part of the box cover 3 and the peripheral wall 1, namely a first fixed connection part 3A. Thus, the lid 3 can be folded along the second folding line 3 a. In the box-sealing state, the box cover 3 can be folded along the second folding line 3a to keep jointed with the peripheral wall 1 at a movable butt joint 3B; in the open state, the box cover 3 can be folded along the second folding line 3a to be separated from the peripheral wall 1 at a movable butt joint part 3B; in the folded state, the lid 3 can be folded along the second folding line 3a to be attached to one side of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 1. In some embodiments, the second fold line 3a is configured to allow the lid 3 to be folded 270 ° around the second fold line 3 a; in some examples, the second folding line 3a comprises two crease lines spaced parallel to each other.

In some embodiments, the second folding line 3a is parallel to the second pair of folding lines 2a, so as to ensure that the box cover 3 is not folded in half when the packing box 100 is folded in half along the first pair of folding lines 1a, the second pair of folding lines 2a and the third pair of folding lines 4 b.

In some embodiments, the cover 3 is provided with a overlapping edge 31 that can overlap with an opening at one end of the peripheral wall 1. Here, the overlapping edge portion 31 may be provided on the movable butt side of the lid 3 with the peripheral wall 1, for example, an end of the lid 3 remote from the second folding line 3a, to block and close the movable butt 3B. In some examples, a fourth folding line 3b is provided at the junction of the main body portion and the overlapping edge portion 31 of the box cover 3, and the overlapping edge portion 31 can be folded along the fourth folding line 3b to be in close overlapping engagement with the outer peripheral surface of one side of the peripheral wall 1, and can also be folded along the fourth folding line 3b in the reverse direction to be coplanar with the box cover 3. Thus, when the package box 100 needs to be folded and collected, the overlapping edge portion 31 can be folded to be coplanar with the box cover 3, so that the package box can be folded and collected conveniently. Illustratively, the fourth fold line 3B is located at the movable butt joint 3B of the box cover 3 and the peripheral wall 1.

In some examples, the overlapping edge portion 31 and the peripheral wall 1 may be provided with a hook and loop fastener 61 and/or a locking device 62 to seal and fix the movable butt joint 3B, so as to prevent the movable butt joint 3B from being accidentally loosened and articles from being accidentally dropped, and ensure the safety of the package. Illustratively, the locking device 62 may be a latch, snap, or the like.

The box cover 3 may be made of one or more materials of plastic, metal, etc., and may have a hollow structure to reduce the self weight, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, the box cover 3 is made of a PP plate; exemplarily, the PP plate is a PP hollow plate and has the advantages of high strength, small self weight and the like.

In some embodiments, the first pair of fold lines 1a, the second pair of fold lines 2a and the third pair of fold lines 4b are located in the same plane, i.e. the first plane, and the first plane is configured not to intersect with the side wall of the peripheral wall 1 fixedly connected to the lid 3. In this way, when the package box 100 is folded in two along the first pair of folding lines 1a, the second pair of folding lines 2a, and the third pair of folding lines 4b, the lid 3 is not folded in two.

As shown in fig. 5 to 7, when the packing box 100 needs to be folded and recycled, the first reinforcing plate 4 and the peripheral wall 1 are detached and separated, the first reinforcing plate 4 is turned over along the second folding line 4a to be coplanar with the bottom plate 2, the box cover 3 is turned over along the second folding line 3a to be attached to the outer peripheral surface of one side of the peripheral wall 1, and then the packing box 100 is folded once along the first folding line 1a, the second folding line 2a and the third folding line 4b, so that the packing box 100 can be folded.

On the contrary, when the box body form needs to be recombined from the folding form, the operations are carried out in the reverse order: opening the packaging box 100 along the first pair of folding lines 1a, the second pair of folding lines 2a and the third pair of folding lines 4b to restore the annular shape of the peripheral wall 1 and the flat shape of the bottom plate 2 and the first reinforcing plate 4; then, the first reinforcing plate 4 is folded along the second folding line 4a to be attached to the outer peripheral surface of one side of the peripheral wall 1, and then the first reinforcing plate 4 and the side wall of the peripheral wall 1 are connected and locked; the box cover 3 is folded inwards along the second folding line 3a to be movably butted with one end opening of the peripheral wall 1. Thus, the packing box 100 is reformed from the folded state to the box state, and can be used for packing articles, the reforming operation steps are simple, and the operation is rapid and efficient.

The first reinforcing plate 4 may be made of one or more materials of plastic, metal, and the like, and may have a hollow structure to reduce the self weight, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, the first reinforcing plate 4 is made of a PP plate; exemplarily, the PP plate is a PP hollow plate and has the advantages of high strength, small self weight and the like.

In some embodiments in which the peripheral wall 1 is a rectangular ring, the box cover 3 is fixedly connected to the first side plate 11 in the peripheral wall 1, the box cover 3 is movably abutted to the second side plate 12, the third side plate 13, and the fourth side plate 14, respectively, and a second folding line 3A is disposed at a fixed connection point, i.e., a first fixed connection point 3A, of the box cover 3 and the first side plate 11. Here, the cover 3 may be a top cover of the packing case 100. Illustratively, the overlapping edge portion 31 overlaps the third side panel 13.

In some embodiments, in which the peripheral wall 1 is a rectangular ring, the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected to at least two of the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, the third side plate 13 and the fourth side plate 14. Here, the bottom plate 2 may be a bottom plate of the packing case 100. Illustratively, the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected to the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13, respectively. As another example, the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected to the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12. As another example, the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected to the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14. As another example, the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected to the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, and the third side plate 13. As another example, the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected to the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, the third side plate 13, and the fourth side plate 14, respectively.

In some embodiments in which the peripheral wall 1 is a rectangular ring, a side surface of the first reinforcing plate 4 is detachably attached to a side surface of the second side plate 12 or the fourth side plate 14. Illustratively, a side surface of the second side plate 12 remote from the fourth side plate 14 is detachably attached to a first reinforcing plate 4, and/or a side surface of the fourth side plate 14 remote from the second side plate 12 is detachably attached to another first reinforcing plate 4. Wherein the first pair of fold lines 1a may be provided on the second side panel 12 and the fourth side panel 14, but not on the first side panel 11 fixedly connected with the lid 3 and the third side panel 13 opposite to the first side panel 11.

As shown in fig. 1-4, in some embodiments, the package 100 further includes at least one second reinforcing panel 5. One end edge of the second reinforcing plate 5 is fixedly connected with the peripheral wall 1 through a third folding line 5a, and the second reinforcing plate 5 can be attached to or separated from the inner surface of the peripheral wall 1 along the third folding line 5a in a folding manner. In some examples, the third fold line 5a is located at the junction of two adjacent sides of the peripheral wall 1, such as the junction of the second side panel 12 and the third side panel 13, and the junction of the third side panel 13 and the fourth side panel 14, for example.

Wherein the second reinforcing plate 5 is located on the inner peripheral side of the peripheral wall 1. Thus, the second reinforcing panel 5 can be folded along the third folding line 5a to be attached to the one-side inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 1, and structurally support the region of the peripheral wall 1 from the inner peripheral side, thereby enhancing the structural strength and rigidity of the peripheral wall 1. Illustratively, the second reinforcing plate 5, one side wall of the peripheral wall 1 and the first reinforcing plate 4 are arranged in this order from the inside to the outside on one side of the packing box 100. In this way, the first reinforcing plate 4 and the second reinforcing plate 5 structurally support the peripheral wall 1 from the outside and the inside, respectively, at the same position, so that the structural reliability of the peripheral wall 1 is significantly improved.

When the packing box 100 needs to be folded and recycled, the second reinforcing plate 5 can be folded along the third folding line 5a, the side wall and the first plane which are provided with the first pair of folding lines 1a on the peripheral wall 1 are avoided, and the first plane is not intersected with the second reinforcing plate 5, so that when the packing box 100 is folded along the first plane for one time, the second reinforcing plate 5 can not be folded, the folding difficulty is reduced, and the flatness and the compactness after the packing box 100 is folded are improved.

The number of the second reinforcing plates 5 is set according to the actual structural requirement, and may be one or more, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments in which the peripheral wall 1 is a rectangular ring, the number of the second reinforcing plates 5 is two, for example, one end edge of one second reinforcing plate 5 is fixedly connected to the connection between the second side plate 12 and the third side plate 13, and one end edge of the other second reinforcing plate 5 is fixedly connected to the connection between the third side plate 13 and the fourth side plate 14. When the packing box 100 is folded in half, the second reinforcing plate 5 is folded to be attached to the third side plate 13.

In some embodiments, at least one rocking cover 15 is disposed on a side wall of the peripheral wall 1, which is in movable abutment with the box cover 3, the rocking cover 15 is located at an end of the side wall away from the bottom plate 2, and a fourth folding line 3b is disposed between the side wall and the rocking cover 15. Thus, the flap 15 can be folded along the fifth folding line 1b to support the lid 3 or folded for folding. In some embodiments in which the peripheral wall 1 is a rectangular ring, the second side plate 12, the third side plate 13 and the fourth side plate 14 are respectively provided with a rocking cover 15 at one end close to the box cover 3, and at one end close to the box cover 3. Here, the first pair of folding lines 1a respectively cross the flap 15 of the second side plate 12 and the flap 15 of the fourth side plate 14.

In some embodiments, the package 100 further includes a strap handle 63 for carrying the package 100 by hand. As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in some examples, the peripheral wall 1 is provided with a handle fixing portion 17 for fixing the strap handle 63. In some embodiments where the peripheral wall 1 is a rectangular ring, the handle fixing portions 17 are disposed on the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14, respectively.

As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the package 100 may be unfolded into a one-shot flat sheet configuration 100'. In other words, the packing case 100 may be folded from a flat sheet formed in one time. Thus, the packaging box 100 can be produced by one-step forming processes such as one-step blanking, one-step injection molding, one-step casting and the like, so that the production steps are simplified, and the production efficiency is improved. The following is a detailed description.

In some examples in which the peripheral wall 1 is a rectangular ring body, in the flat plate configuration 100', the box lid 3, the first side plate 11, the bottom plate 2, and the third side plate 13 are sequentially connected in the first direction and located in the same plane, the second side plate 12, the first side plate 11, and the fourth side plate 14 are sequentially connected in the second direction and located in the same plane, the first reinforcing plate 4 is located at one end edge of the bottom plate 2 in the second direction, and the first reinforcing plate 4 and the bottom plate 2 are located in the same plane. Wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other. Thus, the package box 100 is obtained after the one-step formed flat plate is folded. Illustratively, in the panel configuration 100', the second pair of fold lines 2a has a collinear relationship with the third pair of fold lines 4 b.

In some examples, the number of the first reinforcing plates 4 is two, two first reinforcing plates 4 are separated from the opposite end edges of the bottom plate 2 in the second direction, and the three are located in the same plane. In some examples, when the package 100 is formed by folding a flat sheet of material, one end of the second side panel 12 away from the first side panel 11 is fixed by heat pressing with an edge of one end of the third side panel 13 through a first heat press compound point 101, one end of the fourth side panel 14 away from the first side panel 11 is fixed by heat pressing with an edge of the other end of the third side panel 13 through a second heat press compound point 101, and the edge of one end and the edge of the other end of the third side panel 13 are opposite end edges along the second direction.

In some examples, in the flat panel configuration 100', the second reinforcement plate 5 is located at one end edge of the third side panel 13 in the second direction and the second reinforcement plate 5 is located in the same plane as the third side panel 13. Illustratively, the number of the second reinforcing plates 5 is two, and two second reinforcing plates 5 are disposed at opposite end edges of the third side plate 13 in the second direction.

In some examples, in the flat panel configuration 100', the rocking cover 15 on the second side panel 12 is located at an end edge of the second side panel 12 away from the first reinforcing panel 4 in the first direction, the rocking cover 15 on the third side panel 13 is located at an end edge of the third side panel 13 away from the bottom panel 2 in the first direction, and the rocking cover 15 on the fourth side panel 14 is located at an end edge of the fourth side panel 14 away from the first reinforcing panel 4 in the first direction.

The package 100 provided in the embodiments of the present application is described in detail above, and the principle and the implementation of the present application are explained in the present application by applying specific examples, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understanding the method and the core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
