Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the container 1 is constructed in a conventional structure, and includes a container body and a door 11 rotatably coupled to the container body, and the door 11 is rotated to close or open a container opening of the container body. The box door 11 is movably connected with a lock shaft 12, the box body is provided with a jack, the lock shaft 12 can be driven to slide along the axial direction through the rotation of the lock shaft 12 so as to be inserted into the jack to realize the locking connection of the box door 11 and the box body, or the jack is pulled out to realize the unlocking of the locking connection. The lock shaft 12 is fixedly connected with a lock shaft support 16, the lock shaft support 16 is connected with a lock rod 13 in a swinging mode, so that the lock rod 13 can swing left and right relative to the lock shaft support 16 and can drive the lock shaft support 16 and the lock shaft 12 to swing up and down together to control the locking connection of the box door 11 and the box body. The lock rod support 15 is fixedly arranged on the box door 11, and the lock rod 13 can be clamped into the lock rod support 15 through the left-right swinging of the lock rod 13 to limit the up-down swinging of the lock rod 13; the lock rod support 15 is rotatably connected with a lock cover 14 which can rotate between a locking position and an unlocking position, the lock cover 14 positioned at the locking position is locked on the lock rod 13 so as to limit the lock rod 13 to swing left and right and up and down, and the lock cover 14 positioned at the unlocking position avoids the locking position so that the lock rod 13 can swing left and right to the position where the lock rod can swing up and down.

Referring to fig. 3 and 11, the automatic door opening and closing device for a container includes a frame mechanism 2, a door opening and closing mechanism 3, a first locking mechanism 4, a door opening and closing mechanism 5, a second locking mechanism 6, and a locking cover opening and closing mechanism 7.

The door opening and closing mechanism 3 includes a first mounting frame 31, a first arc-shaped rail 32, a first crank arm 33, a first driving mechanism 34 and a rotating beam 35, the first mounting frame 31 is mounted on the frame mechanism 2, the first arc-shaped rail 32 is fixedly mounted on the first mounting frame 31, the axis of the first arc-shaped rail 32 is coincident with the rotating axis of the door 11, one end of the first crank arm 33 is hinged on the first mounting frame 31, the other end is provided with a roller, the roller of the first crank arm 33 is adapted to be slidably connected on the first arc-shaped rail 32, one end of the first driving mechanism 34 is hinged on the first mounting frame 31, the other end is hinged in the middle of the first crank arm 33, the rotating beam 35 is fixedly connected on the portion of the first crank arm 33 close to the other end, the first driving mechanism 34 is a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder mechanism (the following driving mechanisms can be hydraulic cylinders or pneumatic cylinders), the first driving mechanism 34 extends and retracts to drive the first crank arm 33 to rotate, the first crank arm 33 rotates to drive the rotating beam 35 to do arc motion. The first locking mechanism 4 is arranged on the rotating beam 15 and can lock the locking shaft 12 on the door 11 of the container 1 or release the locking, and the specific structure is as follows: the first fixing seat 36 is fixedly arranged on the rotating beam 35, the first locking mechanism 4 comprises a grapple 41 and a second driving mechanism 42, the middle part of the grapple 41 is hinged on the first fixing seat 36, one end of the second driving mechanism 42 is hinged on the first fixing seat 36, the other end of the second driving mechanism 42 is hinged on the tail end of the grapple 41, and the second driving mechanism 42 extends and retracts to drive the grapple 41 to rotate so as to hook the locking shaft 12 or release the hooking. The grapple 41 of the first locking mechanism 4 hooks the lock shaft 12, and the first crank arm 33 rotates to drive the rotating beam 35 to move in an arc, thereby driving the door 11 to open or close.

This switch lock mechanism 5 includes second mounting bracket 51, second arc track 52, second turning arm 53, third actuating mechanism 54 and swivel mount 55, this second mounting bracket 51 sets firmly on rotatory roof beam 35, this second arc track 52 sets firmly on second mounting bracket 51, the axis of this second arc track 52 and the axis of rotation coincidence of lock 12, this second turning arm 53 one end articulates on second mounting bracket 51, the other end dress has the gyro wheel, this gyro wheel adaptation sliding connection is at second arc track 52, this third actuating mechanism 54 one end articulates at second mounting bracket 51, the other end is rotated and is connected at second turning arm 53 middle part, stretch out and draw back in order to drive second turning arm 53 and rotate and drive swivel mount 55 arc motion through third actuating mechanism 54. The second locking mechanism 6 is mounted on the rotating frame 55 and can lock the locking rod 13 or release the locking, and the specific structure is as follows: the second locking mechanism 6 includes a fourth driving mechanism 61, a first sliding rail 62, a sliding block 63, a fifth driving mechanism 64, two clamping arms 65, two connecting rods 66 and a second sliding rail 67, the second sliding rail 67 is fixedly arranged on the rotating frame 55, the first sliding rail 62 is connected to the second sliding rail 67 in a sliding manner, the fourth driving mechanism 61 is connected to the rotating frame 55 and is in transmission connection with the first sliding rail 62 so as to drive the first sliding rail 62 to slide, the sliding block 63 is connected to the first sliding rail 62 in a sliding manner, the fifth driving mechanism 64 is connected to the first sliding rail 62 and is in transmission connection with the sliding block 63 so as to drive the sliding block 63 to slide along the first sliding rail 62, one end of each of the two clamping arms 65 is hinged to the first sliding rail 62, one end of each of the two connecting rods 66 is hinged to the sliding block 62, the other end of each of the two clamping arms 65 is respectively hinged to drive the two clamping arms 65 to clamp the lock rod 13 or release; the first slide rail 62 is arranged vertically, and the second slide rail 67 is arranged horizontally. The sliding block 63 slides to drive the two clamping arms 65 to clamp the lock rod 13, the first sliding rail 62 moves horizontally to push the lock rod 13 from the lock seat support 15 to a position capable of swinging up and down, and the second crank arm 52 rotates to drive the rotating frame 55 to do arc motion to drive the lock rod 13 and the lock shaft 12 to swing up and down, so that the lock shaft 12 is pulled out from the jack to unlock the box door and the box body.

The lock cover opening and closing mechanism 7 comprises a third mounting frame 71, a rotary disc 72, an opening fork 73 and a sixth driving mechanism 74, wherein the third mounting frame 71 is fixedly arranged on the second mounting frame 51, the rotary disc 72 is rotatably connected to the third mounting frame 71, the rotary axis of the rotary disc 72 is superposed with the rotary axis of the lock cover 14, the sixth driving mechanism 74 is fixedly arranged at the eccentric position of the rotary disc 72, the sixth driving mechanism 74 is in transmission connection with the opening fork 73, the tail end of the opening fork 63 is concavely provided with a fork body structure which can be in adaptive fork connection with the lock cover 14, the opening fork 73 is driven by the sixth driving mechanism 74 to move so as to be in fork connection with the lock cover 14, and the lock cover 14 is driven to rotate relative to the support 15 on the box door 11 through the rotation of the rotary disc; furthermore, the locking lid opening and closing mechanism 7 includes a seventh driving mechanism 75, the rotating disk 72 is externally provided with gear teeth to form a gear, the seventh driving mechanism 75 is installed on the third mounting rack 71 and is fixedly provided with a rack, and the rack is engaged with the gear to telescopically drive the rotating disk 72 to rotate through the seventh driving mechanism 75.

The rack mechanism 2 includes a rack 21, a third slide rail 22 capable of sliding on the rack 21 along a transverse direction and a fourth slide rail 23 capable of sliding on the third slide rail 22 along an up-down direction, the first mounting rack 31 is provided with a roller capable of sliding on the fourth slide rail 23 along a longitudinal direction, an eighth driving mechanism 24, a ninth driving mechanism 25 and a tenth driving mechanism 26 are additionally provided, the eighth driving mechanism 24 is installed on the rack 21 and is in transmission connection with the third slide rail 22, the ninth driving mechanism 25 is installed on the third slide rail 22 and is in transmission connection with the fourth slide rail 23, and the tenth driving mechanism 26 is installed on the fourth slide rail 23 and is in transmission connection with the first mounting rack 31. step 15, opening the door, the first driving mechanism 34 drives the first crank arm 33 to rotate so as to drive the rotating beam 35 to move in an arc, thereby driving the door 11 to rotate 135 ° to open.

The door closing method of the automatic door opening and closing device for the container comprises the following steps:

step 24, closing the lock cover, wherein the fourth driving mechanism 61 drives the rotary disc 72 to rotate so as to drive the lock cover 14 to rotate, so that the lock cover 14 is locked on the lock rod 13, and the fifth driving mechanism 64 drives the unlocking fork 73 to reset so as to enable the fork body structure to be separated from the lock cover 14;

step 25, a lock shaft unlocking step, in which the first locking mechanism 4 releases the unlocking of the lock shaft 12;

the eighth driving mechanism 24, the ninth driving mechanism 25 and the tenth driving mechanism 26 are used for controlling the first mounting frame 31 to reset.

The full-automatic opening and closing of the box door is realized, manual opening and closing are replaced, and the full-automatic opening and closing device is high in working efficiency, safe, reliable, practical, simple and low in cost.

According to the requirement, a photoelectric sensor, a PLC and an electromagnetic multi-way reversing valve can be arranged, and the box door can be automatically opened or closed through the cooperation of the photoelectric sensor, the PLC, the electromagnetic multi-way reversing valve and a driving mechanism.

According to the needs, the automatic door opening and closing equipment for the container can be arranged on mobile equipment such as a forklift.
