1. A ramp assembly device, comprising: the device comprises a base, a vertical frame and a product placing frame which is arranged in an inclined mode;

Background

The existing assembly line is mostly horizontally arranged, the horizontally arranged assembly line not only occupies a large ground space and is low in space utilization rate, but also can cause damage to the body of staff due to the fact that the staff need to work by bending over for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the slope assembling device and the assembly line are provided, the transmission of products can be realized, the floor area can be reduced, the three-dimensional space is fully utilized, and staff can stand or sit to work without bending down, so that the slope assembling device is humanized.

The specific technical scheme is as follows:

a ramp assembly device, consisting essentially of: the device comprises a base, a vertical frame and a product placing frame which is arranged in an inclined mode;

the vertical frame is arranged on the base;

the product placing frame comprises a first frame and a second frame, wherein the first frame and the vertical frame are obliquely arranged, the first frame is far away from one end of the base and is close to the vertical frame, the second frame is close to one end of the base and is intersected and connected with the first frame, the other end of the second frame extends outwards, the second frame and the first frame form a support for placing products, and the second frame is further connected with the base.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below by way of embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. The invention discloses a slope assembling device, which comprises: base 1, vertical frame 2 and the product rack 3 of slope setting.

Further, the first frame 31 is provided with a first rolling way 311, the second frame 32 is provided with a second rolling way 321, a rolling way surface of the first rolling way 311 is parallel to a plane where the first frame 31 is located, and the rolling way surface of the first rolling way 311 is intersected with the rolling way surface of the second rolling way 321.

The raceway surface is a surface of the first raceway 311 or the second raceway 321 contacting the product.

Specifically, the first race 311 includes a first roller 3111 and a first mount 3112, with an array of first rollers 3111 disposed in the first mount 3112. The length direction of the first mounting seat 3112 and the array direction of the first rollers 3111 are horizontal directions, and are also the conveying directions of the products. The first frame 31 is provided with a sliding groove 82, the sliding groove 82 is provided in an inclined direction in a longitudinal direction, the first mounting seat 3112 is provided with an adjusting member 81, and the adjusting member 81 extends into the sliding groove 82.

Specifically, the slide grooves 82 are provided on both side frames of the first frame 31 disposed in the oblique direction. The adjusting member 81 can be a bolt, and the bolt stretches into the sliding groove 82, and is loosened to the bolt, and the first mounting seat 3112 can slide along the inclined direction, and after reaching the required height position, the bolt is tightened to fix the first mounting seat 3112, and further sliding is avoided, so that the height of the first rolling way 311 on the first frame 31 can be adjusted. Further, the second rolling path 321 includes a second roller 3211 and a second mounting seat 3212, the second roller 3211 is arranged in an array in the second mounting seat 3212, and the second mounting seat 3212 is fixed to the second frame 32. The product can be positioned by turning the turning limiting block 3221 to extend into the second rolling way 321, and when the product is not limited, the turning limiting block 3221 can be turned to be far away from the second rolling way 321. In the embodiment, the overturning can be manually carried out by a person, so that the overturning is very convenient and fast.

To enable placement of a plurality of products of different widths, the position of third mount 3223 on second mount 3212 is adjustable. The conveying direction of the first and second raceways 311 and 321 is defined as the width direction of the product, and the oblique direction is the length direction of the product. Limiting structures 322 are respectively arranged at two ends of the product, namely, at two points of second mounting seat 3212, and the product is clamped between limiting structures 322 to limit the product, so that the product can be prevented from rolling off from second rolling path 321 and even falling to the ground.

Specifically, the position of the third mounting seat 3223 on the second mounting seat 3212 is adjustable by the limiting structure 322 matching the sliding groove 82 on the second mounting seat 3212 with the adjusting element 81 on the third mounting seat 3223. The invention also discloses a slope assembly line which comprises a plurality of slope assembly device arrays which are arranged and spliced mutually.

Specifically, if a ramp assembly device corresponds to a process of assembling a product, each ramp assembly device has the same shape and structure, the first rolling paths 311 are aligned and joined, and the second rolling paths 321 are aligned and joined, forming a product transport assembly line long enough to satisfy at least one or all of the processes of assembling a product. The slope assembling device can be assembled into various slope assembling lines by splicing the slope assembling devices, and various process requirements of products are met.

The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
