Therefore, it is urgently needed to develop a special color difference adjusting material for concrete, which has the advantages of simple operation, high coating quality, waterproof protection function and beautiful concrete structure.

The color difference adjusting material can form a coating which can achieve a plurality of excellent performances such as water resistance, weather resistance and wear resistance through the combined synergistic effect among the base coating, the middle coating and the top coating, and the base coating, the middle coating and the top coating are formed by the base coating, the middle coating and the top coating, and can be matched with the surface color of the concrete to be treated.

The top coating comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40.35 parts of silicone resin emulsion, 0.5 part of antifreeze, 6 parts of film-forming additive, 0.1 part of multifunctional additive, 0.05 part of base material wetting agent, 0.6 part of thickener, 0.3 part of mildew-proof and algae-proof agent, 0.1 part of defoamer, 2 parts of wax emulsion and 50 parts of water.

Example 4

The embodiment provides a preparation method of the special color difference adjusting material for concrete in the embodiment 1 to 3, which comprises the following steps:

(1) preparation of the primer: see the disclosure in the patent application No. 201710111284.5, which is not repeated herein.

(2) The preparation of the medium coating comprises the steps of weighing the components according to the formula proportion, adding deionized water into a stirring kettle, stirring and dispersing, adding a cellulose thickener, stirring until liquid is thickened, adding a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a base material wetting agent and a mildew-proof and algae-proof agent, stirring until the mixture is uniform, adding a pigment and a filler, highly dispersing until the mixture is uniform and has no particles, adding a pure acrylic emulsion, stirring until the mixture is uniform, adding a film-forming aid and an anti-freezing agent, stirring until the mixture is uniform, then toning by using color paste according to the color contrast of fair-faced concrete (the dosage of the color paste is based on the dosage of the color contrast of the concrete, and filtering and packaging.

(3) Preparing a top coating, weighing the components according to a formula ratio, adding deionized water into a stirring kettle, stirring and dispersing, adding a defoaming agent, a base material wetting agent, a mildew-proof algaecide and a multifunctional auxiliary agent, stirring uniformly, adding a silicone resin emulsion, stirring until the liquid is uniform, adding a film-forming auxiliary agent and an antifreezing agent, stirring uniformly, adding a wax emulsion, stirring uniformly, adding a thickening agent, and stirring uniformly; filtering and packaging to obtain the transparent top coating.

For convenience of description and understanding, the preparation of the primer, the midcoat and the topcoat are separately described, and in practice, the above steps (1), (2) and (3) can also be carried out simultaneously.

Example 5

The construction method of the color difference adjusting material in the concrete surface treatment in the embodiment specifically comprises the following steps:

(1) base surface treatment: cleaning embedded parts, reinforcement heads and the like of a concrete base surface to be treated, and thoroughly removing mortar, oil stains, infirm attachments and the like on the concrete surface by using a proper polishing tool so that the concrete base surface to be treated is smooth and flat;

if the base surface has honeycomb, pitted surface and other defects, the base surface needs to be repaired and then polished to be flat.

(2) Preparing a base coat: and covering the primer on the treated concrete base surface by adopting a brushing or spraying construction mode, and repeatedly brushing or spraying for 2-3 times to improve the penetration depth and the protection effect.

(3) Preparing a middle coating: and (3) covering the intermediate coating on the base coating by adopting the same process as the step (2).

Before the middle coating is sprayed, color comparison and color mixing are needed, and the color difference between the middle coating and the concrete is adjusted by adopting color paste, so that the color of the concrete construction part is consistent with that of the part which is not adjusted, or the whole part construction is carried out.

(4) Preparing a top coating: and (3) covering the surface coating on the intermediate coating by adopting the same process as the step (2), and uniformly coating without missing.

Comparative examples 1 to 3

The color difference adjusting material of the comparative example 1 has basically the same composition and mixture ratio as those of the example 1, and the difference is that: the color difference adjusting material of comparative example 1 included only the primer and the midcoat, and had no topcoat. That is, comparative example 1 forms only the primer layer and the middle coating layer without the top coating layer at the time of concrete surface construction.

The color difference adjusting material of the comparative example 2 has basically the same composition and mixture ratio as those of the example 2, and the difference is that: the silicone resin emulsion in the topcoat of example 2 was replaced with an aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion.

The color difference adjusting material of the comparative example 3 has basically the same composition and mixture ratio as those of the example 3, except that: the silicone resin emulsion in the topcoat material of example 3 was replaced with an aqueous silicone acrylic emulsion.

Example 6 test and results

The color difference adjusting materials in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 are adopted to brush the surface of the concrete test block: the method comprises the steps of repeatedly coating or spraying the concrete test block with a primer for 2-3 times to form a primer, performing intermediate coating construction in a roll coating or spraying construction mode after the base surface is completely dried for 12 hours to form an intermediate coating, and performing surface coating construction in a roll coating mode after the base surface is dried for 12 hours to form a surface coating, so as to ensure that the coating is free of coating leakage.

And (3) carrying out performance detection on the concrete test block subjected to brushing treatment, wherein detection items and results are shown in table 1, and detection methods are carried out according to national standards in table 1.

The results in Table 1 show that the properties of examples 1 to 3 are the most excellent, and the comparative analysis of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 shows that the coating using the silicone resin emulsion instead of other emulsions has better resistance to washing, water impermeability, weathering and permeability, and better protective effect.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the chromatic aberration adjusting material can directly use common concrete as a processing base material, and the obtained coating has the effects of waterproof protection and chromatic aberration modification. The coating is carried out on the surface of the bare concrete building, the concrete is protected from being damaged by neutralization, the durability is improved, the appearance of the surface of the concrete is repaired, and the attractiveness of the design requirement is achieved.

2. The intermediate coating in the chromatic aberration adjusting material adopts alkali-resistant pure acrylic emulsion, is alkali-resistant colorable coating, is concrete chromatic aberration adjusting coating, has excellent alkali resistance on the premise of approaching the appearance color effect of required fair-faced concrete, can seal the alkali for various concrete base plane substrates to prevent water dissolution and consequent peeling, has strong permeability, excellent waterproofness, excellent adhesive force, coating compactness, alkali resistance, carbonization resistance and cement degradation resistance, can resist the alkali corrosion of a sealing substrate, prevent water from permeating into the concrete, and has mildew-proof and algae-resistant capabilities.

3. The surface coating in the chromatic aberration adjusting material is a concrete protective transparent coating, the service life of the composite coating can be prolonged, and the surface coating adopts the silicone resin emulsion as the raw material, so that the chromatic aberration adjusting material has better weather resistance compared with the traditional fluorocarbon emulsion and silicone acrylic emulsion, and can prevent the phenomena of degradation, yellowing, aging, chromatic aberration and uneven gloss under ultraviolet rays. The coating has excellent corrosion resistance, stain resistance, chemical stability, salt mist resistance and atmospheric corrosion resistance, maintains the natural texture and texture of the composite coating, and prolongs the service life of the whole coating.

4. The invention adopts the water-based permeable crystallization type waterproof material as the primer to be matched with the middle coating and the top coating for use, the primer permeable crystallization and the concrete base surface form a whole, the dense concrete improves the waterproof performance of the whole coating, improves the adhesive force with the middle coating and prolongs the service life of the whole coating.

5. The chromatic aberration adjusting material is simple to prepare, easy to obtain raw materials, capable of being widely produced and applied, free of large-scale machining, high in production efficiency, low in investment, convenient to construct, green, environment-friendly and pollution-free, and greatly reduces labor cost.
