s1: (unpowered quantitative slurry weighing) firstly, connecting a U-shaped conduit 6 between a feeding tank 3 and a transition tank 7 according to the principle of a communicating vessel, and conveying the same slurry raw materials with the same density into the feeding tank 3 and the transition tank 7 through the conduction of the U-shaped conduit 6, so that the liquid level heights of the feeding tank 3 and the transition tank 7 are the same, the slurry can be conveyed into the transition tank 7 by the feeding tank 3 in a unpowered manner, the liquid level in the feeding tank 3 is controlled through a ball float valve 5, the amount of the slurry in the transition tank 7 is indirectly controlled, and the quantitative slurry raw material weighing work is completed;

s2: (slurry casting and spreading) pushing a piston 10 to press down the raw material in a transition tank 7 so that the quantitatively weighed slurry raw material quickly enters a casting and spreading structure, the slurry enters a dispersion tank 15 through a discharge pipe 14 and then drives a rotating shaft 17 to rotate through a motor 18, and the first spiral plate 19 and the second spiral plate 20 have opposite rotating directions, so that the slurry can be dispersed from the middle part to two sides of a dispersion pipe 15, and then enters a casting tank 12 from a rectangular dispersion port 16 after being spread, the slurry can flow along the casting tank 12 under the action of gravity, and the slurry is cast into thin liquid so as to remove impurities;

s3: (sizing agent quality arrangement) the impurity removal structure arranged on the casting groove 12 is used for improving the sizing agent quality, and comprises a developing structure and an extraction structure, wherein the developing structure utilizes an infrared thermal imaging technology, bar-shaped scanning is carried out along flowing sizing agent, impurities can be found through an infrared imaging machine 21, infrared thermal radiation is converted into corresponding electric signals, then, video images which can be observed by naked eyes are formed through amplification and video processing, signals are transmitted into a signal processor, further, a working instruction is sent to the extraction structure, after the extraction structure receives a positioning signal, the sizing agent containing the impurities is extracted through a suction pipe 24, and finally, the sizing agent is conveyed into a recovery groove 25, so that the automatic removal of the impurities is completed;

s4: (slurry replenishing and converging) pure raw materials are replenished by using a replenishing structure, the ratio of nutrients is kept correct, a replenishing cylinder 26 with the same volume as that of a suction pipe 24 is used for extracting prefabricated pure slurry raw materials from a storage tank 29, the raw materials in the replenishing cylinder 26 are sent into a casting tank 12 through a push rod 27, and finally, a certain amount of slurry raw materials are gathered through a collecting pipe 13 and then are added into production equipment of beauty products.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, according to the principle of a communicating vessel, a U-shaped conduit 6 is connected between a feeding tank 3 and a transition tank 7, the feeding tank 3 and the transition tank 7 are filled with the same kind of slurry raw materials with the same density, so that although the tank body sizes of the feeding tank 3 and the transition tank 7 are different, the liquid levels of the feeding tank 3 and the transition tank 7 are the same when the U-shaped conduit 6 is communicated, therefore, the feeding tank 3 with the large size can be used for unpowered conveying the slurry into the transition tank 7, a feeding pipe 4 can be used for conveying the raw materials into the feeding tank 3, liquid level control is carried out through a ball float valve 5, the amount of the slurry in the transition tank 7 is indirectly controlled, the transition tank 7 adopts a cylindrical tank with a fixed cross section, therefore, the slurry raw materials can be quantitatively weighed through determining the height, the first electromagnetic valve 8 and the second electromagnetic valve 9 are used for controlling the communication state of the U-shaped conduit 6 at two ends, and the transition tank 7 is ensured to be capable of continuously conveying the slurry raw materials in and out, because general serous fluid raw materials have certain viscosity and are not completely liquid, when the second electromagnetic valve 9 is closed, the raw materials in the transition tank 7 are required to be pressed downwards by the material pushing piston 10, so that the quantitatively weighed serous fluid raw materials quickly enter the casting spreading structure, after the serous fluid enters the dispersion tank 15 through the discharge pipe 14, the rotating shaft 17 is driven to rotate through the motor 18, because the rotating directions of the first spiral piece 19 and the second spiral piece 20 are opposite, the serous fluid can be dispersed from the middle part of the dispersion pipe 15 to two sides, after the spreading is finished, the serous fluid enters the casting tank 12 from the rectangular dispersion port 16, the serous fluid can flow along the casting tank 12 under the action of gravity to form thin-layer liquid for removing impurities, and finally, after the thin-layer liquid fluid is converged through the collecting pipe 13, the serous fluid raw materials are added into production equipment of a beauty product, the impurity removing structure arranged on the casting groove 12 comprises a developing structure and an extracting structure, the main structure of the developing structure is an infrared imager 21 which mainly utilizes an infrared thermal imaging technology to carry out strip scanning along flowing slurry, because the thermal radiation of normal raw materials and impurities in the slurry in the environment is different, the impurities can be found by the infrared imager 21, the infrared thermal radiation is converted into corresponding electric signals, then the corresponding electric signals are amplified and processed by video to form video images which can be observed by naked eyes, the signals are transmitted to a signal processor, further, a working instruction is sent to the extracting structure, after the extracting structure receives a positioning signal, the telescopic arm 23 can be driven by an electric guide rail 22 to move to the position of the impurities, the slurry containing the impurities is extracted by a suction pipe 24 and finally conveyed to a recovery groove 25, and the automatic removal of the impurities is completed, compared with the human eye and a common filtering device, the device can find tiny impurities, effectively improve the quality of raw materials and produce high-quality beauty nutriment, because the extracting structure also brings out a part of the slurry raw materials in the process of removing the impurities, the raw materials are insufficient at the moment, the supplementing structure is used for supplementing pure raw materials, the proportion of the nutriment is kept correct, and in use, because the volumes of the supplementing cylinder 26 and the suction pipe 24 are the same, the prepared pure slurry raw materials are extracted from the storage tank 29 through the supplementing cylinder 26, and the raw materials in the supplementing cylinder 26 are sent into the casting tank 12 through the push rod 27.
