Background

The roll collar is the core component of roll box, and it has very important effect to the quality of stick wire rod, and the taper sleeve is then used for locking the roll collar, and the roll collar tight sleeve is outside the taper sleeve, and the taper sleeve tight sleeve is outside the roller to the roller can drive the roll collar and rotate, in order to realize the rolling of stick wire rod.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a taper sleeve with high hardness, long service life and low cost and a roller box comprising the same.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a drogue, comprising:

the first sleeve body is made of stainless steel and used for assembling the roller ring, and the first sleeve body is provided with a nitriding layer positioned on the outer side surface of the first sleeve body;

the second sleeve body is coaxial with the first sleeve body, one end of the second sleeve body is connected with one end of the first sleeve body through friction welding, and the second sleeve body is made of medium carbon steel.

In some embodiments of the present application, an inner diameter of the first sleeve body decreases gradually from an end of the first sleeve body, which is away from the second sleeve body, toward the second sleeve body, so that a conical surface section is formed on an inner side surface of the first sleeve body.

In some embodiments of the present application, the inner side surface of the second sleeve body has a plurality of inner protrusions, and the inner protrusions are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the second sleeve body.

In some embodiments of the present application, the inner lugs are provided in two, which are symmetrically disposed about a centerline of the second sleeve body.

In some embodiments of the present application, the inner protrusion extends from an end of the second sleeve body away from the first sleeve body in a direction approaching the first sleeve body.

The invention also provides a roller box, which has the advantages of high production efficiency, low maintenance cost, good economic benefit and the like due to the adoption of the taper sleeve.

Based on the structure, the first sleeve body 1 for assembling the roll collar is made of stainless steel with higher hardness and has a nitriding layer with excellent wear resistance, so that the wear caused by frequent replacement of the roll collar can be resisted, the interference magnitude required by assembling the roll collar can be effectively ensured, the loss of the taper sleeve can be reduced, and the service life of the taper sleeve can be prolonged; meanwhile, the second sleeve body 2 is not directly assembled with the roll collar, so that the use requirement can be met by adopting medium carbon steel with lower cost, the production cost of the taper sleeve can be further reduced, and the economic benefit of the taper sleeve is improved; based on the two aspects, the taper sleeve provided by the invention can reduce the operation cost of enterprises and improve the production efficiency of rods and wires.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the inner diameter of the first sleeve body 1 gradually decreases from the end of the first sleeve body 1 away from the second sleeve body 2 along the direction approaching the second sleeve body 2, so that a tapered section 11 is formed on the inner side surface of the first sleeve body 1 to ensure that the roller shaft and the tapered sleeve can be tightly fitted when the roller shaft penetrates into the tapered sleeve.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in this embodiment, the inner side surface of the second sleeve body 2 has an inner protrusion 21 extending from one end of the second sleeve body 2 away from the first sleeve body 1 in a direction approaching the first sleeve body 1, and the inner protrusion is used for connecting a hydraulic mechanism when replacing the roller ring, so as to implement a plugging operation. Furthermore, the inner protrusions 21 are provided in a plurality and uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the second sleeve body 2, so that the taper sleeve is ensured to have better dynamic balance when rotating. Preferably, the two inner protrusions 21 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center line of the second sleeve body 2.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in this embodiment, the outer side surface of the second sleeve body 2 has an outer protrusion 22, and the outer protrusion 22 is disposed at an end of the second sleeve body 2 away from the first sleeve body 1, so that when the taper sleeve is installed on the roller box, the outer protrusion 22 can cooperate with the inner wall stepped structure of the protective cover of the roller box to improve the safety of the roller box. Further, like the inner protrusions 21, the outer protrusions 22 are provided in a plurality and uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the second sleeve body 2, so as to ensure that the taper sleeve has better dynamic balance when rotating. Preferably, the outer protrusions 22 are four, and are disposed opposite to each other, and two of the outer protrusions 22 are disposed opposite to two of the inner protrusions 21, respectively.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the first sleeve body 1 is preferably made of 630 stainless steel with high hardness, high strength and good corrosion resistance; the second sleeve body 2 is preferably made of 42CrMo steel with high strength, good toughness and lower price than 630 stainless steel.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the thickness T of the nitriding layer is greater than or equal to 0.03mm, so as to ensure a better wear-resistant effect.

In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides the roller box, which adopts the taper sleeve and has the advantages of high production efficiency, low maintenance cost, good economic benefit and the like.
