Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a technical solution: a multi-raw material loading and transferring process for processing health care products specifically comprises the following steps:

step one, feeding: firstly, the vehicle body 2 is sequentially pulled to the lower part of a feeding device for various raw materials, and is made to slide on a positioning rail 6 below the feeding device, then the storage tank 4 on the mounting mechanism 1 is erected, the top end of the storage tank is connected with a discharge port of the feeding device, a discharge valve at the bottom of the feeding device is opened to enable the raw materials to enter the storage tank 4 for storage, after the storage tank is filled with the raw materials, the materials are cut off, then the storage tank 4 is laid flat, and the vehicle body 2 is pulled away.

Step two, transferring and stirring: in-process that the regional compounding processing equipment was transported with the raw materials to pulling automobile body 2, the removal of automobile body 2 drives the operation of drive mechanism 3, indirectly drives storage tank 4 and rotates, and rabbling mechanism 5 in it can stir the raw materials by oneself this moment, keeps the raw materials not to condense.

After the storage tank 4 is erected, the positioning grooves 115 on the two sides of the front side of the storage tank 4 move to the positioning steel balls 116, the positioning steel balls 116 are clamped into the positioning grooves 115 under the thrust of the springs 114 to give out crisp collision sound, and then the manual bolt 112 is screwed down to press the rubber pressing plate 113 on the surface of the storage tank 4, so that the storage tank 4 can be fixed.

Please refer to fig. 3 and 5-6, the vehicle body 2 includes a flat plate 21 and a handrail 22 fixedly connected to the top rear side of the flat plate 21, a transmission shaft 23 is rotatably connected to the front side of the bottom of the flat plate 21, two ends of the transmission shaft 23 are fixedly connected with directional wheels 24, the left side and the right side of the bottom rear side of the flat plate 21 are rotatably connected with steering wheels 25, a mounting box 7 is fixedly connected to the top of the flat plate 21 and located on the inner side of the rotating seat 11, a sponge block 8 is fixedly connected to the top of the mounting box 7, a bottom recess 411 of the storage tank 4 is pressed on the top of the sponge block 8 when the storage tank 4 is erected, the sponge block 8 can apply pressure and friction to the recess 411, and the storage.

The transmission mechanism 3 comprises three groups of mounting plates 31 penetrating through the flat plate 21, wherein each group of mounting plates 31 is provided with two, the front group of mounting plates 31 is sleeved outside the transmission shaft 23, the connecting shaft 32 is rotatably connected between the rear two groups of mounting plates 31 and positioned below the flat plate 21, the surfaces of the connecting shaft 32 and the transmission shaft 23 and positioned on the inner sides of the mounting plates 31 are fixedly connected with a first gear 33, a second gear 34 meshed with the first gear 33 is rotatably connected between the three groups of mounting plates 31 and positioned on the top of the first gear 33, the middle of the surface of the storage tank 4 is fixedly sleeved with a rubber sleeve 35, the rubber sleeve 35 is pressed on the top of the second gear 34 when the storage tank 4 is horizontally placed, the surfaces of the connecting shaft 32 and the transmission shaft 23 and positioned on the right side of the mounting plates 31 are fixedly connected with synchronizing wheels 36, the three synchronizing wheels 36 are in transmission connection through a synchronous belt 37, the storage tank, can remain the rotation performance of storage tank 4 self when stable installation, and utilize drive mechanism 3 to further be connected storage tank 4 and automobile body 2's transmission shaft 23, move the in-process of transporting at the pulling device, can drive storage tank 4 in step and rotate, utilize rabbling mechanism 5 in it to stir the raw materials by oneself, it does not condense to keep the raw materials, and need not to set up in addition electrical equipment, make the device need not to load heavy electrical apparatus, also need not regularly to charge and maintain, the cost is reduced, it is more convenient to use, and can guarantee the quality of raw materials.

In the transfer process, the directional wheel 24 of the vehicle body 2 drives the transmission shaft 23 to rotate, so that the first gear 33 and the synchronizing wheel 36 on the front side rotate, the synchronous belt 37 is used for synchronously rotating the two synchronizing wheels 36 on the rear side, the connecting shaft 32 is used for driving the two first gears 33 on the rear side to rotate, the second gear 34 is used for pushing the rubber sleeve 35 on the surface of the storage tank 4 to rotate, and the storage tank 4 is indirectly driven to rotate.

During feeding, the vehicle body 2 is sequentially pulled to the lower part of feeding equipment of various raw materials and is made to slide on a positioning rail 6 below the feeding equipment, then the storage tank 4 on the mounting mechanism 1 is erected and fixed well, the first sealing cover 47 and the second sealing cover 49 are unscrewed, the connecting hose 46 is connected with a discharge port of the feeding equipment, a discharge valve at the bottom of the feeding equipment and a valve 45 on the connecting hose 46 are opened, the raw materials enter the storage tank 4 for storage, after the filling, the two valves are sequentially closed from top to bottom to disconnect the feeding, then the first sealing cover 47 and the second sealing cover 49 are tightly covered, the storage tank 4 is loosened to be laid flat, then the vehicle body 2 is pulled to the next feeding equipment to continue feeding, and the vehicle body is pulled to the mixing processing equipment after all the feeding is finished.

During blanking, the storage tank 4 is erected again, the first sealing cover 47 and the second sealing cover 49 are unscrewed, the connecting hose 46 is connected with a feeding port of the material mixing processing equipment through a pipeline, the air inlet pipe 48 and the air outlet pipe 48 of the storage tank 4 are connected with an air pump through a pipeline, the valve 45 is opened, pressurized air is injected into the storage tank 4, raw materials are extruded from the storage tank 4 and are discharged into the material mixing processing equipment through the pipeline, and the operation is repeated until the materials in the storage tanks 4 are all discharged.

The stirring mechanism 5 comprises a fixed stirring rod 51 fixedly connected to the outside of the feeding and discharging pipe 44, two ends and the middle of the surface of the feeding and discharging pipe 44 are rotatably sleeved with rotating rings 52, the top of each rotating ring 52 is fixedly connected with a brush holder 53, the top of each brush holder 53 is fixedly connected with silica gel bristles 54, the bottom of each rotating ring 52 is fixedly connected with a stirring frame 55, the bottom of each stirring frame 55 is fixedly connected with a counterweight ball 56, the fixed stirring rod 51 is positioned on the inner sides of the brush holders 53 and the stirring frames 55, the surface of the feeding and discharging pipe 44 is fixedly connected with a limiting baffle 57 on one side of the rotating ring 52, the stirring mechanism 5 is divided into two groups which are fixed and movable, the fixed stirring rod 51 fixedly connected with the feeding and discharging pipe 44 in the storage tank 4 can rotate along with the fixed stirring rod, so as to push the movement of raw materials in the fixed stirring rod, the structures of the brush holders 53, the stirring frames 55 and the like which are, both cooperate for traditional dynamic stirring, can realize better stirring effect, and the silica gel brush hair 54 on it is cooperated to static brush holder 53 simultaneously, can clear up its inner wall at storage tank 4 pivoted in-process, avoids having the granule to adhere to the inner wall and condenses, and the later stage is also convenient to be washd.

Storage tank 4 rotates in-process inside business turn over material pipe 44 synchronous rotation at the rotation, and then drives its surperficial fixed puddler 51 and rotate together, stirs the raw materials, promotes the removal of raw materials, and brush holder 53 and puddler 55 receive the influence of counter weight ball 56 gravity and resistance, remain slightly deflection state or shake the state throughout, and crisscross completion is to the deep stirring of raw materials with fixed puddler 51.

During subsequent cleaning, water is injected into the material storage tank 4 through the connecting hose 46 or the air inlet and outlet pipe 48, the device is pulled to move, the material storage tank 4 can rotate, the water can fully permeate the inner surface of the material storage tank, meanwhile, the silica gel bristles 54 on the bristle frame 53 can scrub the inner wall of the material storage tank 4, and finally, sewage is discharged.

Referring to fig. 11-13, the positioning rail 6 includes a left rail 61 and a right rail 62, the left rail 61 and the right rail 62 are fixedly connected by a connecting frame 614, and the front and rear ends of the left rail 61 and the right rail 62 are provided with guide portions 63 that are outwardly extended.

1) The front side and the rear side of one opposite side of the left rail 61 and the right rail 62 are fixedly connected with bolt installation seats a 64; such a positioning rail 6 can directly fix the bolt mount a64 with the ground by bolts.

The positioning track 6 is divided into two types, one type is a form fixedly installed on the ground, the structure is relatively simple, but the space of the ground can be occupied, the device is suitable for an area without too many employees and equipment passing, the second structure is slightly complex, but the device can be erected when the device is not used, the space of the ground is not occupied, the device is suitable for an area with frequent passing of the employees and the equipment, the two types of positioning tracks 6 can meet different use requirements, the positioning track 6 is arranged below the filling device, the accurate positioning of the conveying device is facilitated, and the filling is convenient and accurate.
