The aerobic fermentation is needed to produce and process organic fertilizer by utilizing organic materials such as industrial and agricultural organic wastes, and the bag type fermentation technology is gradually popularized and used due to the characteristics of relatively low project investment cost and high fermentation efficiency.

In the bag fermentation, organic materials with the adjusted water content and carbon-nitrogen ratio are required to be filled into a fermentation bag and placed for fermentation, and in order to solve the problem of efficient and low-cost organic material bagging, the inventor applies for an invention patent of an organic material bag fermentation mobile automatic bagging machine (application number: 201810001770.6) in 1 month and 2 days in 2018 and an invention patent of a fermentation material mobile bagging machine and a bagging method thereof (application number: 201910969588.4) in 9 months and 5 days in 2019. The two patents of the invention have better application effect in production, greatly improve the efficiency of manual bagging operation and greatly reduce the production cost, but have some defects, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: firstly, the movement of the bagging machine in the operation process is not flexible enough, the operation across the workshop needs to be dragged by other power vehicles, the equipment moves in a large range, and certain difficulty and potential safety hazard exist in power supply; secondly, the bagging machine needs to supply materials by other equipment or vehicles, such as a forklift or a modified self-discharging transport vehicle, and one bagging machine needs to be matched with a plurality of other equipment or vehicles for feeding materials, so that the equipment investment and the production cost are high.

Therefore, the bag-type fermentation production process of the organic materials has the advantages of high operation efficiency, low investment and low production cost, and is necessary to develop equipment or vehicles which do not need to be supplied by other equipment and can integrate organic material transportation and movable bagging.

Disclosure of Invention

referring to fig. 5, the fermentation material transferring, moving and bagging integrated vehicle according to the third embodiment of the present invention is similar to the first embodiment, and the differences are only that:

in order to facilitate the transportation of the fermented materials by the movable transporting and bagging integrated vehicle, the fermented materials can be rapidly discharged from the loading and unloading carriage 2, a rear edge plate automatic opening and closing mechanism 6 is installed on the rear edge plate 224 of the carriage edge plate 22, the rear edge plate 224 is opened upwards through the rear edge plate automatic opening and closing mechanism 6 before unloading, and then the bottom carriage conveyor 21 is started to rapidly convey the fermented materials.

The bagging conveyor 32 is a flight conveyor.

The use method of the fermentation material transferring, moving and bagging integrated vehicle comprises the following steps:

s1: loading by an integrated vehicle: the fermented material transferring, moving and bagging integrated vehicle is driven to a specified loading point, and the fermented material is loaded into the loading and unloading carriage 2 through a forklift, a belt conveyor or a high-level feeding hopper;

s2: transferring fermented materials: the fermented material transferring and moving bagging integrated vehicle finishes the loading of the fermented materials, runs to a bagging point of a bag type fermentation site, and backs up to enable the rear end of the loading and unloading carriage 2 and the bagging device 3 to face a bagging operation surface;

s3: feeding in a carriage: starting the compartment bottom conveyor 21 of the loading and unloading compartment 2, wherein the compartment bottom conveyor 21 conveys the fermented materials to the rear end of the loading and unloading compartment 2 into the transverse distribution conveyor 31 of the bagging device 3;

s4: transversely distributing materials: starting the transverse distribution conveyor 31 of the bagging device 3, wherein the transverse distribution conveyor 31 transversely conveys the fermented materials to a transverse distribution port 311 and discharges the fermented materials into the bagging conveyor 32 below;

s5: bagging and feeding: starting the bagging conveyor 32 of the bagging device 3, wherein the bagging conveyor 32 conveys the fermentation materials forwards, and the fermentation materials are loaded into the fermentation bags placed below through a bagging conveying discharge hole 321 of the bagging conveyor;

s2: transferring fermented materials: the fermented material transferring, moving and bagging integrated vehicle finishes loading of the fermented pig manure materials, runs to a bagging point of a bag type fermentation site, and backs up to enable the rear end of the loading and unloading carriage 2 and the bagging device 3 to face a bagging operation surface;

s3: feeding in a carriage: starting the carriage bottom conveyor 21 of the loading and unloading carriage 2, wherein the carriage bottom conveyor 21 conveys the pig manure fermented materials to the rear end of the loading and unloading carriage 2 into the transverse distribution conveyor 31 of the bagging device 3;

s4: transversely distributing materials: starting the transverse distribution conveyor 31 of the bagging device 3, wherein the transverse distribution conveyor 31 transversely conveys the pig manure fermented materials to a transverse distribution port 311 and discharges the materials into the bagging conveyor 32 below;

s5: bagging and feeding: starting the bagging conveyor 32 of the bagging device 3, wherein the bagging conveyor 32 conveys the pig manure fermentation material forwards, and the pig manure fermentation material is loaded into a fermentation bag arranged below through a bagging conveying discharge hole 321 of the bagging conveyor;

s6: moving and bagging: the bagging conveyor 32 is rotated left and right, each time bagging of a fermentation bag is finished, the output end of the bagging conveyor 32 rotates left or right for a distance of one fermentation bag diameter, so that each bagging conveyor 32 performs bagging of 9 transverse bags and a half row of fermentation bags one by one, after two bagging conveyors 32 finish bagging of 18 transverse bags and a whole row of fermentation bags together, the automobile chassis 1 moves a distance of one fermentation bag diameter to the front of the automobile, the bagging conveyor 32 performs bagging of 18 longitudinal fermentation bags one by one, so that repeated circulation in a transverse-longitudinal-transverse-longitudinal mode is realized to realize movable bagging operation of pig manure fermentation materials in rows and columns, after bagging operation of pig manure fermentation materials of a car is finished, the car bottom conveyor 2, the transverse material distribution conveyor 31 and the bagging conveyor 32 are respectively stopped, the fermentation materials are transferred to move a bagging integrated car to travel to a loading point again, the integrated operation of transferring, moving and bagging the pig manure fermentation materials of the fermentation material transferring, moving and bagging integrated vehicle is realized by the following circulating operation.

In another embodiment of the method for using the fermentation material transferring, moving and bagging integrated vehicle, the specific steps are similar to those of the above embodiment, and the differences are only that:
