The mesosulfuron-methyl is a systemic selective stem leaf herbicide for preventing and killing gramineous weeds and part of broad leaf weeds in wheat fields after seedlings are planted, has a wide application period, and can prevent and kill most annual gramineous weeds and part of broad leaf weeds in wheat fields such as hardwood, bluegrass, soda grass, club grass, alopecurus, beckmelon, syziaceae, horsfiella syzizyphne, lolium multiflorum, wild oats, comfrey, caraway, shepherd's purse and the like.

The flucarbazone-sodium is a sulfonylurea systemic conduction selective herbicide, is suitable for spray treatment of stems and leaves after seedling in spring wheat fields and winter wheat fields, can be absorbed by roots and stems and leaves of weeds, and can prevent and kill off annual gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds such as wild oats, brome, green bristlegrass, alopecurus, and the like.

The wettable powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-20% of pyroxsulam, 1-10% of mesosulfuron, 1-30% of flucarbazone, 1-10% of wetting agent, 1-20% of dispersing agent, 0-5% of penetrating agent and the balance of filler.

The weeding composition is used for preventing and removing weeds in wheat fields. Preferably said weeds are annual weeds. Preferred weeds are: wild oat, alopecurus, brome, green bristlegrass herb and monochoria vaginalis.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Example 1: indoor determination of compound of pyroxsulam, mesosulfuron and flucarbazone on physalis alkekengi

The tested weeds: mature seeds are collected in the field of the alopecurus, cultured in a laboratory, desensitized and stored.

Reagent to be tested: pyribenzoxim, mesosulfuron and flucarbazone; is commercially available.

The test method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing the test medicament, and dissolving a small amount of acetone to prepare high-concentration mother liquor.
