Background

The organic waste gas is waste gas generated in industrial production, generally has the characteristics of flammability, explosiveness, toxicity, harmfulness, insolubility in water, solubility in organic solvents, high treatment difficulty and the like, can cause great damage to air and natural environment when being randomly discharged into the environment, and can be discharged after strict waste gas purification treatment. The existing waste gas purification method generally comprises an activated carbon adsorption method, a spray tower purification method, a combustion method, a catalytic reaction method and the like, wherein the activated carbon adsorption method is convenient to operate and relatively low in cost, so that the method is generally applied. There are the following problems:

(1) the existing activated carbon adsorption method generally leads organic waste gas into a filter cylinder filled with activated carbon, but the mode has the disadvantages of low waste gas purification efficiency and troublesome replacement of an activated carbon layer, thereby bringing great inconvenience to operators;

(2) waste gas system and production can not be synchronous, cause waste: the traditional waste gas system is designed according to the maximum capacity, so that the maximum capacity production can be rarely kept by a user in the production process of one year in practice, if the maximum capacity production is not kept, the total fan of the waste gas system does not need to be operated at the maximum power in practice, the energy consumption of the waste gas system in unit time is high, and the cost waste is serious;

(3) there is no means for monitoring and maintaining components in the exhaust system, and it is impossible to monitor the real-time status and working effect of the equipment and to determine when to update the equipment.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides intelligent waste gas treatment equipment which comprises a fan, a treatment box, a gas inlet and a gas outlet; the air inlet and the air outlet are respectively arranged at two sides of the treatment box, and the fan is arranged at one side of the air outlet; the treatment incasement portion is provided with leading filter and active carbon and fills the case, leading filter sets up between air inlet and the active carbon fills the case.

As a preferred technical scheme, a spraying system is arranged in the treatment box and comprises a temperature sensor and a water spraying pipe. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature in the treatment box in real time, if the temperature exceeds a set value, an alarm is started through a program in the control cabinet, when the alarm reaches a set time, the equipment does not stop working or the temperature reaches a set high point, and then the spraying fire extinguishing is started.

As a preferred technical scheme, a pressure monitoring device is arranged in the treatment box and arranged on two sides of the pre-filter.
