processing the rear end of a flat wire product: the feeding mechanism of the universal spring machine conveys the flat wire raw material forwards, the control panel 4 controls the servo mechanism 3 provided with the forming seat 8 and the forming head 9 to act and move in the guide rail 2, the front end of the flat wire raw material is fixed by the matching of the forming seat 8 and the forming head 9, and the control panel 4 controls the mandrel 5 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the front end of the flat wire raw material is twisted and formed; the feeding mechanism of the universal spring machine conveys the flat wire raw material forwards, the control panel 4 controls the servo mechanism 3 provided with the guide block 10 to act and move in the guide rail 2, and the guide block 10 guides the flat wire raw material to move to the blanking block 12; the feeding component controls the flat wire raw material to move to a specified length, then the feeding is stopped, the control panel 4 controls the servo mechanism 3 provided with the forming seat 8 and the forming head 9 to act, the flat wire raw material moves in the guide rail 2, the forming seat 8 and the forming head 9 are matched to fix the rear end of the flat wire raw material, and the control panel 4 controls the mandrel 5 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the rear end of the flat wire raw material is twisted and formed; the control panel 4 controls the other pair of servo mechanisms 3 provided with the opposite punching slide block 11 to act, the opposite punching slide block 11 moves in the guide rail 2 and acts on the punching fixing block 701, so that the punching column 702 moves upwards under the guidance of the punching guide rod 703 and the punching limiting rod 704, and the punching column 702 punches the rear end of the flat wire raw material along the punching through hole 504; the control panel 4 controls the servo mechanism 3 provided with the counter slide block 11 to act, moves in the guide rail 2, and the counter slide block 11 acts on the arc fixing block 601, so that the arc cutting block 602 moves downwards under the guidance of the arc guide rod 603 and the arc limiting rod 604, the arc cutting block 602 punches the rear end of the flat wire raw material along the arc cutting hole 503, the rear end of the flat wire raw material is punched into a semicircle, and the flat wire raw material is cut; the flat wire raw material is continuously conveyed, so that the flat wire product falls along the falling block 12 and the guide cotton rail 1201 and falls into the collection box.
