6. A periodic feeding device of cardboard according to claim 1, characterized in that the pusher wheel is connected with the moving plate by a fixed shaft.

When the automatic equipment cuts the paper boards, the single paper boards are generally operated one by one according to rated frequency, but due to the shape characteristics of the paper boards, a plurality of paper boards serving as a feeding end are not laid out in a straight shape and enter the automatic equipment at the same intervals, so that the occupied plane area is too large. For space saving purposes, the boards at the feed end are generally stacked one on top of the other. The vertical projections of all the paper boards are overlapped, the automatic equipment needs to enable the paper boards to be arranged on the same horizontal line one by one, and a rated gap is guaranteed between the paper boards so as to prevent the interference of the adjacent paper boards when one paper board is operated.

The invention realizes the following beneficial effects:

The material pushing wheels 6 are linearly arrayed along the width direction of the moving plate 5, and the plurality of material pushing wheels 6 rotate together to ensure that the paper board can be driven to move.

The moving plate 5 is provided with a protection frame 8 corresponding to the material pushing wheel 6, wherein the protection frame 8 limits the rotation direction of the material pushing wheel 6 on one hand, and prevents accidental injury caused by contact of workers in the rotation process of the idler wheel 7 on the other hand.

The material pushing wheel 6 is connected with the moving plate 5 through a fixed shaft 9.

The working principle is as follows: the working personnel stack the paperboards to be processed on the lifting platform 2, the external controller adjusts the ascending height of the lifting platform 2 every time, only one paperboard can be moved out from the accommodating groove on the baffle plate 3 under the driving of the material pushing wheel 6 every time, the linear module 4 drives the movable plate 5 to move up and down, the distance between the material pushing wheel 6 and the paperboard is adjusted according to different thicknesses of the paperboards, the fact that the material pushing wheel 6 can push the paperboard to move forwards through rotation is ensured, the motor 10 rotates in a rotating shaft, the idler wheel 7 is driven to rotate, the idler wheel 7 is matched with the material pushing wheel 6, the material pushing wheel 6 is driven to rotate simultaneously when the idler wheel 7 rotates, the paperboards are enabled to move forwards through the friction force between the material pushing wheel 6 and the paperboards, and when one paperboard is pushed out, the lifting platform 2 automatically moves upwards, the second paperboard is moved to the feeding position, and the one-by-one feeding of the paperboards is achieved.
