Detailed Description

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the implementations of the present invention, and not all implementations, and all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without any inventive work are within the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an installation method of a reversible ring-type material distributor is provided, the ring-type material distributor is installed on a silo 11, the silo 11 is provided with an inner ring discharge chute 10 and an outer ring discharge chute 13, the ring-type material distributor is installed on the silo 11, the reversible ring-type material distributor comprises a current collector device 1, a slewing bearing device 2, a steel rail 3, a cart walking device 4, a frame 5, a pin gear ring 6, a pin gear transmission device 7, a belt conveyor 8 and a sealing device 9, the belt conveyor 8 can convey materials into the silo through the inner ring discharge chute 10 or the outer ring discharge chute 13 by positive rotation or reverse rotation, and the reversible ring-type material distributor is specifically installed as follows:

step one, pre-installing a current collector device and a rotary support device;

the collector device 1 comprises a collector 15, a collector transmission shaft 16 and a collector base 14, and the rotary support device 2 comprises a rotary support base plate 17, a rotary center bracket 18, a rotary bearing 19 and a rotary support assembly 20;

firstly, a current collector 15, a current collector transmission shaft 16 and a current collector base 14 are hoisted into an installation position to be in place, the installation position is the position in a silo central cylinder 12, then a slewing bearing base plate 17 is installed, before a slewing support base plate 17 is dismounted, a slewing center support 18 uses the inner side surface of a slewing bearing 19 as reference, a sharp-weight plumb line method is used for checking whether a central column of the slewing support base plate 17 is superposed with the center of the slewing bearing, and a simple jack is used for moving the central column to the central position; then 4 or more positioning points are uniformly formed on the rotary supporting base plate 17 along the edge of the rotary central bracket 18.

The rotary supporting base plate 17 is detached and installed on the silo central cylinder 12, the central column of the rotary supporting base plate 17 coincides with the central point of the central cylinder 12, the flatness of the central support base is adjusted through a sizing block, the flatness error is not larger than 0.5mm, the rotary central support 18 is fastened with the foundation embedded bolt, and after scribing is finished, the inner circle steel bars of the central support base are cut off.

Step two, installing steel rails

The central column of the rotary supporting base plate 17 is used as a central reference point for installing the distributing machine and the foundation, the steel rails are arranged in a marking mode, three plane rails 3, the annular vertical plate 21 and pin column central radius size marking points of the pin gear ring 6 are marked by red oil type pens in the embodiment, each size is marked by three points, and the point marking requirements are all on a radius line passing through the center of a circle, namely three radius lines are formed.

The center of the rotary support assembly 20 is used as a circle center, a steel rail installation datum line is marked on the basis of a steel rail as shown in fig. 7, the steel rail is arranged in an identification sequence, the steel rail is placed on the basis of the steel rail in the clockwise direction in the embodiment, each steel rail is connected well by a connecting plate and a bolt, a gap of 2-4 mm is guaranteed at a steel rail interface, if the gap of the last joint is larger than 5mm, a wear-resistant rubber plate is padded in the gap, such as an adhesive tape, the flatness of the plane of the joint is guaranteed, the roundness, the radial runout and the axial runout of the steel rail are adjusted to an allowable range, the steel rail is fixed by steel rail fixing pieces finally, a group of fixing pieces are arranged in the corresponding inner side and the outer side of the steel rail respectively, the matching relation.

Step three, mounting the slewing bearing assembly and the current collector

And installing the rotary support assembly 20 and fastening each bolt. Moving the upper connecting plate, rotating the rotary assembly at least for 3-5 circles, and observing: it should not have the phenomena of blocking, abnormal sound, leakage oil, etc.

Leveling and aligning the embedded parts of the current collector base 14, installing the current collector base 14, ensuring that the levelness of a steel plate on the current collector base 14 is less than 1mm, enabling the center of the steel plate to coincide with the center of the rotary assembly, adopting a weight line to droop from the rotary assembly, rotating the rotary assembly, and observing whether the top of a weight is at the same position. If so, the steel plate center is on the center of the circle of the rotating assembly and can be used as the center of the collector base 14, and then the collector base 14 is welded with the embedded part. The current collector 15 is mounted on the current collector base 14, so that the center of the current collector 15 coincides with the center of rotation.

The transmission shaft 16 of the current collector is fixed, firstly, a fixed channel steel is welded on an embedded part, then, a transmission bearing seat is fixed by bolts, the connecting plate of the rotary assembly is manually moved, the rotation is flexible, and the transmission bearing seat is welded after a carbon brush frame, a slip ring and the like in the current collector 15 have no abnormal sound.

Step four, mounting the cart walking device

The big wheel combination is connected with the big vehicle walking device 4 through bolts. According to the hoisting direction during the installation of the frame, the combined cart traveling gear 4 is supported on the steel rail 3 by angle steel, and the center line of the cart wheel is superposed with the center line of the steel rail 3.

Step five, installing the frame

Preparation before installation: the temporary rack is provided with one temporary rack support frame, the height of the temporary rack support frame is 930mm, the length of the temporary rack support frame is 2500mm, two jacks of 3 tons and a plurality of steel plates with the area of less than 10mm being 300mm multiplied by 400mm are prepared, such as the support frame, the jacks and the steel plates; if not prepared, four chain blocks can be used.

The rack 5 is installed in four steps:

firstly, the tail section frame is hoisted in place, and one end of the tail section frame is connected with the rotary support assembly 20 through bolts. The other end of the tail section is placed on a support frame, a steel plate is laid on the support frame, and the levelness of the plane of the tail section rack is adjusted, wherein the levelness is less than 1 mm; or the other end of the tail rack is hung well by two chain blocks, and the levelness of the plane of the rack is well adjusted, if the chain blocks are used, whether the fixed point can bear corresponding load or not is fully considered.

Secondly, hoisting the head section frame in place, connecting the tail two sections of frames by using bolts, meanwhile, placing the other end of the head section on a cart walking device frame, and adjusting the flatness of the head section frame to be not more than 1mm, the straightness and other geometrical dimensions. The left side and the right side of the frame 5 are adjusted to be at the same horizontal height by the gradienter through increasing and decreasing the gaskets. And fastening the joints of the head frame and the tail frame by bolts.

Mounting the connecting frame of the cart walking device on the head rack, mounting the cart walking wheel on the rack walking connecting piece, adjusting the wheels to be tangent to the annular steel rail 3, coinciding the center of the wheel tread with the center of the steel rail, connecting the walking connecting frame with the rack by using bolts, if the rack walking connecting frame has a gap with the rack, stacking the prepared adjusting sheet, and welding the reinforcing bracket with the rack.

Fourthly, after the whole rack is connected, a single person pushes 2-3 circles, and 2 large wheels are adjusted on the tangent line of the steel rail; after adjustment, the wheel center coincides with the center of the steel rail 3, and the large wheel has no radial sliding phenomenon (gnawing rail) and no abnormal sound.

Sixthly, installing an inner ring annular vertical plate, an outer ring annular vertical plate and a pin gear ring

A drawing gauge is composed of a central support, a rack and the like, a reserved size mark is a radius, the elevation of a plane track is found, and three plane tracks are installed and tested. Marking the inner diameter or the outer diameter of a circular track of the vertical plate on the pre-buried annular bottom plate, and welding the vertical plate on the annular bottom plate along the circular track; to reduce the distortion, staggered intermittent welds are required. The joints between the vertical plates are continuously welded on two sides, the welding seams of the guide wheels and the walking surface of the walking wheel are polished flat, and the welding seams are staggered with the seams of two adjacent bottom plates as much as possible.

The joints of the pre-embedded annular bottom plates need to be polished to be smooth.

Due to factors such as transportation and hoisting, the radius of the annular vertical plate 21 may not be consistent with a theoretical value, the flatness is not good, and the annular vertical plate is required to be corrected while being installed.

Finding the plane elevation on the pin rack supporting plate by using a transparent water pipe, and marking high lines on the embedded parts respectively; the pin tooth frame support plate 6 is firstly spot-welded on the embedded part, when the pin tooth frame is moved to the right position, a belt frame and the like are used for forming a drawing gauge, the pitch circle radius of the central positioning hole of each section of the pin shaft is in accordance with the requirements of an installation drawing, the pin tooth frame support plate 6 is simultaneously adjusted while being installed, then the pin tooth frame support plate 6 is welded on the embedded part, the welding position of the pin tooth frame support plate 6 simultaneously meets two conditions, firstly, the elevation of the surface of the pin tooth frame support plate 6 is ensured, secondly, the center of the pin tooth frame support plate 6 is arranged between two pin shafts below the pin tooth frame, and the pin tooth frame support plate cannot. Then the next section is installed step by step. And correcting the pitch circle radius of the pin gear rack again by using the rack.

After the pin toothed rack is corrected, the pin toothed rack supporting plate 6 is firmly welded with the embedded part, the pin toothed plate and the like, and two adjacent sections of the lower bottom plate of the pin toothed plate are connected by the connecting plate. The tolerances of the radii of the embedments to the silo center should be verified before installation and must be corrected for embedments with tolerances that differ by more than 20 mm. And (4) paying attention to the fact that the pin shaft needs to be ensured to be vertical, the installation precision of the pin gear ring is strictly controlled, and whether the side cart can not stably rotate or not is judged.

Seventhly, installing a pin tooth transmission device

Lubricating oil is added to the gear motor; the compression spring is tightened to the maximum extent and is integrally hoisted at the mounting position in front of and below the position of the head surface-increasing roller. The gear is positioned at a correct meshing position by adjusting the transmission frame, a gap of 5-6mm is reserved between the root of the gear and the top of the pin tooth, and after the transmission frame is fastened, the compression spring limiting nut is loosened to a proper position. The perpendicularity and the levelness of the gear can be adjusted by increasing the gaskets at the connecting bolts after the gear is installed. After the pin tooth transmission device is adjusted, the motor is rotated by hands, and the meshing condition of the gear and each pin tooth is observed.

Step eight, mounting all parts on the belt conveyor

When the roller is installed, the base is tensioned by adjusting the adjusting bolt of the transmission roller and the turnabout roller, so that the levelness of the roller is kept, and the deviation of the rubber belt is avoided. When the guide chute is installed, a sealing strip or an asbestos packing with the thickness of about 3mm needs to be padded at the joint of the guide chute and the hopper so as to prevent powder from leaking outside. Platform guardrail is overhauld in the installation, the platform guardrail contains straight climbing ladder door, installs according to the serial number in proper order from drive platform, and spot welding is earlier adjusted holistic straightness and straightness accuracy back (the mode of acting as go-between), welds the jail again, and straight climbing ladder door all inwards.

Step nine, installing a sealing device

When the device is installed, the supporting wheel 24 and the guide wheel 22 of the sealing device frame 23 are installed, the guide wheel 22 is in rolling connection with the annular vertical plate 21, then each section of the sealing device frame 23 is placed on the walking track according to the sequence of marks, each section of the sealing device frame 23 is connected through the connecting plates at two ends, the guide wheel 22 is adjusted to be in a proper position, and the supporting wheel 24 is adjusted on the tangent line of the walking track. After the installation is finished, about 4-8 persons can push up the sealing device frame, and under the condition that the gear and the pin tooth are not meshed at the moment, the installation of the sealing device frame 23 is basically finished; and then adjusting the guide wheel to a proper position.

The sealing device rainproof cover plate is sequentially and completely paved from the head funnel, the tail funnel and the dead-end funnel, a pressing strip hook is arranged at the corresponding position of the pressing strip, the pressing strip is inserted into the gap, and the quick clamp screw rod is adjusted to the position for pressing the cover plate and is hooked and locked.

Step ten: debugging

First, belt conveyor test run

Selecting a large cloth ring to rotate forwards or backwards or selecting a small cloth ring to rotate forwards or backwards during the trial operation of the belt conveyor, and suggesting to select the small cloth ring firstly; the large cloth ring is an annular material distribution channel for discharging materials from the top of the silo along the outer ring discharging groove 13, the small cloth ring guards the annular material distribution channel for discharging materials from the top of the silo along the inner ring discharging groove 10, and the tail tensioning device can be finely adjusted during trial running of the belt conveyor, so that the rubber belt of the belt conveyor is not deviated. The continuous run-in time should be no less than 4 hours.

The test result requires that: the running is stable, the deviation and the slip are avoided; the adhesive tape protection device operates accurately. The bearing and temperature rise are not more than 55 ℃, the highest temperature is not more than 80 ℃, and no leakage exists at each part; the sealing device has low operation noise and flexible reverse direction; the motor current is normal.

Second, the equipment rotation test run

The continuous run-up time should be no less than 1 hour. The test result requires that: the operation is stable, no jamming occurs and no noise occurs;

the temperature rise of bearings and gear motors of the large wheel and the small wheel is not more than 40 ℃, the highest temperature is not more than 80 ℃, and no leakage exists at each part; the reverse direction is flexible; the current of the gear motor is normal.

The method is used for installing the equipment, so that the installation time of the equipment is shortened, the purpose of saving the construction period is achieved, and the installation efficiency and the installation quality of the equipment are improved.

The technical means disclosed in the invention scheme are not limited to the technical means disclosed in the above embodiments, but also include the technical scheme formed by any combination of the above technical features. It should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and such improvements and modifications are also considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
