The specific working process is as follows:

the surfaces of the chain belt 5 and the hub 1 are covered with a polytetrafluoroethylene wear-resistant layer, and the wear of the chain belt 5 on the outer tire 2 in the contact process with the outer tire 2 is reduced by utilizing the self-lubricating property of polytetrafluoroethylene, so that the wear of the hub 1 when the auxiliary reed 4 deforms is reduced;

the strength of the outer tire 2 is enhanced through the traction layer 21 fixed on the outer tire 2, and meanwhile, the chain belt 5 and the outer tire 2 can be relatively fixed through the fact that the pull rope 6 extending out of the traction layer is fixed on the chain belt 5;
