1. A connecting method of composite pipes is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(4) adjusting the contact pressure of the composite pipe electric hydraulic device to be 0.10-0.13Mpa, setting the temperature of a heating plate of a welding machine to be 235-;

(5) when the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes reach a molten state, the heating plate is removed, the movable frame is closed, the molten butt joint surfaces of the two ports are butted, the butt joint pressure applied by the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is 0.15-0.20MPa, the cooling time is 5-10min, and the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is removed after the cooling is finished, so that the two composite pipes can be connected into a whole.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of connection of composite pipes, in particular to a connection method of composite pipes.

Background

The plastic pipe is used as an important component of chemical building materials, is accepted by wide users due to excellent performance, sanitation, environmental protection, low consumption and the like, and is mainly a UPVC drain pipe, a UPVC water supply pipe, a polyethylene pipe, a polypropylene pipe, a composite pipe, a steel wire mesh composite pipe, a steel belt reinforced threaded pipe and other emerging pipes in the market. The application of the building material field is divided into three main categories of water supply series, water discharge series and electric power series. The construction type is divided into two categories, namely municipal administration type and building type. The connection mode of the composite pipes usually adopts hot melt butt joint, however, the existing connection method of the composite pipes generally has the defects of long period and high cost, the connection of the composite pipes cannot be maintained to have enough strength, and the connection quality of the composite pipes cannot be ensured.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a connecting method of a composite pipe.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a connecting method of composite pipes comprises the following steps:

(1) placing two composite pipes to be connected on a hot melter fixture at the same time, supporting the composite pipes by using a pipe bracket until the connecting ends of the composite pipes are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and milling and flattening the end surfaces of the composite pipes to be butted by using electric milling cutters respectively so as to ensure that the butting surfaces of the two composite pipes are fully matched;

(2) placing the composite pipe processed by the butt joint surface in the step (1) on a support frame, and keeping the composite pipe consistent with the central line of a welding rack of a welding machine;

(3) switching on a power supply of the heating plate, heating the heating plate to a constant temperature, placing the heating plate between the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes, starting the electric hydraulic device of the composite pipes to enable the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes to be simultaneously and completely contacted with the electric heating plate for heating, and stopping heating when the curling height of the heating surface of the composite pipes is 0.5-2.5 mm;

(4) adjusting the contact pressure of the composite pipe electric hydraulic device to be 0.10-0.13Mpa, setting the temperature of a heating plate of a welding machine to be 235-;

(5) when the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes reach a molten state, the heating plate is removed, the movable frame is closed, the molten butt joint surfaces of the two ports are butted, the butt joint pressure applied by the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is 0.15-0.20MPa, the cooling time is 5-10min, and the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is removed after the cooling is finished, so that the two composite pipes can be connected into a whole.

Preferably, in the step (1), the gap between the abutting surfaces of the two composite pipes after being milled and flattened is less than 0.5 mm.

Preferably, the welding machine in the step (2) is a hydraulic semi-automatic 250-110 welding machine or a hydraulic semi-automatic 90-355 welding machine.

Preferably, the temperature of the heating plate in the step (3) is 220-235 ℃.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the invention provides the method for connecting the composite pipes, the end faces of the composite pipes to be butted are milled and leveled by adopting the electric milling cutter, the electric hydraulic device of the composite pipes is used for preheating, curling and butting, melting and pressurizing, the connecting period of the composite pipes is shortened, the connecting cost is further saved, the composite pipes after being connected have enough strength by setting reasonable parameters and connecting process, and the connecting quality of the composite pipes is ensured.

Detailed Description

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples:

a connecting method of composite pipes comprises the following steps:

(1) placing two composite pipes to be connected on a hot melter fixture at the same time, supporting the composite pipes by using a pipe bracket until the connecting ends of the composite pipes are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and milling and flattening the end surfaces of the composite pipes to be butted by using electric milling cutters respectively so as to ensure that the butting surfaces of the two composite pipes are fully matched;

(5) when the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes reach a molten state, the heating plate is removed, the movable frame is closed, the molten butt joint surfaces of the two ports are butted, the butt joint pressure applied by the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is 0.15-0.20MPa, the cooling time is 5-10min, and the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is removed after the cooling is finished, so that the two composite pipes can be connected into a whole.

Example 1

A connecting method of composite pipes comprises the following steps:

(1) placing two composite pipes to be connected on a hot melter fixture at the same time, supporting the connecting ends of the composite pipes to be connected on the same horizontal plane by using a pipe support, milling and flattening the end surfaces of the composite pipes to be butted by using an electric milling cutter respectively so as to ensure that the butting surfaces of the two composite pipes are fully matched, wherein the gap between the butting surfaces is less than 0.5mm after the two composite pipes are milled and flattened;

(2) placing the composite pipe processed by the butt joint surface in the step (1) on a support frame, keeping the composite pipe consistent with the central line of a welding rack of a welding machine, and selecting a hydraulic semi-automatic 250-ion 110 welding machine as the welding machine;

(3) switching on a power supply of a heating plate, wherein the temperature of the heating plate is 220 ℃, the heating plate is placed between the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes after being heated to a constant temperature, the heating plate is a quartz heating plate, starting a composite pipe electric hydraulic device to enable the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes to be completely contacted with an electric heating plate for heating at the same time, the pressure of the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is 0.55MPa, and when the curling height of the heating surface of the composite pipe is 0.5mm, stopping heating;

(4) adjusting the contact pressure of the composite pipe electro-hydraulic device to be 0.10Mpa, setting the temperature of a heating plate of a welding machine to be 235 ℃, setting the heating plate to be a quartz heating plate, and heating for 280s after the temperature is reached;

(5) when the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes reach a molten state, the heating plate is removed, the movable frame is closed, the molten butt joint surfaces of the two ports are in butt joint, the electric hydraulic device for the composite pipes applies butt joint pressure of 0.15MPa, the welding time is 26min, the cooling time is 5min, and the electric hydraulic device for the composite pipes is removed after cooling is finished, so that the two composite pipes can be connected into a whole.

Example 2

A connecting method of composite pipes comprises the following steps:

(1) placing two composite pipes to be connected on a hot melter fixture at the same time, supporting the connecting ends of the composite pipes to be connected on the same horizontal plane by using a pipe support, milling and flattening the end surfaces of the composite pipes to be butted by using an electric milling cutter respectively so as to ensure that the butting surfaces of the two composite pipes are fully matched, wherein the gap between the butting surfaces is less than 0.5mm after the two composite pipes are milled and flattened;

(2) placing the composite pipe processed by the butt joint surface in the step (1) on a support frame, keeping the composite pipe consistent with the central line of a welding rack of a welding machine, and selecting a hydraulic semi-automatic 90-355 welding machine as the welding machine;

(3) switching on a power supply of a heating plate, wherein the temperature of the heating plate is 235 ℃, the heating plate is placed between the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes after being heated to a constant temperature, the heating plate is a quartz heating plate, starting an electric hydraulic device for the composite pipes to enable the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes to be simultaneously and completely contacted with an electric heating plate for heating, the pressure of the electric hydraulic device for the composite pipes is 0.55MPa, and when the curling height of the heating surface of the composite pipes is 2.5mm, stopping heating;

(4) adjusting the contact pressure of the composite pipe electro-hydraulic device to be 0.13Mpa, setting the temperature of a heating plate of a welding machine to be 240 ℃, setting the heating plate to be a quartz heating plate, and heating for 200s after reaching the temperature;

(5) when the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes reach a molten state, the heating plate is removed, the movable frame is closed, the molten butt joint surfaces of the two ports are in butt joint, the butt joint pressure applied by the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is 0.20MPa, the welding time is 15min, the cooling time is 5min, and the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is removed after cooling is finished, so that the two composite pipes can be connected into a whole.

Example 3

A connecting method of composite pipes comprises the following steps:

(1) placing two composite pipes to be connected on a hot melter fixture at the same time, supporting the connecting ends of the composite pipes to be connected on the same horizontal plane by using a pipe support, milling and flattening the end surfaces of the composite pipes to be butted by using an electric milling cutter respectively so as to ensure that the butting surfaces of the two composite pipes are fully matched, wherein the gap between the butting surfaces is less than 0.5mm after the two composite pipes are milled and flattened;

(2) placing the composite pipe processed by the butt joint surface in the step (1) on a support frame, keeping the composite pipe consistent with the central line of a welding rack of a welding machine, and selecting a hydraulic semi-automatic 250-ion 110 welding machine as the welding machine;

(3) switching on a power supply of a heating plate, wherein the temperature of the heating plate is 225 ℃, the heating plate is placed between the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes after being heated to a constant temperature, the heating plate is a quartz heating plate, starting an electric hydraulic device for the composite pipes to enable the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes to be simultaneously and completely contacted with the electric heating plate for heating, the pressure of the electric hydraulic device for the composite pipes is 0.45MPa, and when the curling height of the heating surface of the composite pipes is 1.5mm, stopping heating;

(4) adjusting the contact pressure of the composite pipe electro-hydraulic device to be 0.12Mpa, setting the temperature of a heating plate of a welding machine to be 238 ℃, setting the heating plate to be a quartz heating plate, and heating for 260s after the temperature is reached;

(5) when the butt joint surfaces of the two composite pipes reach a molten state, the heating plate is removed, the movable frame is closed, the molten butt joint surfaces of the two ports are in butt joint, the butt joint pressure applied by the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is 0.17MPa, the welding time is 20min, the cooling time is 8min, and after the cooling is finished, the composite pipe electric hydraulic device is removed, so that the two composite pipes can be connected into a whole.
