Background

At present, a front windshield structure is not arranged on a frame of a special vehicle, so that a driver has poor experience and low safety; or the front windshield structure on the frame is directly adhered to the frame by glass cement, so that the disassembly and the assembly are difficult, and the requirements on multiple functions of the vehicle cannot be met. For example, on special combat vehicles, on current frame, the front windshield structure can not satisfy different tactics demands and the installation and dismantlement are difficult, and individual soldier is difficult to install fast or dismantle.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a frame and a vehicle, which are used for solving the problem that in the prior art, a front windshield structure is directly adhered to the frame by glass cement and is difficult to detach and install.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

The invention provides a frame and a vehicle, aiming at the problem that a front windshield structure is directly adhered to the frame by glass cement and is difficult to disassemble and assemble.

the front windshield assembly 2 penetrates through the first mounting hole 24 through the connecting piece 5 to be connected with the clip assembly 3, and the clip assembly 3 is connected with the frame body 1.

Alternatively, the bonding member may be a glass cement, and the connecting member may be a bolt.

According to the front windshield assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, the windshield glass is adhered to the front windshield frame through the adhering component, and the clamp assembly is connected with the front windshield assembly through the first mounting hole.

Optionally, the mounting plate comprises: the first bending part 311 and the second bending part 312 are arranged at a predetermined angle, the second mounting hole 34 is arranged at the first bending part 311 of the mounting plate, and the adjusting hole 37 is arranged at the second bending part 312 of the mounting plate.

Through the arrangement of the first bending part and the second bending part of the mounting plate, the mounting plate can be more suitable for the structures of the front windshield assembly and the frame body, so that the front windshield assembly is firmly mounted on the frame body.

Optionally, the material of the windshield comprises: tempered glass, bullet-proof glass or organic glass.

In the front windshield assembly of the embodiment of the invention, the windshield glass can be toughened glass, bulletproof glass or organic glass. The purpose of low cost and light weight of the front windshield assembly is achieved, and the requirements for multiple functions of the vehicle can be met.

For example, special combat vehicles can meet different tactical requirements through windshield glass made of different materials, and the frame and the front windshield assembly of the vehicle frame are convenient to mount and dismount, so that a single soldier can mount or dismount.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle which comprises the vehicle frame.

According to the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, the front windshield assembly is connected with the frame body through the clamp assembly, so that the front windshield assembly can be conveniently disassembled and installed, the requirements on various functions of the vehicle can be met, and the problem that the front windshield structure is directly adhered to the frame by glass cement and is difficult to disassemble and install is solved.
