6. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the position surrounded by the bending ring portion is a middle portion of the diaphragm, a voice coil is directly below the middle portion, and a magnetic gap is formed between the support and the voice coil.

7. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the side film is provided with a notch at the bottom of one surface for adhering to the bracket, so that a gap exists between the side film and the bracket.

8. A diaphragm fixing method for a loudspeaker according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:

step S1: cutting the vibrating diaphragm, and coating a light-cured adhesive on the position of the vibrating diaphragm, which is opposite to the support;

step S2: abutting the outer surface of the vibrating diaphragm by using a clamp, pressing to form the edge part, and adhering the position of the vibrating diaphragm coated with the light-cured adhesive to the periphery of the support to form the side film;

step S3: and irradiating the inner surface of the vibrating diaphragm by using a light curing device, wherein the irradiating light penetrates through the support to cure the adhesive so as to realize the bonding of the vibrating diaphragm and the support.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein a certain area of peripheral material is reserved at the outer edge of the side film when the diaphragm is cut in step S1; and removing the peripheral material after the diaphragm is successfully bonded with the bracket.

10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method of removing the peripheral material is die cutting.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of loudspeaker structures, in particular to a loudspeaker and a diaphragm fixing method of the loudspeaker.

Background

The diaphragm structure of a loudspeaker directly affects the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker. When the loudspeaker is driven, the vibrating diaphragm can generate resonance with certain frequency, so that the vibrating diaphragm can move towards the front of the vibrating diaphragm or towards the vibrating direction of the rear of the vibrating diaphragm. The method for fixing the vibrating diaphragm outside the magnetic conduction bowl in the prior art generally comprises the following two methods: firstly, a fixing ring is sleeved outside the vibrating diaphragm, and the fixing ring contracts inwards to enable the fixing ring to compress the vibrating diaphragm and the magnetic conduction bowl, so that the vibrating diaphragm is fixed outside the magnetic conduction bowl; the fixing ring of the method only applies inward compression force to the vibrating diaphragm and the magnetic conduction bowl, but the vibrating diaphragm can generate forward or backward movement trend during resonance, and the force applied by the fixing ring can not offset the movement trend, so that relative displacement is possible to occur between the vibrating diaphragm and the magnetic conduction bowl, and the vibrating diaphragm is easy to fall off after long-term use. Secondly, the vibrating diaphragm and the magnetic conduction bowl are adhered in a large area through solvent type/water-based glue, so that the vibration area of the vibrating diaphragm is reduced, and the sound reproduction quality of the loudspeaker is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, one of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a speaker, which avoids the relative displacement between the diaphragm and the magnetic bowl during resonance; while ensuring the sound reproduction quality of the loudspeaker.

The second objective of the present invention is to provide a method for fixing a diaphragm of a speaker, which can improve the fixing efficiency of the diaphragm and the magnetic conduction bowl.

One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a loudspeaker comprises a magnetic conduction bowl and a vibrating diaphragm arranged above the magnetic conduction bowl; the vibrating diaphragm comprises a folded ring part and a side membrane extending downwards from the edge of the folded ring part, a support is arranged at the position, facing the side membrane, of the magnetic conduction bowl, the side membrane is directly bonded to the periphery of the support, and the orthographic projection of the support on the vertical surface is not overlapped with the orthographic projection of the folded ring part on the vertical surface.

Further, the side film and the bracket are bonded through a light-curing adhesive.

Further, the light-curing adhesive is UV glue.

Further, the support is provided as a transparent support.

Further, the bonding area of the side film and the bracket is smaller than the orthographic projection area of the side film on the vertical surface.

The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a method for fixing a diaphragm of a loudspeaker comprises the following steps:

step S1: cutting the vibrating diaphragm, and coating a light-cured adhesive on the position of the vibrating diaphragm, which is opposite to the support;

step S2: abutting the outer surface of the vibrating diaphragm by using a clamp, pressing to form the edge part, and adhering the position of the vibrating diaphragm coated with the light-cured adhesive to the periphery of the support to form the side film;

step S3: and irradiating the inner surface of the vibrating diaphragm by using a light curing device, wherein the irradiating light penetrates through the support to cure the adhesive so as to realize the bonding of the vibrating diaphragm and the support.

Further, a peripheral material with a certain area is reserved on the outer edge of the side film when the diaphragm is cut in the step S1; and removing the peripheral material after the diaphragm is successfully bonded with the bracket.

Further, the method of removing the peripheral material is die cutting.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the edge of the corrugated ring part of the vibrating diaphragm extends downwards to form a side film, the fixing of the vibrating diaphragm and the magnetic conduction bowl is realized by the adhesion of the side film and the bracket, and the relative displacement between the vibrating diaphragm and the magnetic conduction bowl during resonance is avoided; meanwhile, the adhesion position is not overlapped with the folded ring part, so that the vibration area of the folded ring part is not influenced by an adhesive, and the sound reproduction quality of the loudspeaker is ensured.

(2) The side film is attached by adopting a clamp pressurizing mode, and meanwhile, the irradiation light penetrates through the support and irradiates on the photocuring adhesive between the vibrating diaphragm and the magnetic conduction bowl for curing, so that the fixing efficiency of the vibrating diaphragm and the magnetic conduction bowl can be improved.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.

Example one

The present embodiment provides a speaker, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the speaker at least includes a magnetic conductive bowl 1 and a diaphragm 3 disposed above the magnetic conductive bowl 1; the magnetic conduction bowl 1 can be set into different appearance structures according to actual requirements, the magnetic conduction bowl 1 is hollow, and the voice coil 4, a lead and other structures can be arranged in the magnetic conduction bowl 1.

The magnetic conduction bowl is characterized in that a support 2 is arranged on the magnetic conduction bowl 1, and the width of the support 2 is smaller than that of the magnetic conduction bowl 1, so that a certain gap exists between the outer side of the support 2 and the outer side of the magnetic conduction bowl 1, and the gap is used for accommodating the vibrating diaphragm 3.

The diaphragm 3 includes a middle portion 33, a ring-folded portion 32 and a side membrane 31 extending downward from the edge of the ring-folded portion 32, wherein the vibration of the middle portion 33 and the ring-folded portion 32 directly affects the sound-emitting effect of the speaker, and the side membrane 31 is used for adhering the support 2. In this embodiment, the position surrounded by the collar portion 32 is the middle portion 33 of the diaphragm 3, and the voice coil 4 is disposed on the magnetic conduction bowl 1 at a position facing the middle portion 33, so that the voice coil 4 can make a sound toward the middle portion 33, thereby causing the middle portion 33 and the collar portion 32 to vibrate.

When the vibrating diaphragm 3 is arranged on the magnetic conduction bowl 1, the position of the side film 31 is opposite to the outer side surface of the support 2, a light-cured adhesive is coated between the side film 31 and the support 2, after the light-cured adhesive is irradiated by a specific light beam, the side film 31 can be directly bonded on the periphery of the support 2, and the side film 31 and the support 2 are mutually bonded, so that when the vibrating diaphragm 3 vibrates in the front-back direction, the front movement trend of the vibrating diaphragm 3 can be offset by the adhesive force between the side film 31 and the support 2, the relative displacement between the side film 31 and the support 2 can be avoided, and the bonding firmness degree between the side film 31 and the support 2 is improved.

Since the vibration direction of the diaphragm 3 is towards the front of the diaphragm 3 or towards the back of the diaphragm 3, and the extension direction of the side film 31 is approximately parallel to the vibration direction of the diaphragm 3, the side film 31 does not affect the vibration of the book searching diaphragm 3, that is, the vibration range of the diaphragm 3 is mainly concentrated on the middle part 33 and the bending part 32; meanwhile, the orthographic projection of the bracket 2 on the vertical surface is not coincident with the orthographic projection of the folded ring part 32 on the vertical surface, that is, the position where the diaphragm 3 and the bracket 2 are adhered to each other does not extend to the folded ring part 32, so that the vibration area of the diaphragm 3 is not affected by the adhesion of the side film 31 and the bracket 2 to each other.

The side film 31 and the bracket 2 are bonded through a light-cured adhesive, in this embodiment, the light-cured adhesive is a UV adhesive, the thickness of the UV adhesive is set to be 0.1-0.2 micrometers, the bonding strength of the thinner adhesive layer is higher, and the firmness between the side film 31 and the bracket 2 is improved. In addition, the bonding area of the side film 31 and the bracket 2 is smaller than the orthographic projection area of the side film 31 on the vertical surface, that is, the coating range of the light-cured adhesive is smaller than the side area of the side film 31, so that the position of the top of the side film 31, which is not bonded with the bracket 2, can serve as a buffer strip, the effect of buffering vibration is achieved, and the phenomenon that the diaphragm 3 is broken due to the hard tearing between the side film 31 and the folded ring part 32 when the folded ring part 32 vibrates due to the direct butt joint of the folded ring part 32 and the bonded position after curing is avoided.

In this embodiment, the side film 31 and the bracket 2 are bonded by using UV glue, so that the light for curing the UV glue can use ultraviolet light; in the fixing process of the diaphragm 3, the side film 31 needs to be attached to the bracket 2 in a manner of pressing by a clamp, the clamp contacts the outer surface of the side film 31 and presses inwards to enable air bubbles in the adhesive to be discharged, so that the bonding firmness is improved; in the process of pressing and attaching the clamp, the inner surface of the vibrating diaphragm 3 can be irradiated by the light curing device, at this time, the support 2 is set to be the transparent support 2, ultraviolet rays emitted by the light curing device can penetrate through the transparent support 2 and irradiate on the adhesive, and the adhesive is cured in a short time, so that the bonding operation of the side film 31 and the support 2 is realized, and meanwhile, the bonding efficiency can be greatly improved.

The side membrane 31 and the bracket 2 are attached by a clamp pressurizing mode, and the folded ring part 32 is formed, wherein the folded ring part 32 is a protruding structure surrounding the loudspeaker, and the cross section of the folded ring part is of a semicircular structure; in this embodiment, the support 2 is located right below the hinge portion 32, and an orthographic projection area of the support 2 on a horizontal plane is smaller than an orthographic projection area of the hinge portion 32 on a horizontal plane, so that a certain magnetic gap exists between the support 2 and the voice coil 4 right below the middle portion 33, and the magnetic gap is used for avoiding abrasion between the voice coil 4 and the support 2.

As shown in fig. 3, a notch 311 is provided at a bottom of one side of the side film 31 for adhering to the bracket 2, in this embodiment, the notch 311 has an arc-shaped structure, so that a gap exists between the side film 31 and the bracket 2, and the gap facilitates the discharge of air bubbles between the side film 31 and the bracket 2 during the process of pressing and attaching the clamp, thereby improving the firmness of adhesion.

Example two

The present embodiment provides a method for fixing a diaphragm 3 of a speaker, which is used to fix the diaphragm 3 of the speaker in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, and includes the following steps:

step S1: tailor the vibrating diaphragm 3, when tailorring the vibrating diaphragm 3 the outside border of side membrane 31 is reserved has the peripheral material of certain area for after tailorring the size of vibrating diaphragm 3 is greater than predetermined size, and this peripheral material can prevent that the deformation of vibrating diaphragm 3 edge leads to unable and support 2 bonding, ensures the planarization of vibrating diaphragm 3. And then, a light-cured adhesive is coated on the position of the diaphragm 3, which is opposite to the support 2, and the position coated with the light-cured adhesive is a side film 31 and is used for being adhered to the support 2.

Step S2: the outer surface of the diaphragm 3 is abutted by a jig, and the folded ring part 32 is bent and molded by applying pressure, and the position of the diaphragm 3 coated with the photo-curing adhesive is bonded on the periphery of the support 2 to form the side film 31.

Step S3: irradiating ultraviolet rays to the inner surface of the diaphragm 3 by using a light curing device, and irradiating the ultraviolet rays on the light curing adhesive through the transparent bracket 2 to cure the adhesive so as to realize the bonding of the diaphragm 3 and the bracket 2; and removing redundant peripheral materials after the diaphragm 3 is successfully bonded with the support 2, wherein the removing method can be a punching method or other methods, and the fixing process of the diaphragm 3 can be completed.
