7. Vehicle comprising a storage compartment, characterized in that a vehicle food bag according to any of claims 1-6 is suspended from a lid of the storage compartment by means of a connecting rod passing through the handle portion (11).

8. A method of manufacturing a vehicle food bag, wherein the vehicle food bag is according to any one of claims 1-6, the method comprising:

preparing a double-layer plastic film (1);

sequentially laminating the double-layer plastic film (1) along hot-melt lines (12) along the length direction of the double-layer plastic film (1), wherein the hot-melt lines (12) are in multiple groups, each group of hot-melt lines (12) comprises a groove-shaped hot-melt line (121) and linear hot-melt lines (122) which are arranged on two sides of the groove-shaped hot-melt line (121) and extend to the edge of the double-layer plastic film (1), and the groove-shaped hot-melt lines (121) of the multiple groups of hot-melt lines (12) are arranged at intervals and have the same orientation; and

and (3) making a separation cutting line (13) on the double-layer plastic film (1), wherein the separation cutting line (13) is arranged along the outer contour of the hot melting line (12) and is separated from the hot melting line (12) by a preset distance.

9. The method of manufacturing a vehicle food bag according to claim 8, further comprising: the hand-held hole (110) is formed in the double-layer plastic film (1).

Disclosure of Invention

In order to accomplish the above object, the present disclosure provides a food bag for a vehicle, including a food bag body configured as a tapered structure extending from an open end to a bottom end, and a carrying handle formed on the food bag body.

Optionally, the food bag body is configured as an isosceles trapezoid with an open end width greater than a bottom end width, and the handle portion is formed on both sides of the open end.

Optionally, a carrying hole is formed on the carrying part.

The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the related art, referring to fig. 1, food packaging bags having a diameter equal from an opening end to a bottom end are generally used, and a conventional packing box has a circular truncated cone shape with a large opening diameter and a small bottom diameter. The box does not match the shape of the bag shown in fig. 1, resulting in a smaller bottom box that is easily inverted within the food package, resulting in spilling of food, particularly fluid food, within the box.

In view of the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a food bag for a vehicle, which includes a food bag body 10 and a carrying handle 11 formed on the food bag body 10, and the food bag body 10 may be configured in a tapered structure extending from an open end to a bottom end, referring to fig. 2. Here, it should be noted that the food bag body 10 and the carrying portion 11 are of an integral structure and are mass-produced by the manufacturing method described below, tapered structures of different sizes can be designed for different sizes of packing boxes, and the size of the bottom surface of the tapered structure can be designed according to the size of the bottom of the packing box.

Through the technical scheme, the side wall of the truncated cone-shaped packing box can be attached to the side wall of the food bag body 10 more tightly by the structure which extends and tapers from the opening end to the bottom end, so that the packing box is prevented from turning over in the food bag body 10 and spilling food when the hand-held part 11 is lifted. The tapered structure with the large upper part and the small lower part can adapt to packing boxes with different sizes in a certain range. The specific shape of the food bag for a vehicle is not limited in this disclosure. According to an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the food bag body 10 may be configured as an isosceles trapezoid having an open end with a width greater than that of a bottom end, and the handle portion 11 is formed at both sides of the open end, that is, the isosceles trapezoid is narrow at the bottom and wide at the top when the food bag is laid flat, and the handle portion 11 is formed at both sides of the top end of the isosceles trapezoid. When the food bag body 10 with the isosceles trapezoid structure is arranged and laid flat, the supporting force of the food bag body 10 to the two sides of the packaging box is more balanced and the carrying process is more stable when a user upwards lifts the carrying part 11, so that the food bag body is prevented from inclining and turning on one side.
