Background

Spray drying is a process in which a feed solution is dispersed into fine droplets by an atomizer and the solvent is rapidly evaporated in a hot drying medium to form a dry powder product. Spray drying can directly dry the solution, emulsion and suspension into powder, granule, hollow sphere or granule products, and can omit the procedures of evaporation, separation, pulverization and the like, thus becoming a more common drying method in the production of traditional Chinese medicines.

The spray drying granulation is a technological process in which mother liquor or a binder is respectively sent to an atomizing nozzle by pressure making equipment such as a pressure pump and the like, atomized and coated on the surface of fluidized particles or the particles are mutually bonded, and the particles grow gradually through continuous fluidization, coating and drying to reach the required granularity and then are discharged from a discharge port of a fluidized bed. This process is often performed simultaneously with drying.

Spray drying granulation is widely applied to the industries of pharmacy, bioengineering, chemical industry, food and the like. In the industries, the production of powder or granular materials is required, most of the powder materials contain moisture or organic solvents, drying and granulation are often required to be completed synchronously, and a binder is required to be added in the granulation process.

Atomizers are critical components of drying devices or systems. The traditional atomizer takes air as a medium, adopts open-circuit airflow, a fluidized bed or a spray drying technology, has potential safety hazard on the drying of inflammable and explosive materials such as polyacrylonitrile and the like, and has the problems of more discharged entrained particles, high labor intensity, high energy consumption, great tail gas environmental pollution and the like. This drying method is also not suitable for materials containing organic solvents, for the following reasons: firstly, the organic solvent can not be recovered and can only be discharged into the atmosphere to pollute the environment; secondly, the organic solvent is easy to deflagrate in an oxygen-containing environment, and the safety cannot be ensured; thirdly, organic solvent is easy to generate oxidation reaction in high-temperature oxygen-containing environment to generate new oxide which is mixed in the dry powder, thereby influencing the dry purity. In addition, the traditional atomizer generally has no rotating body, and the feed liquid atomization efficiency is not high.

High-pressure and high-temperature nitrogen enters from an air inlet of a liquid inlet section connecting chassis, enters into a vent hole of a nozzle base piece of the atomizer through an air flow channel and a middle air outlet, and is finally sprayed out from an air outlet of the vent hole of the nozzle base piece in a direction parallel to an outlet plane of the hydraulic driving rotating body to enter into the drying tower;

the rotary atomized liquid drops and high-temperature nitrogen in the cross direction are fully mixed in a drying tower, the fog drops form a spherical shape due to the action of surface tension, and meanwhile, because the fog drops have large surface area, water is quickly evaporated and dried, and finally, the fog drops shrink to form dry spherical particle powder.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
