Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of printing machinery, and particularly relates to a chain phase adjusting mechanism.

Background

Paper preset function of ink-jet digital printing: before the printer changes the paper with different specifications and sizes, the paper to be used is input into the operating system of the printer, and the digital printer automatically adjusts the relevant mechanisms of the platform according to the input data, wherein the relevant mechanisms comprise a paper feeding part, a paper receiving part and a preset mechanism of a turning part. The paper part, the paper delivery part and the offset press are almost the same as the paper presetting mechanism, but the breadth of the existing printing equipment cannot be adjusted, only the fixed-specification printing can be carried out, and no phase adjusting mechanism exists, so that the phase adjusting mechanism is urgently needed to be developed to meet the production requirement.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a chain phase adjustment mechanism to solve the problem that the existing digital printer can only print paper with a fixed specification.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

(2) The chain phase adjusting mechanism can be used for breadth adjustment of an ink-jet digital printer, and according to a difference value of the breadth adjustment, the corresponding chain phase is changed through the adjusting motor of the mechanism, so that the relative position of a closed loop paper path of the whole digital printer is unchanged, and the accuracy of paper transfer is ensured.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the chain phase adjustment mechanism includes two chain tensioning members 2 symmetrically arranged, a guide rail 5 and a driving member 6 are disposed outside the chain tensioning members 2, the guide rail 5 is used for being mounted on an external device, so that a tensioning plate 22 of the chain tensioning members 2 can reciprocate along the guide rail 5 under the driving of the adjustment member 6, and the driving member 6 is in signal connection with a controller; a driven paper conveying chain wheel 3 is arranged above each chain tensioning member 2, a driving paper conveying chain wheel 7 is arranged below each chain tensioning member 2, the driven paper conveying chain wheels, the driving paper conveying chain wheels and the driving paper conveying chain wheels form a transmission structure, and a paper gripping tooth row 4 and a guide plate 1 are arranged between the two chain tensioning members 2.

Preferably, two driven paper conveying chain wheels 3, two driving paper conveying chain wheels 7 and two chain tensioning members 2 which are symmetrical are fixedly connected, so that the consistency of phases on two sides of the chain phase adjusting mechanism is effectively ensured.

One side of the chain tensioning member 2 is provided with a locking limiting member 9 for limiting the position of the chain tensioning member 2, and the locking limiting member 9 is connected to the controller through signals.

In one embodiment, the driving members 6 are respectively connected to the two chain tensioning members 2, the guide rail 5 is arranged on the outer side of one chain tensioning member 2, and the locking limiting member 9 is arranged on the outer side of the other chain tensioning member 2, so that the guide rail 5 is prevented from blocking a limiting part of the locking limiting member 9, the production of the tensioning plate 22 is facilitated, a limiting structure of the tensioning plate 22 is not required to be specially arranged, the guide rail 5 is avoided, and the process and production cost are saved.

In another embodiment, the driving member 6 is respectively connected to the two chain tensioning members 2, and the guide rail 5 and the locking limiting member 9 are arranged outside any one of the chain tensioning members 2, so that the equipment space is saved, and the occupied area is reduced. And the locking limiting component 9 is used for limiting the chain tensioning component 2.

The upper part and the lower part of the chain tensioning member 2 are respectively provided with a bracket 8 for ensuring the stability of the chain tensioning member 2, the driven paper conveying chain wheel 3 and the driving paper conveying chain wheel 7.

Two sides of the driven paper conveying chain wheel 3 are respectively provided with a limiting plate 10 for limiting the adjusting position of the driven paper conveying chain wheel 3 and ensuring that the phase position adjusted by the chain phase adjusting mechanism does not exceed the maximum set value. The limiting plate 10 is installed on the bracket 8.

In one embodiment, the guide plate 1 is arranged between the two brackets 8 which are bilaterally symmetrical, so that the chain phase adjusting mechanism can be conveniently and integrally arranged when the printing machine is assembled, the guide plate 1 does not need to be arranged on external supporting equipment, the assembling difficulty is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 2, the chain tensioning member 2 includes a tensioning chain 21, a tensioning plate 22, a driven wheel 23 and a driving wheel 24, the tensioning chain 21 is sequentially sleeved outside the driven wheel 23, the driving paper conveying sprocket 7, the driving wheel 24 and the driven paper conveying sprocket 3 to form a transmission structure, the driving wheel 24 and the driven wheel 23 are fixedly connected through the tensioning plate 22, and the lower portion of the tensioning plate 22 is connected with the adjusting member 6.

Preferably, a plurality of limiting holes 222 are formed in the tension plate 22, each limiting hole 222 is matched with one locking limiting member 9 to limit the tension plate 22, and a connecting member 221 is arranged at the bottom of the tension plate 22.

The adjusting member 6 includes adjusting motor 61, driving piece 62 and connecting rod, two driving pieces 62 of fixed connection respectively on the connecting rod, every driving piece 62 forms transmission structure with a connecting piece 221 cooperation, the one end fixed connection of connecting rod to adjusting motor 61, adjusting motor 61 signal connection is to the controller, the staff passes through controller control adjusting motor 61 and rotates, adjusting motor 61 controls driving piece 62 and rack 221 action, and then the removal is controlled to the drive tight board 22 that rises, finally drive the accurate removal of chain tight member 2 that rises, thereby change the phase place of driven biography paper sprocket 3. The adjustment motor 61 is preferably a servomotor.

In one embodiment, the driving member 62 and one of the connecting members 221 are engaged in a gear and rack manner, i.e. the driving member 62 is a gear and the connecting member 221 is a rack. In another embodiment, the driving member 62 and one of the connecting members 221 are engaged by a lead screw and a nut, i.e. the driving member 62 is a lead screw and the connecting member 221 is a nut.

A bracket 8 is arranged above and below the driven wheel 23.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the locking and limiting member 9 includes a limiting rod 91, a locking cylinder 92 and a locking lever 93, the locking cylinder 92 is connected to the limiting rod 91 through the locking lever 93, the limiting rod 91 is used for being inserted into the limiting hole 222 to limit the tension plate 22, and the locking cylinder 92 is in signal connection with the controller. The lockout cylinder 92 is mounted on the external support device.

The controller presented in this scheme is the host controller of the user device.

As shown in fig. 5, the chain phase adjustment mechanism operates on the following principle:

the chain phase adjusting mechanism is arranged between the paper conveying part and the overturning part, and the chain phase adjusting mechanism, the paper conveying part and the overturning part are all connected with an external supporting mechanism. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the driven paper transmission chain wheel 3 is positioned below the even-number times paper transmission roller 11 of the paper transmission part and transmits paper to the even-number times paper transmission roller 11, a paper transmission roller 13 is arranged on one side of the even-number times paper transmission roller 11, the driving paper transmission chain wheel 7 is positioned above the turning paper transmission roller 13 in the turning part and can receive turned paper transmitted by the turning paper transmission roller 13, a turning roller 14 and an even-number times turning roller 15 are sequentially arranged on one side of the turning paper transmission roller 13 and are matched for turning the paper; the driving paper transmission chain wheel 7 is connected with the main machine and is not movable, the guide rail 5 and the locking cylinder 92 are both fixedly arranged on the main machine or external supporting equipment,

a worker inputs the breadth parameters of the paper into the controller, the controller controls the adjusting motor 61 to rotate to a set rotation number according to a set program, the adjusting motor 61 drives the tension plate 22 to accurately move to a set position, the tension plate 22 moves, and the tension chain 21 drives the driven paper conveying chain wheel 3 to rotate, so that phase adjustment is completed; after the controller judges that the adjusting motor 61 stops working, the controller controls the locking cylinder 92 to work, and the locking cylinder 92 is installed on the host or an external supporting device, so that the locking cylinder 92 drives the limiting rod 91 to be inserted into one side edge of the limiting hole 222 through the locking lever 93 to lock and limit the tensioning plate 22.

The chain phase adjusting mechanism can be used for adjusting the breadth of the ink-jet digital printing machine, and the corresponding chain phase is changed by the adjusting motor 61 of the mechanism according to the difference value of the breadth adjustment, so that the relative position of the closed-loop paper path of the whole digital printing machine is unchanged, and the accuracy of paper transmission is ensured.
