Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the present invention by those skilled in the art, specific embodiments thereof are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a rope convenient for fixing goods, which comprises a main rope 1, an auxiliary rope 2, a pair of end fixing sleeves 3, a pair of hanging buckles 4, and a plurality of rope middle fixing sleeves 5. In order to increase the strength, the main rope 1 and the auxiliary rope 2 are woven by one or more of nylon filament or short fiber, polyester filament or short fiber, acrylic filament or short fiber and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and the main rope 1 and the auxiliary rope 2 are 12 strands of single braided cables. The length of the auxiliary rope 2 is greater than that of the main rope 1, two ends of the main rope 1 are respectively fixedly connected with two ends of the auxiliary rope 2 through the end part fixing sleeve 3, and the hanging buckle 4 is fixed on the end part fixing sleeve 3. The rope fixing sleeve 5 is arranged between the two end fixing sleeves 3, and the main rope 1 and the auxiliary rope 2 are fixed together by the rope fixing sleeve 5 to form a sine-shaped rope ring 6. The owner of the cargo can only use the invention to bind the cargo 8, or can use the invention in conjunction with ordinary ropes, the choice of which depends on the shape and size of the cargo 8 and the cost of the ropes.

In order to prevent the invention from gradually accumulating damage after long-term use, which leads to fracture in the use process; or the weight of the goods is too heavy, so that the truck is suddenly subjected to great tension to break under the conditions of turning and the like, and further safety accidents are caused. The invention also comprises an alarm, rope detection modules arranged on the main rope (1) and the auxiliary rope (2), and digital labels arranged on the ropes. The alarm is arranged in the cab and used for reminding a driver in the driving process of a vehicle and preventing safety accidents caused by rope breakage.

Further, the rope detection module includes a main rope electric wire loop 7, an auxiliary rope electric wire loop 71, a main rope electromagnetic switch 72, an auxiliary rope electromagnetic switch 73, a main rope resistor 74, an auxiliary rope resistor 75, a battery 76, and a radio signal transmitting device 77. The main rope wire loop 7 and the auxiliary rope wire loop 71 are rectangular wire loops, and are small in diameter, soft in hardness and easy to bend; but has poor tensile properties and is easily broken. The main cord wire loop 7 is braided with the main cord and the secondary cord wire loop 71 is braided with the secondary cord. The lengths of the main rope wire loop 7 and the auxiliary rope wire loop 71 are respectively slightly smaller than the lengths of the main rope and the auxiliary rope under the condition of ultimate stretching. The main rope electromagnetic switch 72 is connected in series to the main rope electric wire loop 7, and the auxiliary rope electromagnetic switch 73 is connected in series to the auxiliary rope electric wire loop 71. The main rope wire loop 7 is connected in parallel with the auxiliary rope wire loop 71, and both the main rope wire loop 7 and the auxiliary rope wire loop 71 are connected with a battery 76. The positive pole of the radio signal transmitting device 77 is connected with the main rope electromagnetic switch 72 and the auxiliary rope electromagnetic switch 73 through a main rope resistor 74 and an auxiliary rope resistor 75 respectively, the negative pole of the radio signal transmitting device 77 is connected with a battery 76, and the main rope resistor 74 and the auxiliary rope resistor 75 are different in resistance value.

The main rope electromagnetic switch 72 and the secondary rope electromagnetic switch 73 both comprise a shell 721, an electromagnet 722 arranged at the top of the shell 721, a spring 723 with an insulating layer coated on the outer surface, a conductive slider 724 arranged on the spring 723 and capable of sliding in the shell 721, and two conductive contacts 725 arranged on the side wall of the bottom of the shell 721. The electromagnet 722 is connected in series with the main rope wire loop 7 or the auxiliary rope wire loop 71, and the conductive contact 725 is connected with the radio signal transmitting device 77 through the main rope resistor 74 or the auxiliary rope resistor 75. When the main rope wire loop 7 or the auxiliary rope wire loop 71 is intact, the electromagnet 722 is electrified, the conductive slider 724 is attracted by the electromagnet 722, the conductive contact 725 is disconnected, and the radio signal transmitting device 77 is not electrified and does not transmit a signal.

When the main rope or the auxiliary rope is stretched to gradually approach the limit length, the main rope wire loop 7 or the auxiliary rope wire loop 71 is gradually straightened; when the main rope or the auxiliary rope is stretched to the limit length, the main rope wire loop 7 or the auxiliary rope wire loop 71 is broken in one step. Thus, the electromagnet 722 is de-energized, the conductive slider 724 is ejected by the spring 723, the two conductive contacts 725 are connected, and the radio signal transmitting device 77 is energized. Since the main cord resistor 74 and the sub cord resistor 75 have different resistances, the magnitude of the current reaching the radio signal transmitting device 77 is different, and it is possible to distinguish whether the main cord is about to be broken or the sub cord is about to be broken. Then, the radio signal transmitting device 77 will send the digital code of the rope and whether the main rope or the auxiliary rope will be damaged to the alarm, the alarm will send out alarm sound, and the digital number of the rope, the specific damaged part, will be displayed on the display screen.
