The 10% cyclophane soluble solution prepared in the preparation example 16 is used as a test medicament, and 97% cyclophane technical grade is used as a control medicament, so that the indoor activity of the preparation and the technical grade on chilo suppressalis is tested.

The method comprises the following steps: soaking rice stem. The key links from insect testing, liquid medicine preparation, treatment mode, investigation and the like are described as follows. Testing insects: chilo suppressalis is collected from Changsha fields in Hunan in 8 months in 2018, and the test insects are F bred for indoor generations9And 3, generation of 3-instar larvae. Preparing a liquid medicine: 10mg of the original drug (in hundred percent) is weighed and dissolved by 1mL of DMF to prepare 10000ppm mother liquor. Taking 1mL of mother liquor, adding 0.05% Tween80 to 100g of water to obtain 100ppm of liquid medicine. Weighing 100mg of the preparation and adding clear water to 100g to prepare 100ppm of liquid medicine of 10 percent cyflumetofen SL. Diluting in turn according to dosage design to obtain the required liquid medicine. Thirdly, the method for treating the test insects by the medicament comprises the following steps: pouring the liquid medicine into a culture dish (the liquid medicine amount is 40mL) for each treatment, soaking the rice stems into the liquid medicine for 10s, taking out, and placing in a shade for airing. The bottom of the glass finger-shaped pipe is provided with a moisturizing cotton ball, 7 treated rice stems are placed in each pipe, 10 larvae are connected, each treatment is repeated for 3 times, the pipe orifice is sealed by cotton black cloth, a rubber band is tightly tied, the pipe is placed in an illumination incubator for cultivation, the temperature in the illumination incubator is 26.9-27.5 ℃, the relative humidity is 69.0-100%, and the darkness lasts. Fourthly, investigating time and method: the reaction symptoms and the number of dead insects of chilo suppressalis were investigated 3 days after the drug administration. The death is judged by the incapability of coordinated movement of the polypide.

The results show that: indoor toxicity LC of 10% soluble solution of cyflumetofen to chilo suppressalis50Indoor toxicity LC of 97% cyclopropanamide technical to Chilo suppressalis with value of 0.2619mg/L50The value is 0.6855mg/L, and the relative virulence index of the preparation is 2.61 times that of the original drug.

The applicant states that the invention is illustrated by the above examples to the insecticide containing cyflumetofen and the application thereof, but the invention is not limited to the above examples, that is, the invention is not limited to the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
